With so many great reality shows back with new episodes this week and others that are filming for the next season, it makes sense that a lot of reality TV stars are sharing behind-the-scenes photos.
New York Housewife Tinsley Mortimer finally cut her signature hair, so of course she shared a photo of getting all glammed up with her new look. Real Housewives of Potomac star Monique Samuels shared a photo of her hair and makeup team getting her ready to throw shade during some on-camera interviews this season. Orange County Housewife Shannon Beador also posted a photo of her glam squad in action. Southern Charmstar Shep Rose shared a photo of he and Whitney Sudler-Smith in front of a green screen in between shooting some commentary on the current season.
If anyone knows how to make a comeback, it’s Teresa Giudice. After spending nearly a year in prison, she has bounced back and is doing better than ever- minus that whole having a husband in prison and being a single parent while he’s locked up thing. Nevertheless, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is always hard at work so she can provide for her family.
Even though the Real Housewives franchise has been going strong since 2006, there still hasn’t been a gay full-time cast member. That is so shocking for many reasons. It felt like that could have been a possibility on Real Housewives of New Jersey when Rosie Pierri was making her regular cameo appearances. Everyone loved Rosie. She brought heart and humor to the show. She even had an organic connection to the cast. Why wasn’t she promoted to a full-time cast member? That was a definite misstep.
During Season 7 of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Robyn Levy and her wife made occasional appearances. We never got to know her very well, but she was close with the cast members during that time period, so why didn’t she get more screen time? All of the full-time cast members have been straight women. Erika Jayne, an avid LGBTQ advocate, thinks it is time for a change. I couldn’t agree more.
