Johnny reportedly made fun of Jacqueline's autistic son Nicholas (a charge he vehemently denies on twitter) which led to the incident. Witnesses tell the NJ Patch that the fight was very nasty.
"It was a huge brawl. Three of Kim D's clothes racks were destroyed and three of our custom sinks were broken," salon owner Jennifer Dunn confirms. "There was blood on the walls." Jennifer also reveals that one of the men threw a sink during the incident. Undaunted Bravo cameras continued rolling the entire time!
Since none of the RHONJ husbands have jobs they have a lot of time on their hands to go around getting in fist fights and camerawhoring. Apparently over the weekend there was an event to celebrate the opening of Kim D's newest boutique, Posche 2. It's a boutique downstairs and a hair salon upstairs.
Attending the event were some friends of Kim's who are known to cause much, much drama and be anything but fans of Melissa Gorga. RHONJ twitter users are very familiar with them…
I have, what I consider, to be bittersweet news. One of my favorites is quittingReal Housewives of New Jersey. I realize I'm likely in the minority, but I have a soft-spot for most of the Manzos. Sure I didn't like when Caroline Manzo got all bitter for an entire season (I was fearful someone was going to awaken to a horse head in their bed), but I do think she is sick of the toxicity and drama…even if she was a participant.
Even though it can certainly be argued that Caroline's children are overly coddled, I still think Albie and Chris are good guys. A friend of mine grew up with Albie, and he has nothing but nice things to say about their family. Of course, without the Manzo boys, there would be no Greg Bennett. Greggy is by far my favorite Manzo by association…and now he's leaving.
Greg is heading to the West Coast at the end of this month to make his home in San Francisco. Sadly (for me), this means he will no longer be appearing on RHONJ, but I'm hoping that he gets some screen time when he comes back to visit!
Hey – this isn't looking good! According to a report police were called during filming for Real Housewives of New Jersey! Who'd Teresa Giudice fight with this time? Just kidding, actually Teresa wasn't involved at all.
NJ.com reports that Albie Manzo was partying for the cameras at Hoboken hotspot City Bistro Bar when the police were called by the crew.
Apparently an unruly and intoxicated fan (non-fan? Teresa lover?) forced his way in front of the camera and wouldn't get out of whatever all-important Manzo moment was being filmed. Security (Security! Security!) and the film crew tried to persuade the man to leave but instead he pulled a RHONJ and heaved a glass in the direction of the cast. Oh no! Protect our Albie!
It's always fun to hear stories about fan encounters with celebrities – especially reality TV stars because they are so much more unfiltered than your typical celebs. Sometimes it pains me to find out a favorite star is a complete diva or jerk (I won't mention any names), but it gives us a twinge of hope when a celeb is cool. One of our readers (user name Desiday) shared her recent Real Housewives of New Jersey encounter with us and gave us permission to post it – along with her great photos! Desiday met up with Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita, Albie Manzo and Chris Laurita at a blk. water tasting and meet 'n greet this past weekend in L.A. Desiday lucked out and before any crowds arrived, she was able to hang out with the RHONJ crew and get some juicy deets!
ThoseReal Housewives of New Jersey never take a day off. When they aren't filming, they are hard at work promoting their wares, trying to keep the ship afloat. Whether it's Teresa Giudice pimping her cookbooks, drinks and hair products, Melissa Gorga serenading us with her latest tunes, or the Manzo-Lauritas hawking their blk. water, these Jersey gals are workin' hard for the money.
This weekend was no exception. The blk crew, Caroline Manzo, Albie and Chris Manzo,Jacqueline Laurita and husband Chris, were at Stacks Pancake House in Paramus for a water tasting and bottle signing – and we have the pics for you!
