Other Bravo stars in the commercial include Kathy Griffin, Kara DioGuardi, Padma Lakshmi, and Patti Stanger. If you recall, this was the same shoot in which some of the Bravo housewives reportedly felt snubbed by Top Chef host Padma, who they say ignored them during the shoot.
E! News was able to catch up with Rachel, who revealed her tips for getting her pre baby body back! “I’m eating a ton and nursing my child. I have not exercised, I can tell you that much,” dished Rachel. “This is my first time out since he was born. Life is amazing, it’s perfect. It’s complete, I’m in love and I can’t see straight.”
The new mommy then opened up about her baby boy. “He’s home sleeping. I have to go home and feed him right now,” said Rachel, adding that she picked her son’s name because, “It was just one of my favorite names, always. It made a lot of sense because the ‘S’ in his name was for my great aunt and the ‘M’ in his middle name is for my grandfather and my husband’s mother.”
So can we expect to see Rachel in her delivery room on the upcoming season of her Bravo show a la Kourtney Kardashian? “I don’t know, you’ll have to watch and see what happens,” teased Rachel. And that we will as Bravo has yet to announce the premiere date for the upcoming season of the Rachel Zoe Project.
PEOPLE magazine is reporting the celebrity stylist and husband Rodger Berman welcomed their first child today, a son named Skyler Morrison Berman, in Los Angeles. He weighed in at 6 lbs., 12 oz. and is 20 inches long.
“Mom and Dad ‘LITERALLY’ could not be happier or more in love with their son!” the couple said in a statement to PEOPLE.
Power stylist and Bravo reality starRachel Zoe, who is 9 months pregnant and due this month, opens up about a number of things in her latest interview with the Hollywood Reporter.
Rachel, 39, star ofThe Rachel Zoe Project, who has dressed everyone from Anne Hathaway to Cameron Diaz, discusses her extraordinary rise from stylist to the stars to becoming a brand name. “I’m not sure that most people can name another stylist,” says Rodger Berman, her husband of 13 years and the president of Rachel Zoe Inc. since July.
Rachel’s Budding Empire – The Rachel Zoe Inc company employs 14 full-time staffers who manage The Zoe Report, her daily digital newsletter with a readership of 250,000; the Rachel Zoe Collection, a contemporary line launching in the fall with licensing partner Li & Fung at such stores as Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman (prices range from $250-$700); and The Rachel Zoe Project, her Bravo reality show that drew 1.1 million viewers to its Season 3 finale (up 31 percent from the previous year; the show is due to return in the fall).
Humble Beginnings – Rachel has come a long way since her first job as a fashion assistant in New York at the now-defunct YM magazine (her salary: $18,000). She went freelance at 25 and began styling for the likes of Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys from a one-bedroom West Village apartment. “I worked 20-something hours a day, seven days a week,” says Rachel. “I was completely obsessed with fashion and spent all my money flying to Paris to go to couture because that was the dream. I crashed shows, stood in line for Marc Jacobs. Designers were my heroes and my celebrities. It hasn’t really worn off.”
Rachel’s Growing Fortune – Today, she now earns up to $10,000 per styling job, along with an estimated $50,000 an episode for her Bravo reality show. Revenue from her product lines and add her styling earnings, and Zoe is easily clearing seven figures, but Rodger says he’s only recently felt like he can breathe a little easier. “Last year was the first time when I felt like, ‘OK, we’re not gonna go bankrupt.’ But, ‘Mo’ money, mo’ problems.’ To my wife, it just means she can spend more.”
Rachel On Fame – “I never wanted to be famous,” says Rachel, who grew up in Short Hills, N.J. “A stylist is a behind-the-scenes job,” she says. “I’m never a star when I’m with a star — ever. Back then, I was very insecure about that. Even now, if you watch me on a red carpet, I’m physically uncomfortable. I can’t strike a good pose to save my life. Fortunately and unfortunately, it’s a part of brand-building. It’s just part of my job.” “Rachel is an expert in her field, at the top of her game, and she’s addictive to watch,” Andy Cohen says. “The other star of The Rachel Zoe Project is the fashion,” he adds. “But as you go deeper into any reality show, more colors of the rainbow start to come out.” Like her slang, which includes the stupefied “I die” and the exultant “Ah-mazing.” Says Cohen, “The Zoe-isms are bananas.”
Bravo reality star and celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe is a very busy woman these days!
The Rachel Zoe Project star is not only planning the March arrival of her baby boy, but she’s also having to prepare for her busiest work day of the year, aka the Oscars!
But first things first. According to PEOPLE, Rachel celebrated her baby shower this Saturday, which was hosted by close friend Pamela Skaist-Levy and the stylist’s sister, Pamela Glassman. The above photo of Rachel, 39, and hubby Rodger Berman was taken at the baby shower, as Rachel wore a dress by The Row, paired with an Oscar de la Renta necklace.
The NYPost also reports that Rachel’s baby shower was star studded. The guests included Kate Hudson, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. Also on the guest list? Demi Moore who reportedly dumped Rachel and began working with her former assistant Brad Goreski.
Meanwhile, Rachel will be very busy this Oscars weekend as she will not only be dressing numerous A-list celebs but also the awards host Anne Hathaway.
Months after celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe and her assistant Brad Goreski ended their work relationship amicably, it seems there is now trouble in styling paradise.
According to a new report by the NY Post, Rachel, star of the Rachel Zoe Project, is “furious” with Brad. The reason? Brad is now styling her former A-list client Demi Moore.
“Brad is dressing Demi for the Oscar parties, and he also dressed her at Sundance” a source tells The Post. Something that isn’t sitting too well with Rachel, as Demi was a longtime client and also appeared on her Bravo reality show.
However Demi seems to have taken her allegiance with Brad after he quit working for Rachel and set up on his own last October.
Sources reveal, “Rachel is furious. Brad assisted her in styling Demi. Now she feels betrayed.” When contacted by the Post, Brad simply said, “No comment.”
