Mob Wives Reunion Recap: The Calm Before the Storm

It’s reunion time for the Mob Wives. Oddly enough I feel as if the season flew by, but when I see footage of past episodes, I realize I’ve been watching this show for what seems like forever. Joy Behar is hosting the debacle, and I’m curious to see if she can keep the crazy in line.

We revisit the season, with special attention paid to Junior Pagan’s betrayal and Renee Graziano’s breakdown. Renee and her sister Jenn Graziano, who is a producer on the show, are asked about their thoughts on Junior. Renee is actually very calm, and sadly she reveals that she miscarried before everything went down with Junior. Her sister discusses why she continued to film Renee during her dark times, and Renee admits that she urged her sister to document it. Joy reminds Renee that Junior was wearing a wire in his watch which explains his reaction to Renee gifting him with a new watch for his birthday. Both Drita D’Avanzo and Jenn are confused as to why Junior would want to be on a television show when he was trying to be so sneaky. Renee and Jenn reveal that neither have spoken to Junior, and Renee has heard that he was rejected from the witness protection program.

Renee Graziano To Get Surgery Again! Plus, Get A Sneak Peek Of The Reunion!

Unsurprisingly, Renee Graziano ain’t scared of anything, not even another plastic surgery disaster. That’s right, even after her last attempt at a “full body lift” went terribly wrong, Renee has decided to attempt surgery again with Dr. Michael Fiorillo to fix the wounds and scarring from the last surgery.

In an interview with Radar Online, Renee reveals that she was on her deathbed following her last surgery: “I lost 6.3 pints of blood and the priest told my son to say goodbye to his mother. I didn’t want to take blood but my body was an ice cube so I had three pints transfused, my family made the decision for me because I was incoherent and they were told I had 10 minutes to live.”

Mob Wives Season Finale Recap: A Family Affair

Last night was the season finale of Mob Wives, and one never knows what is going to happen with this rowdy group of women…especially since there’s a dreaded meeting between to women who have a penchant for beating the poo out of each other.

Renee Graziano and Drita D’Avanzo meet for cocktails to discuss everything that has been going on in their lives. Drita relays the news that Lee will not be transferred to a prison in Brooklyn. Renee outlines her father’s plea deal, and she is relieved that the other people that Junior affected didn’t get much time. Renee has also scheduled the meeting between Drita and Karen Gravano for the following day. Drita is willing to go so the pair can move forward, but she doesn’t want Karen rehashing the past. Good luck with that!

Mob Wives Renewed For Season 3!

Just as season 2 of Mob Wives is winding down, VH1 has announced that season 3 is a go! No word on which cast members are returning for sure, but I’d bet Drita D’avanzo, Karen Gravano, Renee Graziano and company will all be returning for more drama.

From the press release:

Season 2 of VH1′s hit reality series, “Mob Wives” is ending just as it began…on an emotional roller coaster as all the ladies end up in the same room for the first time this season. The explosive 2-part reunion special, hosted by The View’s Joy Behar, is set to air on May 20th and 27th and will reveal even more laughter, tears and drama than was already packed into the 17 episode season. And for the millions of “Mob Wives” fans out there, there will officially be a season 3 premiering in early 2013.

The big question will be – what about Big Ang? Now that she has landed her own spinoff, it’s hard to say.

EXCLUSIVE – More Details About AJ Pagan’s Arrest; One Of The Victims Had A Heart Condition! Plus VIDEO Of The Brawl!

Last week we reported that Renee Graziano‘s son AJ Pagan was arrested after being involved in a Staten Island street brawl. A witness claimed the seventeen-year-old was actually trying to break up the fight, which included several girls, and was not responsible for the incident. The fight eventually broke apart and police were not called to the scene.

TMZ just released a video of the incident which shows AJ rushing over and pulling one of the girls away from the brawl; he can be heard yelling “Stop!” The video is below. The content is grainy and hard to see, but TMZ identifies AJ.

AJ’s rep maintains he had no involvement in the incident and the teen was driving around Staten Island with his girlfriend when they noticed the girls fighting. AJ stopped to try and diffuse the situation. Afterwards, AJ heard no further news about the incident until this past Wednesday when police arrived at his home to arrest him for allegedly hitting one of the girls in the altercation!

AJ’s rep insists he did not hit anyone and the video clearly demonstrates this. AJ’s rep also insists the girl is trying to exploit AJ because of his connection with Mob Wives! “Beyond engaging in violent behavior, it speaks very poorly of this girl’s character that she would blatantly lie in an attempt to defame AJ’s name. The truth will come out and we feel justice will be served.”

Mob Wives Recap: No Dramz for the Moms

Last night’s Mob Wives seemed to be another calm episode, thank goodness. Most of the women were dealing with their jacka$$y exes, but there were no screaming matches, no altercations, and no drama. It was a bit weird, I’ll admit!

Drita D’Avanzo is playing with her new pup Lucky when she receives a call from soon-to-be-ex-husband Lee. She shares her rap video/bank robbing debut with Lee, and he’s excited for her. She drops the bomb that she wants to start dating. Drita is confused at how supportive he’s being, and it makes her remember why she married him in the first place. She’s thrilled the pair is getting along and can be friends, but she really wishes Lee had never cheated.

Ramona Rizzo and Karen Gravano head to a specialty grocery. Karen wants to get Ramona’s opinion about reconciling with Drita. Ramona is not at all on board. At. All. Karen is only considering this treaty to make Renee Graziano happy. Ramona warns that Drita will end up getting physical as she’s a “different breed.” Karen is quick to say that the second Drita gets violent, Karen will end up in jail for rearranging her face. Ahhh, mending fences…

Mob Wives’ Renee Graziano’s Son Arrested!

Yesterday afternoon Renee Graziano‘s seventeen-year-old son AJ Pagan was arrested in Staten Island for being involved in a “physical altercation”!

Before everyone freaks out, RadarOnline reports that witnesses say the teen wasn’t the instigator and was actually trying to break up the fight when police intervened. “AJ was trying to break up a fight and got caught up in it,” a witness explains. “The next thing you know, the cops arrive and haul him off. It totally wasn’t his fault though, he was actually trying to do a good deed.”

Regardless, Renee was understandably upset and furious! “Just whn u think the sun is gonna shine it pours!!!! #God Give Me A Break lol,” the Mob Wives star tweeted following the event.

Hopefully AJ won’t get into too much trouble and this was all a misunderstanding!

Mob Wives Recap: That’s a Rap!

On last night’s Mob Wives Karen found yet another endeavor, and Drita impressed us with her ability to throw down a rhyme. Also impressive? That Renee has kept it together for yet another episode!

Renee Graziano exits her father’s status hearing. She calls Big Ang to reveal how hard it was as her family members and friends ignored her. Her father was in poor health, but he was happy to see Renee there to support him, which made her feel better about such an icky situation. I must say I am impressed to see how well Renee is keeping it together.

Big Ang and her sister Janine head to get some Botox. While she is no stranger to plastic surgery (duh) and injections, it’s her first foray into Botox. It is much more painful than she could have imagined, but she is beyond pleased with the results. Her doctor tries to discourage her from getting extra injections, but Big Ang is addicted. She lurves it.
