On the new episode titled ‘Contract Player,’ Phaedra invites Dwight over to meet her new baby boy, but the visit turns into a gossip session to catch her up on all the drama surrounding the wives and Dwight fills Phaedra in on a underhanded comment that Cynthia made about Phaedra’s marriage at a recent party.
And in another gab-sesh across town, NeNe meets Kim for lunch where they dish on a “friend contract” that Cynthia has request NeNe enter into. Kim also rehearses for her looming tour, but she’s seemingly more interested in sculpting her body than refining the show. Elsewhere, Sheree prepares to act in a regional play.
The new episode airs tonight at 10/9c on Bravo.
Watch What Happens Live – Bravo announced this week that for the first time in the show’s history, WWHL will air for 5 consecutive nights starting tonight. The ratings for the Bravo late night show has only continued to improve as it now averages 1.3 million viewers per episode.
According to Andy Cohen, the 5 nights airing is more of an experiment. “We’re doing great on Sundays and Thursdays, and competing very well against some very established shows,” Andy said. “We’re looking to have a little fun for a week. It’s more of a special holiday stunt, but we’re open to anything.” That is code talk for if the ratings are good, the five nights a week airing might become permanent.
The guests on tonight’s show will be Nene Leakes and Anderson Cooper.

Part 1 of the Real Housewives of DCreunion aired last night and it did not dissapoint, so let’s get right to the recap!
The reunion starts out with host Andy Cohen asking the ladies what political party they are aligned with. Mary and Lynda are registered Republicans, with Stacie and Michaele being Democrats. Something tells me the Democratic party would rather do without Michaele’s support.
Andy wastes no time in getting down to business as he brings up Michaele’s BS MS claims. Lynda, along with the rest of the world, isn’t buying it and wants to know how Michaele could live & eat the way she does all while having MS for 17 years. Another aspect to this claim that hasn’t been discussed is why and how Michaele never mentioned the MS on the show. How could someone filming a reality show for months about their personal life leave out such a MAJOR factor?

The mag reports Jill, 46, is taking meetings “about her own reality show.” An insider states, “She likes the title: Jill Gets a Hobby” (a play on words stemming fromBethenny Frankel’s comments telling her to “get a hobby” last season.
“Jill wants it to focus on her and her sister (lawyer Lisa Wexler whom Jill wrote a book with) but her sister is boring,” says the source. “Jill feels done with Bravo after last season. She thinks Bethenny and Andy Cohen conspired to make Bethenny look like a victim.”
Jill’s rep is however denying the story, telling HollywoodLife that UsWeekly’s story is “totally fabricated.” For some odd reason, we will choose to believe UsWeekly over Jill.
In other NYC news, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps is angling to appear on broadway according to her rep, who tells RadarOnline LuAnn wants to expand her brand by taking to the stage.
“She’s very adventurous and wants to try something new,” her rep said. “She’s had a few meetings for a couple of potential Broadway projects, including ‘Chicago’ and ‘La Cage Aux Folles.’ It’s something she’s definitely looking into.”
The rep however adds LuAnn cannot officially do anything until she finishes filming the 4th season of the NYC Housewives in Januray. Umm good luck with that Lulu.
TELL US – DO YOU BELIEVE JILL IS TRYING TO GET HER OWN SPIN-OFF? WOULD YOU WATCH LUANN ON BROADWAY?
The fired housewife filmed a parody for Style network’s The Dish, during which she played a wholesome housewife in a sitcom show titled, Don’t Staub Believin.
In the spoof, Danielle, dressed in an old fashioned housewife costume, can be seen baking, wiping down a pole, and greeting an ape like figure at the door, that she refers to as Teresa Giudice. The clip is below -
Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen returned this Thursday, and the hilarity ensued when surprise guest caller Naomi Campbell called into the show, and referred to Teresa Giudiceas a “role model.”
The cell phone throwing super model told Teresa, “How do you do it? You have four kids, you take care of your family, you cook and clean. I mean, you have no help at all. How do you do it?! You’re a role model. It’s like, you dress all your kids. They’re always….it’s amazing.”
Oddly enough, the table flipping/host shoving Teresa, who reportedly uses her mother as a nanny, appeared a bit tongue tied in answering the question. “I don’t know how I do it, I just do,” replied Teresa. “Everyone asks me, I swear to God, but I have a lot of energy. And great genes, I guess.”
And when it comes to Teresa’s infamous shoving of Andy, Naomi made it clear she was on Team Teresa. “I understood,” said Naomi. “She didnt see [him] at that moment. you mess with her family and that’s what you get!”
