So much for going out on top. Kim Zolciak left Real Housewives of Atlantain the most controversial way she could. No one from the cast- including her girl Sheree Whitfield– had her back at the reunion. Even the reunion host Andy Cohencompletely shut her down when he said, “There was nothing positive, unfortunately, in your story from the season. It was all combative.”
Kim Zolciak just took to Instagram to explain her side of what we saw on part three of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion. Kim is upset over the way things were taken out of context and blames social media as a “hub of hate.”
She shared, “During the last RHOA Reunion episode, I made a comment that confused and offended people. I sincerely apologize. Edited out of context, I understand why my remark angered people. Racism is a sad reality in the United States. It has been prevalent throughout our country’s history. Let me be very clear, I do NOT support, tolerate or put up with any form of racism, hate or other discrimination. My love for ALL people runs deep – I am open to all and always have been.”
Thinking as a hypothetical reality TV producer, I assume that this would be a very interesting time to film Don’t Be Tardy. The always polarizing Kim Zolciakis embroiled in controversy after her appearance on the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 reunion. The women called her out. They showed multiple flashback clips to refute her blatant lies. They even showed her behind-the-scenes bathroom chat with Andy Cohen where she complained about the questions she was asked and the fact that no one stood up for her.
Andy even put her in check when he said, “There was nothing positive, unfortunately, in your story from the season. It was all combative.” All the bridges have been burned. Saying that it was “not a good look” for Kim is the understatement of the year. Nevertheless, it could provide some interesting footage for her show Don’t Be Tardy– or at least that’s what I assumed. Clearly I was wrong since there are reports that Kim halted production on Season 7 of her show in response to the reunion backlash.
We’re halfway through the week! Time to check out what the reality stars have been up to. Sonja Morgan busted out her best animal print dress for the EarthxGlobal Gala in Dallas, Texas. Brandi Glanville was spotted during a night out with a friend in L.A. and we have many more sightings in our gallery this week!
It’s fair to say that it wasn’t just NeNe who slammed the door shut on Kim’s Housewives career but Andy as well (Go Andy, it’s your birthday…). Kim showed up all season emotionally tardy for the party and positivity challenged, and also maybe her brain had been injected with Botox so it froze recollection of all her actions, words, and bad behaviors. How many times did Kim claim something didn’t happen then cut to footage of her saying some atrociously hideous lie?
After many attempts to be on good terms throughout the years, it seems like Kenya Mooreand Porsha Williams finally came to a genuine truce during the last episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 reunion. Who knows if this will actually last, but they vowed to stop calling each other “whores” and “prostitutes”…. unless it’s actual a true description/occupation.
Before that, Porsha and Kenya discussed the accusation that a one-eyed African was bankrolling Kenya’s life a couple of reunions ago. Kenya maintained that wasn’t true and that Porsha just made that up to get back at her.
