There isn't much to report on this week's reality TV viewer numbers. The shows either remained steady or gained a handful of viewers – no big losses, which is good, because most of these shows can't afford to lose any fans. On Sunday, Kandi's Wedding saw a season high with 2.557 million tuning in to see Kandi's bachelorette party, and Married to Medicine garnered 1.706 million viewers.
We have all been witness to the drama that has surrounded the wedding between Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker on The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Kandi's Wedding. And not all of that drama has had to do with feuding future in-laws. As we saw on Sunday night, two days before the couple was set to head down the altar, the prenup had still not been signed, threatening to have the two lovebirds call off their big day.
Now MediaTakeOut.com is reporting what exactly were the sticking points within the prenup that were threatening Kandi and Todd's wedding day.
Me-ow! NeNe Leakes gave an exclusive sneak peek at the dress rehearsal of her new gig – starring in Zumanity, The Sensual Side of Cirque Du Soleil at the New York New York otel in Las Vegas.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star announced earlier this year that she had landed a guest starring role in the show. “I am so excited to be starring in Zumanity. The show is absolutely fabulous and the cast members are so talented! I can’t wait to be in the sexiest show on The Strip and perform on a Cirque du Soleil stage!”
Later she shared some pics from a photoshoot for the show, but this costume (all created by Gilbert Chagoury, of Chagoury Couture) is a far cry from the earlier looks! NeNe looks great and she looks so happy, too! I can imagine her having a blast with this.
Her stint in the show kicks off officially on June 27th and only runs through July 1st.
So what better way for Todd Tucker to let loose than with a Coming To America-themed bachelor party thrown by his Real Housewives of Atlanta costars, Peter Thomas, Apollo Nida along with his best man Chad. Although the party actually took place a couple of months ago, the episode which featured the party just aired last night. Todd sat down with Life & Style to break down the party.
Here's the original post: This Real Housewife is faking her new relationship because she thinks she can get another season on the show if she has another fake boyfriend. This one she has fully committed and paid and won't flake like the last one.
When The Notorious B.I.G. coined the above phrase I'm sure he never envisioned it being so oft quoted. As if Kandi Burruss doesn't have enough drama surrounding her wedding and relationship, she and Todd Tucker are now having last-minute prenup problems.
Last night on Kandi's Wedding the soon-to-be-spouses (we hope!) celebrated their bachelor and bachelorette parties (both sleazy in their own ways) and unfortunately were not able to come to an agreement regarding the prenup which Kandi handed to Bravo's stunt queenTodd's attorney literally 2 days before the nuptials.
Todd's first mistake seems to be hiring NeNe Leakesand Porsha Stewart's former attorney. At this point he's a Bravo employee now, right? Whatever the case he loves messiness as much as his former clients do! He tells Todd he would not sign the prenup as is because there are certain clauses that are down-right unfair and do not protect Todd's long-term interest. For instance there is nothing to protect Todd's assets if he ends up being the main breadwinner in the future, if Kandi dies Todd loses everything, and there's nothing protecting future businesses they may build together.
Kandi Burruss was in the Bravo clubhouse tonight to chat up Andy and answer questions from viewers about tonight's episode ofKandi's Wedding. They talk strippers, prenups, unruly mothers and the possibility of babies.
They dive right in and get to the subject of the clause in the prenup that says Todd Tucker gets nothing in the event of Kandi's death. "Well there were a couple of extra things in there. Maybe one or two. But I removed that. My thing was, overall, there was nothing major that we couldn't just change – like the one or two things that he said was a real problem. The only things his lawyer kept saying were things that were financial. And I'm like 'you and I already discussed this. We were supposed to be on the same page.' What is he talking about?"
Did anything she saw at Todd's bachelor party upset her? "No. Stuff like that doesn't bother me. I know some women have a problem with the stripper thing, but we're in Atlanta, that's normal."
