What are your thoughts on tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York?

The Real Housewives of New York’s Alex McCord is still in the process of trying to bounce back since being laid off from her visual merchandising job at Victoria’s Secret last month.
She tells OkMagazine, “I’m doing a lot of things that everybody else is doing. Updating my resume, having lunch with contacts – both people who have been either laid off from their jobs as well and people who work for companies. Getting in touch with people whom I haven’t had a chance to get in touch with for a long time. It’s been very interesting to see what comes out of the woodwork in terms of talking to recruiters, and I’m working with a career transition service that’s great. And investigating opportunities from the show as well. It’s kind of all of the above.”
And when it comes to Simon? Alex believes, “It’s important to listen to each other and not to let things fester. If something bothers you, just get it out there. Be honest with yourself and with your spouse. Lay it on the line.”
She continues, “One thing that Simon and I have done as we’ve grown together is we know everything about one and other. He knows where all the bodies are buried, as do I with him. I think that’s a basic term of a relationship.”

Despite their on-air catfights and the constant taking swipes at each other in the media, The Real Housewives of New York‘s Kelly Bensimon is now saying she has no bad feelings towards Bethenny Frankel.
“Honestly, I don’t hate her,” she told Usmagazine on Wednesday. “I actually really respect her. It’s not easy trying to start a business and be single in New York.” These days, “we can be cordial,” says Kelly. “I’m not going to go out of my way to, like, be a bitch.”
And as for their now infamous bar fight on the show, Bensimon says she “needed to clear the air.”
Kelly of course couldn’t resist taking one last swipe at Bethenny saying, “I think a lot of people are scared of her, and well, I’m not scared of her. And I refuse to put up with her s–t.”
Anyone else weirded out by Kelly running in traffic on this week’s episode? Is that a New York thing?

The NYDailyNews is reporting that The Yankees slugger was seen stepping out this weekend in Miami with The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel.
Alex Rodriguez and Bethenny allegedly shared an intimate dinner at a local restaurant on Friday night. Rodriguez then dropped off Frankel at the Fontainebleau Hotel around 12:30 a.m. Saturday. A source told The News’ Gatecrasher column last month that Frankel and A-Rod hooked up “three months ago” but that, after quickly rounding the bases, “A-Rod cut it off.”
Bethenny has laughed off these rumors saying, “We’re madly in love; we’re engaged. I fly to Miami every weekend. I’m in the front row when they’re playing. I never felt this way.” Before insisting, “No, I’ve never been in the same room with him,” adding, “Can it be George Clooney? Can’t it just be the celebrity I want to be aligned with?”

So much for Kelly putting an end to her feud with Bethenny as she attacks Bethenny once again in the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
“Is Bethenny a socialite? No.” Bensimon, 40, says. “Will she ever sit next to [socialite] Lauren DuPont? No. Is she best friends with [Estee Lauder Senior Vice President] Aerin Lauder? No. Am I? No. Do I care? No. Does she? Oh, absolutely. She’s not authentic.”
“All she does is sit there and cry all the time,” she continues. “I’m like, You’re crying about guys? And shut up.” Evidently, this came on the heels of Bethenny accusing Kelly of having an “inauthenticity” to her in an early episode of the show.
Kelly goes on to add, “Honestly, if being inauthentic means graduating from Columbia University, writing three books, starting two magazines, bearing two children [daughters Sea, 10, and Teddy, 8], being the ambassador for wool, running a marathon for charity — if that’s inauthentic? Tell me what authentic is,” she says. Allrighty then Kelly, glad you got that off your chest.
