The latest is that the 19-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was arrested again yesterday in North Carolina after violating her probation.
Jenelle’s lawyer tells TMZ she had a meeting with her parole officer yesterday and tested positive for marijuana and opiates, which led to her arrest.
She was placed on $10,000 bond though she has now been released. Jenelle was originally sentenced back in April to 12 months probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She’s due back in court on August 24.
Just weeks ago, TMZ posted photos of Jenelle smoking what appeared to be a pot-filled blunt. Her latest mug shot is below.

TELL US – THOUGHTS? IS THE MTV SHOW TO BLAME FOR JENELLE’S PROBLEMS?
On last night’s episode of Teen Mom, it’s time for witches, monsters and costumes…and I’m not talking about the actual cast. Happy Halloween, Teen Moms! Amber struggles with her recent Child Protective Services investigation, Farrah does her best to finish culinary school on a high note, Maci and Ryan don’t succeed in co-parenting, and Catelynn and Tyler look for employment.
Tyler and Catelynn hit up a local haunted corn maze, and while I am normally TERRIFIED by these kinds of things in real life, it looks ridiculously silly on television. The couple assesses their finances and realize they both need to find an after-school job. They are growing up so fast.
Sophia is “helping” Farrah load the dishwasher as she stresses over the end of culinary school. Sophia seems to be as hard-headed as her mother. Farrah’s mom hopes her school recipes are gluten free so she can sample. Farrah accepts an invitation from her sister, with whom she’s had issues, to go to the pumpkin patch the following day.

According to a new report,Teen Mom star Amber Portwood’s daughter is starting to suffer the consequences of her parent’s actions.
In Touch Weekly is reporting that 2-year-old Leah, who has witnessed Amber and her dad Gary Shirley get into a number of violent outbursts, is now starting to act out.
The first problem is Amber’s absence. As you know, Amber, who attempted suicide on June 14, is now in a rehab program in Malibu, California getting treatment for anger management and depression. Well Leah hasn’t been reacting well to Amber not being around.
Amber’s brother,Shawn Portwood, tells In Touch that Leah desperately clings to his girlfriend whenever they visit. “Because she can’t see my sister, she’s looking for that female figure,” he says. But without Amber around, Leah is beginning to act out. “She throws fits and bites and hits other children,” a family insider tells In Touch. “She can be a wild little girl.”
Even worse for Leah, her dad Gary, who has custody, hasn’t been around much, either. “Gary rarely spends time with Leah. Instead, he’s out at the bars almost every night,” a friend tells In Touch, adding that Gary bragged about hooking up with lots of different girls while downing drinks at his local Anderson, Ind., strip club, Hoosier Girls, on July 20.
With Amber in rehab and Gary, 24, letting loose, his mother Carol is the one caring for Leah though sources say Carol is hardly the stable parent little Leah so desperately needs. Fortunately, Amber seems to be making improvements in rehab according to her brother Shawn. “She is doing better. She is working out, kickboxing and has a whole new routine,” says Shawn.
Shawn adds that Amber could remain in treatment for up to two more months, stating that when she returns home, she can finally focus on what’s truly important: giving her daughter the stable life she herself never had. Shawn also reveals Amber is considering moving to Nashville to live near him once out of rehab to get away from all the negative influences in Indiana. Shawn believes Gary is a negative influence on Amber.

On last night’s Teen Mom, Trials and Tribulations, Farrah goes to court, Amber fears going to jail, Catelynn goes to counseling, and Maci goes home to Chattanooga…permanently.
Maci has started her sophomore year in college, and as she is now living with Kyle in Nashville, she has to commute two hours to get to class in Chattanooga. Meeting with her advisor, she learns that she failed Algebra and Communications last semester. Maci goes to tell her dad about her decision to stay up there and go to school here, and MTV, do you think I buy into you dubbing over her voice? Her parents agree that school needs to be her main priority to ensure a future for Bentley.

