You know, ever since a little Dakota Fanning magnificently tackled playing a wise six-year-old in the very grown up movie I Am Sam, I knew she was going to have an amazing career…and she has. The actress has run the gamut by playing thought provoking and controversial roles throughout her tween and teen years while her Hollywood peers were partying hard and being typecast in every teen movie we've ever seen. Not only that, with a thriving and respected film career, Dakota managed to graduate high school (one she actually attended where she was a cheerleader and homecoming queen) and begin her studies at NYU. All the while, she's still picking roles that help hone her craft and catapult her into blockbuster status (thanks, Twilight!).
Proving that you can be a major star and not have your name in the tabloids every day (are you listening, LiLo?), Dakota has managed to stay under the radar regarding anything other than her career…until now. That's right. Dakota Fanning may be an award-winning actress, a serious college student, and an avoider of the negative limelight, but she's also an avid reality show watcher–and not just any reality show.

I know I've said it before, but I love, love, LOVE the Robertson family. If I didn't think Jase and his wifey were so adorbs, he would totally be my dream guy. Yes, I'm talking about that little gem on A&E known as Duck Dynasty. Sure, the situations they get into are definitely scripted, but the love and hilarity is so real. Duck Dynasty is what reality programming should always be like…it's the same reason I watch Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and Jersey Shore. They all truly care for one another.
Yes, they're hairy and silly and don't shower that often, but they are all very intelligent and kind. Did you know that Phil is a former school teacher who declined the NFL draft while playing first-string quarterback at Louisiana Tech? The second-string quarterback when Phil played was NFL Hall-of-Famer Terry Bradshaw. All of his boys went to college, and they all became Duck Masters except for Al who used to be a minister…he's also the only one sans beard. Okay, okay, I'll stop with the ridiculous Robertson trivia. I just love them…and now they've given me yet another reason.
The Robertsons typically live under the radar (minus the whole reality show thing), but now they are using their popularity for the greater good. I am not at all surprised. These are good people, y'all, and if you've never watched, I highly encourage you to do so. It's drama-free fun…and cute burly men!
Mark was introduced in season two andhas been featured a handful of times since then. But, if A&E and Dave don't settle their feud soon, we could be seeing a lot more of him. An inside source told RadarOnline, "They think they are going to use this guy to replace Dave Hester."
Now that Mark is thisclose to being promoted to a full-time reality TV star, it has been revealed that he recently spent 45 days in jail.
Well, nothing has changed, A&E and Dave are still at war. He only appeared on the show last night because it was taped before the network locked him out of production. Locked! Out!
Love him or hate him,Dave Hester is arguably the show's biggest star. However, according to an inside source, the ratings for the show have declined and it is no longer A&E's top priority. "Inside the network, the feeling is 'we're going to tape this show with or without you,'" a source told RadarOnline.
"The network and production company has the power," the source explained. "The rest of the cast is working without having their contract issues fully worked out … but Hester simply is not allowed to tape, as he has no offer."
Yikes. We all speculate on whether reality shows are scripted or completely fake. Of course, no one ever comes out and says a show isn't legit…especially if it's the star of the show! I guess Dave Hester from Storage Wars didn't get that memo.
The star of the A&E hit has caused lots of drama with the network after rumors started swirling that he was saying the show isn't what it seems to viewers. What? Next, I'm going to hear that Si's beard on Duck Dynasty isn't real. I just don't know how much more of these crazy rumors I can take!
Former reality star and daughter of infamous mob boss, Victoria Gotti, is now facing foreclosure on her Long Island estate.
A New York State Appellate Court ruling may cost Victoria Gotti her Long Island mansion – the five-bedroom, 5½-bath white brick residence might be familiar to viewers of her former reality show – Growing Up Gotti.
“I’m bitter,” the daughter of late Mob boss John Gottisaid. “The house, all the marital assets, are part of a divorce package [from ex-husband, Carmine Agnello], I have never seen yet.” According to reports, Gotti, 46, owes $650,000 to her lender. As the so-called Mafia princess tells the paper, “This should finally put to rest all the government lies and rumors that I have $200 million buried in my backyard.”
Victoria has however vowed to save her home speaking outside Brooklyn Federal Court on Wednesday, “I’m never going to lose the house – trust me. The only way I’m leaving is selling it, and we wanted out of there, anyway.”