“Do you not think I have better things to do with my time than to drive by the streets of Franklin Lakes?” were the words of Danielle Staub, who was shown during the season premiere driving by the streets of Franklin Lakes to stalk spy on her castmates.
The above statement pretty much summed up part 2 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion. It was mostly the others accusing and confronting Danielle, who’s MO coming into the reunion taping seemed to be Deny, Lie, Deny, Lie, Deny and more Deny. And despite Andy Cohen’s claim that the part 2 of the reunion would be more shocking and more dramatic than the first part, it was all but obvious last night that the best had come and gone last week.
The reunion starts out with Danielle being confronted about the events that took place during the Brownstone charity fundraiser. Immediately, we see Danielle denying things she said, you know, things that we all saw her say on national television.
Danielle’s ex-con buddy, Danny‘s use of a gay slur, is then brought up. Danielle immediately goes on the defensive and keeps saying she will not take responsibility for Danny’s comment. Perhaps I missed something, but no one was asking Danielle to take responsibility for his comment, they were simply asking her why she was never shown condemning Danny’s use of the word, or scolding him about it, considering she is a gay advocate and all. And by gay advocate, I wonder if that means exploiting a faux lesbian relationship for self promotion?

The confirmation came last night from Andy Cohen via a blog on Bravo. “The reunion was Danielle’s last appearance on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. We thought the hugs were a great way to end two seasons of bitterness between the women,” said Andy.
No reasons were given for Danielle’s departure from the show, though reports state that Danielle’s co-stars gave Bravo an ultimatum. As for Danielle, she is currently trying to get her own spin-off show. No word yet on whether any network has picked it up.
In other news, could Teresa Giudice be the next housewife to leave the New Jersey franchise?
According to a story by the NYPost today, that answer is very likely. The Post reports Teresa herself a friend of Teresa’s tells them “Teresa is done with Bravo, I don’t think any amount of money will make her come back.”
The reason? Apparently Teresa made a bad deal with Bravo over royalties from her cookbook, “Skinny Italian.” A source tells the Post Teresa is the only housewife in the franchise to give Bravo 10 percent of royalties from her book sales. In exchange, Bravo was suppose to make up the difference by promoting her book on the show.
She reportedly filmed several scenes with the book such as cooking and testing recipes, but as we all know, none of that footage was aired. The only brief mention of Teresa’s book came during the finale episode.
The NYPost story also confirms that Teresa hates her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, who Bravo has reportedly signed on for season 3.
Plus, following the news that Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice are being accused of fraud and hiding assets in their bankruptcy filing, Popeater is reporting today that Teresa is “terrified” of going to prison and “would rather drop out of the show altogether than end up in prison because of something she lets slip on TV.”
A source also tells Popeater that Teresa would rather have Danielle back than have her sister-in-law on the show. “If Melissa does join, Teresa will quit for sure,” says the source.
UPDATE: Danielle is now speaking out on her departure from the show. She tells UsWeekly, “I’m way too good for this… They have used me about as much as I can be used.”
“I think it’s time for me to move on and upward,” says Danielle. “I don’t see any interest for me to be attacked like that.” She adds, “I mean, what’s left for [the other castmates]? To kill me? Bravo seems to be glorifying their behavior. And I think it’s almost like telling children to behave poorly at school, ‘It’s OK.’”
Danielle however makes it clear she wants a spin-off. “I want my own show,” she says. “I want to be me now. Not me according to other people. Me…a spin-off is absolutely, positively where I’m going.”
TELL US – DO YOU WANT TERESA BACK FOR ANOTHER SEASON? WILL YOU CONTINUE TO WATCH THE SHOW WITHOUT HER?
So what can we expect? Well, Kim G. makes her return as she comes back for a special appearance to call Danielle out on using her and being a bad friend.
Other serious allegations are brought up in the reunion, which include the story behind Danielle and Ashley’s texting war. Last week Teresa unleashed her anger on Danielle and this week the rest of the ladies are ready to join in. Will Danielle make it through the reunion shoot or will she flee the scene again? Find out tonight at 9/8c.
In other news, last week’s reunion episode brought in a Bravo housewives best at 3.9 million viewers, making it the most watched housewives episode in the history of the Bravo network.
Back to tonight’s episode,Andy Cohen did a new interview with E! online during which he assured us the part 2 of the reunion would shock us even more than the first (Is this even possible?).
“What I’ll tell you is that Jacqueline has something of an epiphany somewhere through the taping and her epiphany is really going to surprise people,” said Andy to E!. “Two things happen that I never would expect to happen in million years. Literally, the shots of me, my mouth is on the floor.”
Interesting words from Andy. Could Jacqueline be the housewife that will reportedly leave the show forever? Guess we’ll find out tonight!
A preview clip of tonight’s episode is below.
TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE PREVIEW AND PART 2 OF THE REUNION?
The super-sized Real Housewives of New Jersey part 1 reunion episode aired last night. The good news? With the exception of some of our brain cells, the show ended with no casualties.
For some odd reason, I assumed the highly promoted “fight scene” between Teresa, Danielle and innocent bystander Andy, would occur in part 2 of the reunion set to air next week, but thanks to the ape-like animal instincts ofTeresa Giudice, all the drama went down within the first 20 minutes of the show!
The reunion started out with host Andy Cohen greeting each of the ladies, while issuing them phony compliments, buttering them up for the madness that is about to ensue. Andy decides to ask the ladies about that other little Jersey show aka the Jersey Shore, and Teresa, who likes to request an occasional spanking on her bottom in public, immediately lets us know she does not approve. When asked why, Teresa reveals one of the female cast members jumped into bed with a guy on the show after barely knowing him.
All was going well until Teresa decided to take a dig at Danielle 2 minutes into the show. “I think Danielle could relate to them, right Danielle? Because after a week you met Steve, you slept with him in my Shore house, in front of your kids. That was okay, right, right?” Danielle calmly refers to Teresa as insane, and Teresa retorts by calling Danielle a pig. Jacqueline chimes in, stating that Danielle’s kids heard her having sex with her ex Steve on that faithful day. More on Danielle’s kids later, as we will discover their mother’s actions is taking a toll on them.
Andy decides to ask the ladies how their kids are dealing with the notoriety of the show. Danielle immediately lets us know her kids are doing amazingly well, you know, despite the fact that their prostitution whore of a mother is on national television acting loony, and released a sex tape just a few months ago.
Danielle is accused of not congratulating Jacqueline when she had her baby boy. So she congratulates Jacqueline, who fake accepts the congrats. Dina Manzo‘s name comes up, and the big topic of last year’s reunion show is brought up, which was the accusation by the other ladies that Danielle did something very awful to Dina. Dina has since come out this year, stating in a national magazine that Danielle offered unsolicited help to her ex-husband to try to have her daughter taken away from her. But what we didn’t know is that following the publication of Dina’s interview with Life&Style magazine, Danielle had her lawyers issue a gag order to Dina, forbidding her from discussing Danielle’s role in whole issue.
“We can’t talk about it. Can’t talk about it! End, done, next,” proclaimsCaroline Manzo. Danielle doesn’t yield to Caroline’s command and continues to discuss the issue. “Do not speak of my sister! Did you hear what I said? Do not speak of my sister, she is not here!” screams Caroline.
And I have nothing against Caroline, but at this point I’m trying to figure out who died and made her authority over what can and cannot be discussed. Yes, I understand she wants to defend her sister, but that sister was a part of the show this season, and because she chose not to attend the reunion doesn’t make her exempt from discussion. Caroline came off as a major bully in this scene.
Some more words are exchanged amongst the ladies, and Teresa brings up the fact that Danielle failed to acknowledge Jacqueline’s son. “Do you acknowledge your nephew?” are the words uttered by Danielle, obviously meant to get a reaction out of Teresa. “Yes of course I did,” calmly replied Teresa before giving us a delayed reaction by going into an extreme rage! “Do not bring up my family!” screamed out a very angry Teresa. “You bitch, you f*cking bitch, you piece of sh*t, you motherf*cker,” were the words of Teresa, who I found out last night is actually college educated with a marketing degree.
Andy Cohen even got a powerful shove from the angry Teresa as he tried to hold her back from Danielle, who calmly walked off the stage. Okay, yes Danielle tried to push Teresa’s buttons but Teresa’s reaction was over the top, uncalled for, and pretty much a very unnecessary sequel to last season’s table flipping. Let’s assume Danielle’s accusation is untrue, why react like a lunatic? By now, we all realize what a trouble maker and sh*t stirrer Danielle is, why give her that reaction? It seems to me that Teresa’s over the top reaction as more to do with the other issues going on in her life at the moment.
We are back from commercial break and we see Caroline, who looks a bit mortified, attempting to calm down an enraged Teresa backstage. Danielle wonders out-loud why her life and past is fair game, but she’s not allowed to bring up their dirt, which is a sorta valid point. “It’s true, she didn’t even acknowledge her nephew,” says Danielle to her new posse.
Back on stage, Andy Cohen grows some balls, albeit very little balls according to the good folks at AbsurdtoSublime, when he tells Teresa she must keep her animal rage in check! Danielle is backstage relishing in her role as a victim, while being consoled by her ever changing posse. With a hug from her rumored lesbian superstar superhero girlfriend Lori Michaels, Danielle is ready to face her foes once again.
