It’s good news for Fredrik Eklund and his husband Derek Kaplan. The Million Dollar Listing New York star is about to become a father! Fredrik and Derek have revealed they are due to have a daughter via their surrogate. And they already have a name picked out for their little girl.
Due “very soon,” Fredrik shares that he and Derek are more than ready to be first-time fathers. “I’ve always known that I would have a daughter and that her name would be Milla,” gushed NYC’s number 1 realtor. “It’s been the goal for the majority of my adult life.”
“The Emmy-nominated series returns for season 4 with superstar real-estate agents Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz, and Ryan Serhant taking their professional and personal lives to the next level and the drama is at an all-time high,” promised Bravo. “Luis shifts his business into high gear as he takes on his first new development project. Ryan is charming his way through some of the biggest deals of his career, but his most important ‘deal’ yet involves his girlfriend, Emilia, and living happily ever after. Fredrik is officially New York City’s #1 broker, but he still faces a litany of challenging clients and colleagues, as he and Ryan attempt to work together for the first time.”
Bravo announced this afternoon the return of several of our favorite reality shows – some with premiere dates and some with just a greenlight for a new season, but no date just yet.
Among the returning shows: Shahs of Sunset will come back for their fourth season on March 2nd, after getting pushed off of their initial premiere date last October, while Newlyweds: The First Year returns with four new couples on March 10th. Million Dollar Listing New York is back in action on April 8th and Southern Charm season 2 will kick off on March 9th.
Flipping Out (season 8) and The Real Housewives of Orange County (season 10) are a go, but no official date has been given just yet. Check out the listings below.
The polls are closed and the votes are tallied in our First Annual Reality Tea Readers’ Choice Awards! Stay tuned today as we unveil the winners for each of the categories you voted in over the past two weeks. Some of the results might really surprise you!
This award is bittersweet. Josh Flagg’s grandmother Edith was a one of a kind woman who stole our hearts and we were crushed when we learned of her passing in August of this year. She will be dearly missed by all.
Other notable write-ins for sidekick: Mama Elsa, Aviva’s leg, Vanderpump’s swans, Farrah’s delusions, Dr. Moon from RHOC.

He’s baaaack! On last night’s season finale of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, viewers were finally treated with the return of Malibu Madison Hildebrand. Bravo producers had teased this early on in the season but decided to hold out until the very end. And it’s a good thing. He was just the ray of sunshine needed to wrap things up after last week’s hankyfest. But if you blinked, you may have missed him fraternizing with the Brits!
Speaking of…James Harris and David Parnes, aspiring to expand their business along the California coastline, are enlisted by client, Christine, to sell her home in Laguna Beach. However, they are greeted with a chilly reception from the local agents at their open house. One broker in particular gets all up in their business and asks what they are doing there. Well, this is America and we have a right to free enterprise. Anywhere. Same as you do, lady. The Brits ‘shake it off, shake it off’ like Taylor Swift and joke that the shade they are getting is because of their accents and clothes. Not quite. But I get where the agents are coming from – they live and breathe Laguna Beach. This is their value add to potential buyers in the area. They are just being protective of their tightknit community. It would be no different if either of the Joshes encroached on their territory. But not as much for Madison who, looking quite refreshed, (don’t blink) stops by to take a look around. The Brits would be wise to connect with him, the self-anointed ‘Beach Guy’, as he has done business there before and this type of clientele is his bread and butter.
