Love him or hate him, it is pretty interesting that The Apprentice star Donald Trump went from being a reality TV star to a presidential candidate. It got me thinking about celebrities that I enjoy watching on reality TV who I would love to see run for president.
To make it clear, I don’t necessarily think any of these people should actually be president, just that it definitely would have been entertaining if we had them in the mix at some point during the nomination and election processes. Also, this list is meant to be a complete joke, so chill out with the political commentary and just have fun with the “what if” political possibilities.
To set the tone of the night, Andy plays a video montage of Luann‘s bragging on tonight’s episode of Real Housewives of New York, titled Gloating While Boating starring Luann de Lesseps. Ramona says Luann’s enthusiasm is “over the top.”
This photo is about the only time I remember Shannon Beador smiling on last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live. She was a guest, along with Odd Mom Out’sAbby Elliot, and seemed to be in a very serious mood. It could just be me, but she didn’t seem to be having any fun. Nonetheless, she answered a lot of questions aboutVicki Gunvalson, Kelly Dodd, and talked about her daughter’s cringe-worthy questions to David.
On Vicki jumping in the car and calling Brooks Ayers after David screamed at her during the 70’s party, Shannon says, “I think that she misses him and I think it was an excuse to call him.”
First, Michael weighs in on current Real Housewives story lines. AboutTeresa Giudice‘s emotional return, he says, “Great TV. Her hair was fantastic – best hair line in the business.” As for Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s newbies, Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania, he loves them both. About a post-face lift Siggy showing up in bandages, Michael says, “This woman has balls.” He adds that Dolores is fantastic and has a beautiful family.
Andy replays the clip from tonight’s episode where Meghan trying to warn Kelly about Vicki. Meghan says “It was a little bit disappointing because I was actually trying to give Kelly some heartfelt advice so that she could really fit in with the whole group and that was her reaction. She minimized my advice and I was a little disappointed.”
Taking a page from Taylor Swift, Heather Dubrow is accusingJeff Lewis of character assignation for making allegations that she’s fake and phony.
While appearing on WWHL last week, Jeff dubbed Heatherhis least favorite Housewife, “which is completely fine,” she insists, “not everyone’s gonna like you,” but she’s not fine with Jeff accusing her of being rude to waitstaff during a dinner party at Shannon Beador‘s house (not filmed) – especially since he misrepresented his own behavior that fateful night!
Has she had any work done to her face or body? “No, but I want to soon.”
Andy mentions that Jacqueline didn’t seem receptive to Teresa’s New Year’s Eve call. “At that time my guard was up. I hadn’t heard from her in so long and then the note. But it was when she said “oh do you always answer the phone on speaker?” She knows when you’re on a reality show you always put your phone on speaker. So I thought she was trying to throw me under the bus and that turned me off immediately and why my walls went up.”
