Is divorce is in the air over at the Parks-Nida residence or is Apollo Nida just giving his two cents about prenups?
A good friend of Todd Tucker's, Apollo says he offered Todd advice during this week's episode of Kandi's Wedding because he believes Todd and Kandi Burrussare equals and started out an on even playing field where business savvy is concerned.
Apollo says Todd was feeling stressed out about several situations from his issues with Mama Joyce to planning the wedding that left him feeling out of control. As a friend, Apollo advised him to stand up for himself. The prenup was one area Apollo had experience with given that he too is always accused of being after his wife's money.
Apollo says that despite pleading guilty to mail fraud, wire fraud and bank fraud charges that does not affect the goodness of his character. Uh huh. "It doesn't take away from my character and who I am as a person, I mean people make mistakes."
Unfortunately Peter's portions of The Husbands Revealed paled in comparison to Apollo "Loose Lips" Nida's marital revelations! The sit-down with the hubbies echoed that unfortunate scene in Mexico where they all sit around smoking cigars and taking shots – except this timeKenya Moore didn't crash. However, she was a hot topic of conversation!
Apollo arrives at the Bar One gathering in sunglasses. "I wear my sunglasses at night…" and the reason – his wife Phaedra Parks SLAPPED HIM. Then she embalmed his face and stuck in a stake in the front yard American Horror Story style! Oh wait, whoops – this is only Bravo. So boring!
So, do we think that Phaedra Parks has already kicked Apollo Nida to the curb? The Real Housewives of Atlanta star keeps saying she's standing by her man, but after Apollo's latest bout of verbal vomit about his situation, she may be rethinking her position.
Feeling the need to talk about his recent legal drama, Apollo is all over Twitter and giving interviews about his fraud charges, and he's angering fellow reality stars in the process. I'm just going to go on the record saying that T.I. Harris isn't Apollo's biggest fan!
Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their daily lives with us. And we love them for it! Here's a roundup of some of our favorite photos from this week! Enjoy!
A robbery and a couple not as maritally harmonious as they'd like us to think? It seems those are just a few of the bits of gossip being exposed from sources at the taping of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion.
Our friend Tamara Tattles recently got the inside scoop on the behind the scenes happenings at the RHOA reunion, and it is good! We all know that Porsha Williams was arrested after beating the ever-loving poo out of Kenya BullMoorn, but we certainly haven't heard anything about a second arrest that allegedly occurred during the filming of the reunion. What? There is also some pretty good dirt on the state ofPhaedra Parks and Apollo Nida's marriage. Hell, the shoes he wore to the reunion alone warrant her to kick him to the curb!
Yesterday Apollo Nida entered a guilty plea for his participation in a money fraud ring. Given that he already has a felony record and plead guilty, it's assured that Apollo will serve time. He was not sentenced yesterday.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star accepted full responsibility for his role in the illegal behaviors, and cited the pressure to 'Keep up with the Leakes' for his decision to return to a life of crime!
Apollo arrived in a cream colored suit (thankfully he didn't wear his RHOA reunion getup!), and accepted full responsibility for his actions. “It’s my fault at the end of the day,” he told Judge Charles Pannell in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Last month Apollo Nida's attorney filed a "waiver of indictment", which basically says he's waiving his right to a trial and it's usually filed when a plea deal has been hammered out. From what we know, the waiver is filed shortly before an official plea is entered before the judge. And that seems to be what is going on here. The waiver documents were filed on April 24th and today it's reported that Apollo plead guilty to some of those initial charges. It looks like it's safe to say he's worked out an agreement but we don't know any further details until they're filed and available online – hopefully tonight or tomorrow.
