Kate, Nico, and Andy discussed the Below Deck episode and even shared their commentary on some of the Below Deck Mediterranean drama that went down during its last season. Plus, two Real Housewives rang the door bell for some surprise appearances.
Usually the mention of a Real Housewives vacation incites thoughts of grown women fighting over which room they get to sleep in at a mansion, explosive arguments at group dinners, or even a wild turn up. In all honesty, these trips seem more exhausting than relaxing, so it is no surprise that the Housewives seem to be a million times more relaxed when they take vacations in their real lives away from the cast.
Most of the Real Housewives escaped from real life to enjoy the long Labor Day Weekend with their friends and families.
Unlike a lot of the other shows in the Real Housewives franchise, the Real Housewives of New York ladies actually do seem to have a bond when the cameras aren’t rolling. Most of them have even known each other for decades, so they would probably hanging out (and arguing) even if they weren’t on this show.
Even though Bethenny has never had a problem “telling it like it is” when it comes to her RHONY costars, but she is very private when it comes to her own personal life. So there’s no word on whether she took a solo trip or if she was accompanied by her daughter Bryn Hoppy or her on-again boyfriend Dennis Shields, but she did share a bunch of photos from her vacation.
When Ramona Singergot the invite to join Bethenny Frankel’s ski trip in Vermont during the last Real Housewives of New York season, it would make sense for to feel grateful that she was included since she and Bethenny were feuding all season long. Instead, she didn’t seem impressed and had the nerve to remark, “I only ski Aspen.”
So it’s only fitting that Ramona returned to one of her favorite places for a little rest and relaxation.
When Tinsley Mortimer first joined the cast of Real Housewives of New York, she honestly didn’t have much of a story line other than “starting over” in New York City and talking about her mug shot whenever she had the chance. The season progressed for Tinsley when Carole Radziwill introduced her to Scott Kluth and the two instantly became a couple.
Not only that, but Carole and Tinsley starred in commercials for Scott’s company Coupon Cabin. It seems like things are really coming together for Tinsley since she revealed during the reunion that she will be moving in with her new man in the fall. She has also secured a job at Scott’s company.
I haven’t seen the viewer numbers for last night’s MTV VMAs yet, but I wonder if it’s down by a lot compared to last year, since some genius decided to put it on the same night as the Game of Thrones season finale! Because of that, I skipped the VMAs for the first time in years, but priorities. Game of Thrones even trumped reality TV viewing last night. #sorrynotsorry
Anywhoodle. Here’s a few snaps of the few reality stars who showed up for the big night in L.A. Mostly Teen Mom stars, like Jenelle Evans, Gary Shirley, Leah Messer, Amber Portwood (and her new guy) and Farrah Abraham, who brought along daughter Sophia. Check out the photos below (including Nev Schulman, Christina Milian and more) and tell us which you look you like the best.
Did you watch the show last night? Did I miss anything good?
