On last night's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills I was a little tad bit disappointed in Lisa Vanderpump. I want her to be unimpeachable. I want her to be pristine. I must accept – as we must all – that Lisa is only human. Lisa made a passive aggressive Splits Richards-esque comment toKim Richards (whom I will henceforth refer to as Rambles) because she was late to a cooking party.
Lisa joked this would be a repeat of Hawaii when everyone spent the whole trip waiting on Rambles. Then she asked if Kim took a sleeping pill. It was no bueno. Lisa said it, of course, in a teasing tone but Rambles got defensive and petulent. I know Lisa meant no harm and she is direct, but Kim is vulnerable (and a walking emotional volcano).
Lisa spent the entire evening discussing the Kim situation with Kyle and Mauricio instead of coming up to Kim and saying 'Look, I'm sorry. It was an inappropriate joke.' No instead she told everyone she had hurt Kim's feelings and didn't really know why or what to do. And Rambles complained that Lisa was "fake" and was trying to make her look bad.
Adrienne took to her blog to confirm the news, "To my loyal fans… It was time to exit RHOBH. The show served as a wonderful platform for all the amazing projects that I have in the works. I am forever grateful to my fans, thank you for your support, and stay tuned! xoxoA".
There. That's done and over and settled – Adrienne is out. Let's move on, shall we?
TELL US – ARE YOU SAD TO SEE HER GO? DO YOU THINK SHE QUIT OR DID BRAVO FIRE HER?
Their lament: the way the show is set up (i.e. it being a REALITY show) other cast members can say anything about anyone on the show and get away with it even if it's mean, hurts their feelings, or is allegedly, possibly a deep dark secret that no one wants revealed and is being lied about.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is definitely in for a cast shake up. With two ladies out and reportedly two more to go, we cannot wait to see what next season is like!
Friends of the Housewives, Camille Grammer and Marisa Zanuck were both asked to skip the reunion and in Camille's case that was more than fine because she has no interest in returning next season. "There were some good times and some not so good times, but it's very hard to live your life out on the screen," a source tells PEOPLE about Camille's departure.
Camille, who is much happier with her life post-divorce, feels she no longer needs the show and the stress it brings isn't worth it. Well, best of luck Camille!
Several ladies announced on twitter yesterday that they were gearing up for the blood bath. Yolanda Foster shared "Maintenance day. Pulling myself together for the big day tomorrow, taping of the RHOBH reunion."
Brandi Glanville confirmed the official beginning of reunion day (which is notorious for hauling HW to a undisclosed location at 6am!) on twitter.
Is it just me or should Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'Kyle Richards just give up on her Diddylicious white party? She should just hang it up and call it a day. It had a good run. Whether her husband is getting hit on or her biffle Taylor Armstrong is left in tears (or turned away at the door thanks to her sue-happy husband), the party is merely a venue to hash out drama while extras dance by the pool.
Of course, this season's party was no different, except Taylor got to finally be out of the insanity (relatively speaking…she's still bat shiz crazy). This go-round the drama involved the law suit rumors and surrogacy secrets between Adrienne Maloof and Brandi Glanville. In Adrienne's corner was now ex-husband Paul Nassif while Brandi had best friend Jennifer Giminez with her for support. While the participants managed to keep the yelling, name-calling, and accusations to a minimum (for this crew at least), I can't help but wonder if there was anything we didn't get to see…
Adrienne and her new beau Sean Stewart attended the First Annual Have a Heart Silent Auction at Mixology 101, where Mario and Maria Menounos were auctioning off kisses for charity. Adrienne reportedly shelled out $25,000 for the kiss.
