A few days ago we explained to you why Kyle Richards’ daughter was having a hospital slumber party with mom and all of her sisters. At the time Kyle simply explained that her daughter, Alexia Umansky, had been attacked by a dog and the injuries required surgery.
Brandi stopped by for an interview on E! News last night and although she’s got a gag order from Bravo about most things RHOBH-related, it didn’t keep her from dishing out opinions on her cast mates.
She had this to say about participating on Celebrity Apprentice earlier this year, “I’ve never done anything more stressful than get a divorce. There’s so much stress on you, your team mates – you’re competing with them. They throw you under the bus and you think you made friends and then they’ll say “she should go” in the boardroom and you’re going ‘I thought we were best friends?’ It just got crazy.”
Kyle Richards really had her fans concerned when she recently posted some photos of a hospital slumber party she was having with all of her daughters. She first posted the above photo with the caption, “Slumber party at Cedars Sinai Hospital with @alexiaumansky @farrahbritt @sophiakylieee.”
After seeing the preview for the fifth season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, my first reaction was that perhaps Kyle had an altercation with one of her cast-mates. But, no, the hospital slumber party was not related to her fellow Housewives, instead it had to do with a not-so-friendly pooch.
This season there is slapping, wine throwing, adultery accusations, a marriage in peril, Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson, family feuding, jealousy, secrets and lies revealed, and dangerous liaisons – you know allllll the makings of a good soap opera! Oh lord it’s like Dynasty in its heyday! Be still my ever-soap-opera-loving-heart! With that being said I am beyond excited!
We’ve been hearing for months that the drama is off the chain and that no one is getting along with anyone except for beatific Lisa who floats ethereally above the drama amid the smell of roses and the flavor of the finest champagne from a mythical region in France only accessed by unicorns. And it’s clear that this season she’s back in her rightful place as star of the show!
Brandi met the unnamed post-adolescent hottie on the cast trip to Amsterdam and gushed about how rich and mannerly he was. However that proved to be short-lived! “No more 23 yr old fun while it lasted but onto the next :),” she tweeted.
After being cajoled back to the show by Andy Cohen, she acknowledges she is glad she came on board again. “There was a moment when I thought, I could just never go back to that because it was so difficult,” Lisa admits. “But you know what: time’s a great healer and I’m going in again. And I’m awfully glad I did because I do think this is going to be our best season yet!”
