With the fourth season of Basketball Wives beginning in just over a month the drama continues to ramp up between two ladies who were once thick as thieves. While rumors of a feud between Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada have been running rampant, both women have been publicly silent on any discourse. Jennifer is now breaking her silence as S2SMagazine.com recounts her recent radio interview. No, not that radio interview.

“As far as our friendship, yea, we are definitely not on speaking terms,” Jennifer admits to TT Torrez on the radio show. She also didn’t directly address gossip of a throw down between her and one time biffle Evelyn at Shaunie’s O’Neal’s Louis Vuitton bag studded birthday bash (literally!), stating simply,“I don’t think I can confirm or deny. I think anybody that has tuned into season 1 through 3 knows that I’m definitely not a fighter. That’s not even my character whatsoever. You definitely won’t find me fighting in Philippe Chow so I’m just going to leave it at that.” Well, she was pretty spot-on with tossing her drink on estranged husband — and amateur movie producer — Eric Williams.

Jenn is quick to acknowledge the rift between the former besties, who have been attached at the hip since the show began airing three seasons ago. She tells Torrez, “I don’t feel the need to put stuff on Twitter…but yea [Evelyn] threw a couple jabs at me on Twitter.” That darn Twitter… breaking up friendships one tweet at a time.

Jennifer, however, is living with an “it is what is” mantra, and she’s trying to focus on the positive, revealing, “I’m at a point in my life where I’m getting rid of all of the negative energy, including my soon-to-be ex. So, my thing is like, nobody’s exempt at this point. If you’re bringing some negative energy and drama into my life, I’m good.” It’s an excellent attitude, but I’ll be curious to see how it plays out when the show returns.

Speaking of the show, the new season premieres in February with two newbie “wives” Kesha Nichols and Kenya Bell. Kesha made headlines when she was the victim of runaway groom Richard Jefferson, while Kenya is in infamous for stabbing Charlie Bell, her NBA star ex (clearly!) husband. Of her new cast mates, Jenn isn’t judging past behavior (at least in this interview) stating that as far as she knows, “They seem cool.”

While things are pretty cold in the land of Evelyn and Jennifer, the reality star isn’t ruling out a potential reconciliation. Jenn says, “Anything is possible, to be honest with you. The whole reason why we’re not speaking, I think is really trivial. Honestly, I don’t have a problem with Evelyn. She has a problem with me.” Is it just me, or is sometimes taking the high road even more of a dig than sinking to your adversary’s level?

THOUGHTS ON JENNIFER’S INTERVIEW? DO YOU BELIEVE THE FORMER FRIENDS WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE AMENDS? IS JENN BEING TRYING TO BE THE BIGGER PERSON OR IS SHE JUST TRYING TO MAKE EVELYN LOOK EVEN WORSE? ARE YOU EXCITED TO SEE THE NEW LADIES?

Has she or hasn’t she? There are conflicting reports today on whether or not Kim Richards has checked out of rehab before the end of her 30-day stay.

According to RadarOnline, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has checked out of rehab after Bravo reportedly forced her to seek help or risk losing her spot on the hit show.

Sources tell the site that Kim, 47, sought help at the insistence of Bravo after a Thanksgiving that had her loved ones very concerned about her health.

“On Thanksgiving Kim was stumbling and stuttering. It’s her normal,” a source close to Kim tells Radar. “She definitely abuses alcohol,” the source added. Kim herself has admitted on the show to taking a concoction of prescription pills, which includes Lexapro, Trazadone and Topamax.

“The pressures the women face being on the show are enormous,” the source told Radar. “Kim was basically told that if she wanted to stay on the show then she had to get help, so she did. Kim doesn’t have any other significant source of income and she needs to keep her job on the show.”

RadarOnline adds that Kim plans to continue her treatment with outpatient therapy.

PEOPLE magazine also confirmed Radar’s report with a source telling them Kim had indeed checked out of rehab. However, just moments after the report came out Kim’s rep insisted to PEOPLE magazine that she has yet to check out. In fact, while Kim’s sister, Kyle Richards, isn’t confirming whether Kim is still in rehab or not Kyle did reveal she visited Kim last night on her Twitter page.

“Happy night w/ my sister @KimRichards11…” tweeted Kyle last night along with a picture of herself and Kim. That pic is posted below. “Loved the time I got to spend w/ my sister @KimRichards11. I love u and am so proud of u. Xoxo,” tweeted Kyle today.

“She’s doing okay,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Everyone is hoping for the best.” The source states that Kim’s daughter Kimberly was also part of the visit. “They were all happy to see each other,” adds the source.

As reported a while back, this isn’t Kim’s first rehab stint. “Every time is a new time, and everyone just hopes this sticks and that she gets the help she needs,” another source told PEOPLE earlier this month when Kim first checked into rehab.

Two conflicting reports. I will say though that for PEOPLE magazine to originally report Kim had left rehab means they had to have had a very credible source. My guess is that Kim did indeed leave rehab before the end of her 30-day stay and her rep is now doing damage control. But only time will tell.

In the meantime, below is a picture of Kim and Kyle from yesterday.
