It seems that Bravo is done dragging dead weight all season – and they've learned a little lesson over Aviva Drescher's hiatus and NeNe Leakes' phoning it in. Don't bring the drama all season long, get dropped mid-season. And it's all completely legal!
In order to boost sagging ratings and keep viewers invested, NaughtyButNiceRob reports that Bravo has renegotiated the HW contracts to include a shocking new clause!
"Now ladies are being offered only 8 week contracts. If they don’t deliver the drama in the first few weeks of taping they will be dropped,” a Bravo insider says. Bravo has decided to do this to cover their asses storylines.
The Diesel Duos spread features a picture of Melissa and Joe in Miami and reads, "Hotter together: Shredded sweeties love to flex on the beach!"
Melissa and Joe share the page with Dwayne Wade & Gabrielle Union, Peter Facinelli & Jaimie Alexander, Tom Brady & Gisele Bundchen, Julia Roberts & Danny Moder, Simon Halls & Matt Bomer, andBachelor couple Sean Lowe & Catherine (Giudici) Lowe.
Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their daily lives with us. And we love them for it! Here's a roundup of some of our favorite photos from this week! Enjoy!
Reza Farahan was tapped to talk on stage about Shahs of Sunset, while the cast of Vanderpump Rules, The Real Housewives (of every city except Miami) and Flipping Out hit the red carpet and sat in the audience for the presentations. Also spotted – NeNe Leakes front and center – an obvious sign that she's sticking around RHOA (or maybe landed a spinoff?).
So far the photo agencies only have a handful of pics from the event, but a slew of reality stars Tweeted and Instagrammed photos and we've rounded up some of them for you! Take a peek at the festivities below and tell us what show you're looking forward to the most!
Per the usual with the end of a Housewives season, casting rumors are abound! However, given that Real Housewives of Atlanta ended on such a tumultuous note (albeit with the highest ratings in Housewives franchise history!) it's no surprise that some casting shakeups are likely.
There's been some reports claiming NeNe Leakes has been fired from the show that made her a household name for her lackluster storyline and ungracious behavior toward the network. I, for one, do not believe for a second that NeNe was fired. Especially with Bravo honcho Andy Cohen just giving an interview where he named her the HW he likes to have dinner with the most!
A source tells Life & Style, however, that Andy has tired of the monster he created! “He was pissed about the way that NeNe acted on the reunion this year, so much so that he might not ask her to come back,” the source says. “He thinks she has become a diva and was very irritated with her for not really answering his questions!”
We all have very strong opinions about the Real Housewives – that is the understatement of the year, says Reality Tea's comment moderator, I'm sure – and we all have favorites and not so favorites! Personally, I love when nobody takes the shows too seriously, and we all have fun discussing the housewives latest fashion disasters, relationship drama, and friendship explosions.
Andy Cohen, the man responsible for bringing us the best of the best and the worst of the worst, knows the housewives better than anyone. So, when he hosted the CLIO Image Awards for excellence in fashion and beauty last week, Allure Magazine asked Andy to name the "BEST HOUSEWIFE" in several categories. Who's the best dressed? Who's Andy's ideal dinner partner? Who has the best hair and the best booty? A few of the names shocked me!
Kenya Moore sat down with Andy to share her thoughts and feelings on the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion fight withPorsha Stewart, her issues with NeNe Leakes, her attempts to get pregnant and more. It was a little shocking to see that Kenya decided to play this interview completely mellow and level and not her usual high strung, over the top theatrical self.
Andy starts the chat by saying he feels like the viewers have taken Porsha's side in the brawl incident. Kenya replied, "I don't know if it's surprising as it is sad. I don't think that when you take someone's side of who has attacked someone and for someone to say 'she made me do it' or 'she deserved that', I think it's a sad commentary for people who would take her side in that."
Does Kenya think she was being a bully? "I think by definition a bully is someone who torments a weaker person. I think that term is not appropriate here."
Andy shared that the props are at the root of the allegation that she provoked Porsha. "I don't think the props had anything to do with being provocative at all. I think that there was a plan in place prior to the reunion to come and attack me."
