Kenya Moore has been battling with her landlord over unpaid rent and despite claiming that her landlord, Coya Dillon Weems was using her for publicity, the two met in court yesterday.
In addition to spending time in a Fulton Co. Courthouse yesterday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star also got a visit from the cops at the home she is leasing from Coya! Someone called them and made a report of suspicious vehicles parked outside the home. It turns out they were only moving trucks as Kenya – who claims her lease was up in June – was moving out.
According to Access Atlanta, the judge just granted Angela's motion for continuance, which means the proceedings will be delayed for five months. Angela's reason behind filing the continuance is to give her time to secure new counsel, with the court documents noting that her original attorney had been "representing Stanton on a pro bono basis, always with the understanding that she would secure other counsel."

After neither Kenya nor her lawyer showed up in court to fight the eviction, she claimed that she never received notice of the hearing. Now, her former landlord Conya Dillon is asking for an expedited hearing, and she's not fooling around. In her legal documents, Conya calls out Kenya for using the eviction proceedings to prolong her fifteen minutes of fame.
Radar has obtained court filings Kenya's landlord accuses her former tenant of violating the terms of her lease fifteen different times, as well as causing “extreme emotional distress as the result of the delay [of the eviction] and the defendant’s malicious and intentional [character] attacks."
Cynthia has been under scrutiny the past few weeks over a teeny tiny tummy bulge, with many thinking that the reality star is pregnant. Cynthia took to Twitter to blast the reports: she and Peter Thomas are not expecting a baby.
Cynthiashared, "Thanks for all the congrats! However, I am not pregnant." Instead she revealed that she's going through a medical situation. "I am dealing with a medical condition that makes me look pregnant. Stay Tuned….."

A Fulton County Judge has ordered Kordell Stewartto pay his wife $5,000 a month in spousal support for the duration of their divorce proceedings. It wasn't as much as Porsha had hoped for, as she was asking for $7,500, but it's still a win, even if only temporary!
Kordell was also ordered to return all of Porsha's personal property or pay for a storage unit for her things.
