Real Housewives of New Jersey

melissa gorga at the 2014 bravo upfronts

Melissa Gorga is hitting back at the information being shared by her renter/purchaser Kai Patterson regarding the status of his purchaseThe Real Housewives of New Jersey star took to her blog to set the record straight..sort of.  Melissa explains her current housing situation and confirms that she is planning to move back into Casa de Leaky Beaver (aka the Montville mansion).

Melissa backtracks and now wishes she hadn’t said that she was moving away because of sister-in-law Teresa Giudice.    “So as you already know, we moved to Franklin Lakes last September and you will see us in our rental home this season. We bought a property there and are building a house a couple miles away from where we are renting.  Watching this episode makes me think about two things that I wish I could go back and erase. The first was making that statement about why we wanted to move and the second was not listening to my gut and going through with the sale of our Montville home to the person who bought it.”

Joe and Melissa Gorga aren’t moving back into their former mansion in Montville, at least according to current renter/purchaser Kai PattersonThe Real Housewives of New Jersey stars aren’t being honest about several things, according to him.

Kai claims that things didn’t go in Melissa and Joe’s favor as several reports claimed after their court hearing last week.  He shared the court order and some additional information with us.

Kai says the court hearing wasn’t anything like the news reports claimed.  “I got a fair and favorable order by the Judge yesterday. The Judge never said or alleged that Mr. Gorga was getting their property back in 17 days, or the Judge would have ordered an eviction yesterday that would require the removal in 17 days.  Nowhere in the order was an eviction granted.”

It’s nice to know that no matter how many seasons of Real Housewives of New Jersey we have, some things will remain the same. Teresa Giudice will always be delusional, Melissa Gorga will always be pretending to be someone she’s not (i.e. rich), and the fashions will always be an abomination that is almost unbelievable!

While Teresa is in denial about potentially going to prison – and perhaps if you’re headed to prison the only way to get through is to be in denial – she’s planning for Christmas with her daughters. I will say, and I may regret saying this, Teresa seems much more humbled, sincere, and real this season.

All the Jersians are preparing for Christmas in their own way: Dina Manzo has to put the tree outside because her hairless cat Botox is afraid of it or something. Maybe seeing his reflection in the shiny ornaments was traumatizing. Lexi is waiting for college admissions letters, but has her heart set only on NYU. Dina encourages her to throw a rock over a bridge and let go of preconceived notions of destiny. #ZenByBravo Dina needs to stop getting her life tips from old episodes of Dr. Phil

Real Housewives of New Jersey season premiere

Last week Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s much-hyped sixth season premiered. And unfortunately even unveiling Teresa Giudice‘s legal mess or Dina Manzos return didn’t entice viewers to tune in!

After three seasons of family feuding and recycled story lines focused on negativity, have viewers grown tired of RHONJ? Has the magic worn off? Once Bravo’s most popular Housewives franchise the ladies of the garden state have been eclipsed by Georgia peaches as Real Housewives of Atlanta ratings have skyrocketed.

Perhaps viewers don’t believe Bravo that this will finally be a ‘new’ New Jersey. I guess we’ll have to wait and see!

Real Housewives of New Jersey season premiere

The reality TV viewer numbers are in – and Real Housewives of New Jersey failed to draw a big crowd. The season 6 premiere attracted 2.14 million viewers overall. However, in the key demo, it was the lowest rated premiere episode in the history of the show. For comparison’s sake, season 5 premiered to 2.842 million and the season 5 average was 2.29 million.

Also on Sunday, 2.3 million watched Khloe move on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, 1.212 million tuned in to see the series premiere of Game of Crowns, and 1.64 million, a season high, watched the Browns meet the Richards on Sister Wives. On Monday, Lizzie’s disastrous dinner party on Real Housewives of Orange County garnered 1.725 million, Mimi’s sex tape release on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta attracted 3.88 million, and Noelle’s pot stirring on Ladies of London logged 782,000 viewers.

As for the rest of the week, the Married to Medicine reunion shows averaged 1.14 million viewers, 2.2 million welcomed back Teen Mom 2, 1.131 million tuned in to see Carole’s birthday party on Real Housewives of New York, and 1.122 million watched the season premiere of Don’t Be Tardy. The series premiere of LeAnn & Eddie on VH1 didn’t make the Top 100 Cable Broadcasts list, however, VH1′s Dating Naked made the list with 826,000 viewers. So I think it’s safe to assume LeAnn & Eddie flopped.

Amber Marchese and Family

Earlier this week we shared some background information about new Real Housewives of New Jersey star Amber Marchese and her husband James. Namely that Jim had been involved in a Whistleblower Action against his former company and his issues with his ex-wife.

Jim reached out to us to share his side of the story and explain the circumstances regarding custody of his two sons, his ex-wife’s legal situation, and the truth behind his involvement in the Whistleblower action.

Jim makes it clear he has “never” had any trouble with the law. Jim explains he and his former company Cell Therapeutics became embroiled in a civil lawsuit which explains his desire to acquire a maximum award from the judge.

Melissa and Joe Gorga

You can go home again (even after you sell your mansion for $3.8 million!)!  Joe and Melissa Gorga tell the judge they want to move their kids back into the Montville mansion!  Joe Gorga was back in court today with renter?/buyer?/squatter? Kai Patterson and it turns out the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars want to take their house back!

A judge ruled that Kai Patterson can stay in the Gorga house for another 17 days if he coughs up $25,000.  According to the Gorga attorney, Patterson owes them more than $180,000.  So, the eviction proceedings are delayed for a few more days.

The two sides went back and forth and Gorga’s attorney made it clear that Melissa and Joe want the eviction done as quickly as possible so they can move back into the mansion! The Gorgas want to get back in the house and enroll their kids in school for the upcoming year.   Hmm..guess that “Dream Home” isn’t happening anytime soon.

More Gorga Mansion Drama – Joe Hires Man To Sit On Property And Watch Kai Patterson; Plus, Joe Gorga Owes $45,000 To State Of New Jersey

This Joe and Melissa Gorga mansion drama just gets more topsy turvy by the day, y’all!  `Kai Patterson has more juicy details to spill and let me tell you, these Real Housewives of New Jersey legal proceedings are more interesting than anything on the show will ever be!

I’m apologizing in advance because this is another book-length tale.  I am sharing the whole thing once again, for those of you who enjoy every last morsel of gossip and craziness.  I’m also summarizing a bit of in bullet highlights, although that won’t do these latest revelations and accusations a bit of justice.

A few highlights - Joe Gorga allegedly owes the state of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation more than $45,000, Joe Gorga also allegedly hired a man to sit on the Montville mansion’s property to make sure that Mr. Patterson wasn’t hiring other contractors to fix the house and more!  Even that “fake attorney” from the Posche 2 salon brawl legal debacle makes an appearance in this twisted tale, too!
