There is just so much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. Obviously, health and happiness are high up on the list, but somewhere after the main priorities in life, the dedicated TV viewers are thankful for their favorite reality stars. Aside from spending time with family and devouring delicious foods, there’s no better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than by enjoying some reality star photos in the latest edition of Instagram Roundup. It’s also a lot better than indulging in awkward or boring conversation with your least favorite relatives.
Shaunie O’Neal has also signed on Keonna Green, who has two kids with Nick Young, and also Aja Metoyer, who shares a three year old with Dwyane Wade. Also returning for the next season are Tami Roman and Jackie Christie.
I know, I know, we hear this all of the time. Reality television is not all that it is cracked up to be, right? But this coming from any one of the Basketball Wives stars…well, we would think that they knew what they were getting into, at least drama-wise, right? Not so. At least according to former Basketball Wives L.A. star Draya Michele.
Instead, Draya Michele says that reality television can ruin your life. Yep, in a new interview, Draya talks about her departure from the show, as well as the dangers of being on a reality show. Hmm, I never thought of reality television as dangerous, have you?

Basketball Wives LA is planning ahead – which means coming back for more! With season 4 currently airing, VH1 decided to renew the dramatic franchise for a 5th season citing strong ratings.
BBW:LA currently dominates the Sunday night cable ratings among 18-34 year olds. This season’s drama centers around Draya Michele – naturally – and also brought old favorites Tami Roman and Shaunie O’Neal out of retirement since original Basketball Wives was canceled.
Boss Jackie Christie has alienated almost every co-star on Basketball Wives LA, but Draya Michele isn’t far behind when it comes to upsetting friends. After Jackie and Brandi Maxiell’s explosive French fry altercation, the women were back last night to instigate more drama. Bring on dodge ball! The episode begins with Brandi meeting up with Mehgan Jones after their brawl in Santa Barbara. The two ladies have forgotten their smack down, and are instead blaming Jackie for all of their issues. As to whether Jackie is still hosting a cancer event to celebrate Brandi…that’s still up in the air! Brandi and Mehgan seem to have forgotten their punching match a few weeks earlier in lieu of bonding over how much they dislike Jackie.
Meanwhile, Jackie is recapping the insanity differently by sharing with Shaunie O’Neal that her latest experience with Mehgan who renders the suggestion that everyone bring tennis shoes? For fighting? Nostrils tempers that the tennis shoes were probably an invitation to exercise. Mehgan is meeting with Malaysia Pargo and Angel Brinks, and she reveals that she wants to unleash her anger on Jackie by hosting a dodge ball tournament. That’s much kinder than I expected.
Tonight is another episode of Basketball Wives LA, and the drama among the ladies is amped up ridiculously high. Sometimes it’s nice to take a step back from the show and remember that the women have lives outside of reality television. Of course, the show is what afforded the stars the multitude of branding and promotional opportunities!
Malaysia Pargo is gracing the cover of next month’s Kontrol Magazine. The Pre-Fall #PureGlamour Issue features the mother of three donning a hand-beaded Adolfo Sanchez gown and a one of a kind Fiori Couture corset. The magazine, which is available on newsstands and at Barnes and Noble on September 4, includes an interview with its BBWLA cover model where Malaysia dishes on her family, new relationships, and growing her empire.