Teen Mom star Maci Bookout is starting to have second thoughts about doing the popular MTV show according to a new interview with Life & Style magazine.
The reason? Maci, 19, worries about how the show is affecting her 2-year-old son Bentley Edwards. “I don’t want to steal his childhood,” says Maci who is worried about Bentley growing up under a harsh media microscope. “I don’t know if being on TV in elementary school would be difficult for him. I want him to have a normal life.”
Maci, who reportedly earns $60,000 per season, however adds that choosing to walk away from the fame show would be a very difficult decision because it has allowed her to provide for her son. “Without the show, I would have had to have a full-time job and be in school full-time, and I’d rarely get to spend time with Bentley,” Maci says. “It’s been difficult, but it’s also been a big blessing.”
As for the moment, Maci assures us Bentley’s not being affected by the show in any negative way. “He actually enjoys it,” she confesses. “Bentley thinks it’s cool to watch himself on TV and to have cameras around.”
In other Teen Mom news, Catelynn Lowell, you know, the one that sort of has it together and therefore no one really talks about her, is making recent headlines. The reason? It all has to do with an eviction.
According to TMZ Catelynn and her boyfriend Tyler Baltierra, who were shown moving into their 1st apartment together on the MTV show, were evicted from the same apartment for failing to pay rent! The 19-year-olds signed a lease on the apartment in Marine City, Michigan, in August, 2010 with court documents showing they stopped paying rent in December, 2010.
This caused their landlord to give them an eviction notice while also taking them to court. The landlord ending up winning big as the two had to give up their $450.00 security deposit, in addition to paying an additional $450 in back rent and moving out of the building.
The two of course did what any other 19-year-olds would do by taking to their twitter pages to give their side. “The landlord was an idiot and didn’t fix anything I payed [sic] every month that I lived there,” Catelynn tweeted. Tyler added, “Ok everyone I did not get evicted, I left bcuz the landlord was a lazy unprofessional man of business, and I refuse to put with it FYI.” Guess we’ll have to wait and see if the eviction drama makes the show.
A new episode of Teen Mom airs tonight on MTV at 10/9c.
TELL US – SHOULD LITTLE KIDS BE ON REALITY TV? PLUS THOUGHTS ON CATELYNN’S EVICTION?
MTV’s Lindsay Lohan equivalent Jenelle Evans is in legal hot water again.
The latest with the Teen Mom 2 star is that she recently tested positive for drug use hence she has violated her probation. She is on probation due to a drug-related conviction in April.
E! Online is reporting the 19-year-old tested positive for THC, a substance found in marijuana, on July 13. Jenelle then admitted to using the drug.
This news came as a surprise to her attorney Dustin Sullivan. “I just caught wind of this yesterday,” he said to E! News. “They sent me this violation info about an hour ago. I did not know about it prior to. Have not spoke[n] to Jenelle yet.”
The problems don’t end there for Jenelle as her probation reports also claim she failed to follow up with the recommended aftercare once released from inpatient treatment for substance abuse, and is apparently behind on court and probation supervision fees.
But the story gets even worse as TMZ posted some photos (the pics are below) of Jenelle this morning smoking what looks to be a pot-filled blunt. The photos were taken on July 17, four days after Jenelle tested positive for drug use. Wowzers.
Jenelle’s probation violation hearing has been set for Aug. 24.
On last night’s episode of Teen Mom, “The Last Straw,” Maci finally convinces Kyle and Ryan to meet, Farrah battles Social Security, Tyler springs his dad/Catelynn’s step-dad from the slammer, and Amber and Gary take a time machine back to last season when they hated each other’s guts.
After missing Sophia so much while at her hair show, Farrah has decided to put modeling on hold and focus on honing her culinary skills. While perfecting a risotto recipe, Farrah puts Sophia on the toilet and leaves her in the bathroom alone. Sophia proceeds to unroll the entire roll of toilet tissue, although I think that’s probably the least bad thing that could happen to a two year old left alone in a bathroom.
Catelynn and Tyler are excited about starting school, but there is drama as Tyler’s dad/Catelynn’s step-dad Butch is getting out of prison after eight months. Because of prior domestic issues (are you listening Amber and Gary?) Butch and Catelynn’s mom April have a no-contact order from the court. April wants to pick him up even though she is legally prohibited from seeing him. April loves Butch and wants to see him, but agrees to let Tyler pick him up….you know, so he won’t immediately get sent back to jail.

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, who has Hollywood dreams of her own, recently took to her Twitter to complain about fellow teen starlet, Demi Lovato!
Farrah who may or may not be jealous of Disney star Demi’s success, took a jab at the troubled star, who recently had a stint in a treatment center for an eating disorder, with the following Tweet: “In the v.o booth… i feel if demi Lavato can sing … why can’t I… I’ve been through way more then just vomiting after every meal. ” In the V.O Booth? Does this mean Farrah insinuated she has musical aspirations of her own?
After facing backlash for the harsh comment, Farrah attempted to explain her actions in another Tweet: “It’s apparent people have a hard time admitting to facts. I have nothing against Demi, im happy she is well. Get Real People! Only because i care. If you have a eating disorder go to edpa.org. love ,Farrah and I wish you the best on your health.”
The jabs seem a bit hypocritical coming from Farrah who has recently filmed a PSA for MTV to prevent teen pregnancy and has a separate Twitter page to provide a supportive environment for fellow teen moms, as Farrah claims to be a big advocate for teen issues.
In other Farrah news, as we all know Farrah wants to be famous! And not just for getting knocked up! The wannabe A-lister recently took to the Tweets (again!) to reveal she snagged an acting role: “YAY!!! I MET GREAT people at a casting. & im going to be in the New Charlie Angels movie! Good luck to the other amazing Casties :)” Um… Farrah – you may want to confirm that it is, in fact, a TV SHOW not a movie! Hey I guess with her new boobs, she has the body for it!
Even better, E! Online was able to verify that Farrah’s “acting role” is only to play an extra in the TV series.
In other Teen Dad Mom news, the exes will return in their very own one-hour special for MTV. In Touch Weekly is reporting that the series will follow the “baby daddies, boyfriends, and ex-husbands” who have a lot more going on then childcare (as evidence from the show!) and expose what its like to be a teen dad. The special will also cover some of the recent occurrences in the dad’s lives such as new relationships, personal dramas, new endeavors and how being on the show has affected their lives. According to a source: “If it’s successful it’ll become a series.” Oh, I hope not!
Do you think Farrah’s Tweets about Demi Lovato are out of line? Would you watch her as an actress or should she stick to Reality TV? Will you be watching the Teen Dads special or have you had more than enough?
