Will Real Housewife Of NYC Jill Zarin Return For A Third Season?

Rumors have been circulating that Jill Zarin may not return to The Real Housewives of New York City because Bravo has refused to meet her demands.

In an interview with Radaronline, Jill insists that she will be returning even though she has yet to sign the contract. In addition, she confirmed Kelly Bensimon was one of the first housewives to sign the contract for season 3. However, she failed to confirm if other cast mates had signed their contracts.

Even though Bravo released a statement saying they are looking for new cast members, Jill insists all the cast mates will be returning. “The ink isn’t dry yet, but I can tell you that we’re all set on returning,” she said. “Bravo released a statement saying they were looking for new cast members and I think people read into that. I think the show was giving some of the original cast members a chance to deal with their personal lives.”

She also refutes rumors saying she was getting paid about $30,000 an episode, but nevertheless she says she is not involved in reality television because of the money.

Count Alex Denies Reconciliation With NY Housewives’ LuAnn

The NYPost reported yesterday that Count Alex De Lesseps was attempting to reconcile with LuAnn. The reason being he had broken up with his Ethopian girlfriend, Princess Abajobir. The Count is however denying the story today, saying he and the princess ended things amicably, and that he does not intend to reconcile with LuAnn. The full post is below -

COUNT Alex de Lesseps takes issue with the source who told us “so bluntly” that he “got rid” of his Ethiopian girlfriend, Princess Abajobir. In an e-mail, he asserts, “We separated amicably and will remain friends, just as our children will.” The count also threw cold water on the idea he and Countess LuAnn might reconcile: “I am not trying to get back with the count ess in any way, as your spies suggested. We will re main friends and take care of our children.” The count, who rented a villa in babe-rich St. Tropez for the sum mer, might not be lonely for long.

The Real Housewives Of NYC Returns For Another Season

The Real Housewives franchise doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. Bravo has picked up a third season for the Real housewives of New York City reality show. The show will premiere in 2010 although production will begin in the fall. Bravo is also casting for additional housewives to join the likes of Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer and Alex McCord.

The Real Housewives of New York’s popularity continues to grow from one season to another. The season finale and reunion special averaged over two million viewers.

And if you can’t get enough of the “Real Housewives” shows then stay tuned for Real Housewives of Atlanta season 2 which will premiere on July 30^th.

NY Housewives’ LuAnn De Lesseps Getting Back With Husband?

The NYPost is reporting that Countess LuAnn de Lesseps might be reuniting with her estranged husband, Count Alex. In case you forgot, this is the same husband that ended their marriage by emailing her to let her know he had fallen for another women while in Ethopia.

“COUNTESS LuAnn de Lesseps — who split from husband Count Alex after the second season of “Real Housewives of New York City” — might be reconciling soon. The count, who is not swimming in money, rented a St. Tropez villa for 100,000 euros for the summer to impress his girlfriend, Ethiopian Princess Kemeria Abajobir Abajifar, who brought her two kids to play with the Lesseps’ spawn, Victoria, 14, and Noel, 12. “Things did not work out,” reports our Riviera spy, who said the princess’ behavior seemed less than noble, “her manners leaving a lot to be desired. After one week Count Lesseps ordered everyone out of the house and is now trying to reconcile with, you guessed it, good old LuAnn from the good old US of A.” LuAnn’s rep confirmed, “It’s true Alex got rid of the girlfriend,” but added that LuAnn was in the South of France separately and not cohabiting with her husband.“

Real NY Housewives’ Bethenny Frankel Is “Getting Married”

Is Bethenny Frankel about to become an official housewife? It seems the answer is yes!

The Real Housewives of New York City star — who has been dating boyfriend Jason Hoppy for 8 months — was spotted wearing a diamond ring in Miami this Saturday. Her rep confirmed to Usmagazine that an engagement is definitely in the works.

“I can confirm Bethenny and Jason are in love and plan on getting married,” her rep said. “So I guess this is the starter ring.”

38 year old Bethenny admitted to being in love with Jason a while ago saying, “I’m in love. I’m pretty much certain I’m going to spend the rest of my life with him… I’m really happy.”

So is she officially engaged or not engaged? According to a source, the ring she’s wearing is not real deal yet, but a proposal is on the way.

“He’s hunting for the ring, but in the meantime this is a place holder or promise ring,” says this source.

Yaah for Bethenny, hopes she gets the official ring and the family she’s always wanted. Not sure it’s the best idea for her rep to announce her engagement before she actually gets engaged.

The Real Housewives of NY & NJ Attend Fashion Show

The Real Housewives of New York and New Jersey were in attendance for the taping of Bravo’s Fashion Show season finale. As you can see from the above photo, the other New Jersey housewives were sure to keep their distance from Danielle.

Real Housewives Star, Alex McCord’s Advice To The Gosselins

The Real Housewives of New York star, Alex McCord has decided to weigh in and advice Jon and Kate Gosselin after a recently publicized divorce filing.

Alex McCord, 35, and husband of nearly 10 years, Simon van Kempen, say that the key to staying together as a family while starring on TV show is to ensure your relationship is top priority.

“Remember that you [and your husband] were there first,” McCord told PEOPLE at the I Heart Gen Art 15th Anniversary benefit in New York City on Wednesday. “Remember that part of what makes raising your children a successful operation is having a successful relationship. And if you are not happy, I … guarantee you will foist that off on your kids and they will pick up on it.”

McCord and van Kempen, who have two young boys Johan and Francois, aged 5 and 3 respectively also offered some words of advice for other reality TV couples.

“Obsessively communicate,” McCord says. “Tell each other everything — the good, the bad and the ugly. Today, even I [thought to myself], ‘You can either just tell him, or you can sit and let it fester’ — and that’s when you get into trouble. So just come out with it, whatever it is.”

In a final advice, “Look out for your marriage as much as you look out for your kids,” adds van Kempen.

NY Housewives’ Bethenny Frankel – ‘I’m In Love’

Everyone’s favorite “housewife” Bethenny Frankel has apparently fallen hard for boyfriend, Jason Hoppy. Bethenny tells People magazine in a new interview this week – “I’m in love.” We can all sigh a collective awwwww.

Bethenny continues, “I’m pretty much certain I’m going to spend the rest of my life with him … I’m really happy.”

The big surprise about this relationship is that they have been dating for 8 months according to Bethenny. She says she did not want to go public with the relationship until she was certain it was the “real deal.”

And how did they meet? “I was getting my picture taken and I had a scowl on my face. He came up and said, ‘Are you going to get that stick out of your a–?’” Frankel recalls. “ Jill [Zarin] loves him. For six months we called him ‘Tenjune.’ He does pharmaceutical sales and real estate. He’s very, very athletic, [and] all-American.”

Bethenny goes on to say Jason will be appearing on the new season of The Real Housewives of New York City, “He’ll be on the show. He’s totally cool about it, but not gung ho. He’s not Speidi,” Frankel said. “He’s excited for me and everything that’s happening for me.”
