Andy Cohen is always so open and honest, I think that is why Watch What Happens Live! works so well. But the Real Housewives head honcho has not always been so forthcoming with casting scoop, I assume to keep things secret to boost ratings.
So it was a total surprise when it was announced long before the season airs that former fan favorite, Bethenny Frankel, would be returning for season 7 of the Real Housewives of New York. So just how long had Bethenny’s return been in the works?
Bethenny shared on her website, “Well, there has been a lot of speculation about my return to television and to Bravo in particular. Bravo and I have maintained an incredible partnership and relationship over the years, which is something I am very proud of and grateful for. It really is where it all began for me, and you can’t forget where you came from.”
Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their daily lives with us. And we love them for it! Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite photos from this week! Enjoy!

Rumors have been swirling for months that Bravo is desperately trying to woo Bethenny Frankel back to The Real Housewives of New York. Bethenny admitted that she and Andy Cohen ARE working on projects together, but hasn’t confirmed if one of them is the reality show that made her famous. Fans of the show have been equally divided over her possible return, but one cast member spoke out to say she’d be thrilled to have Bethenny back on the show: Sonja Morgan.
Sonja dished with her good friend Tom Murro, sharing that Bethenny coming back on board would be cool with her. “I heard the rumors the Bethenny could be considering coming back. Would be a breath of fresh air.” Sonja throws a little dig at her co-stars, “I could use a good sense of humor in the bunch!”
Bethenny Frankel left the Real Housewives of New York way back in 2010 after the third season and just months before she gave birth to her daughter Bryn. At the time, Bethenny was not done with Bravo or reality TV, as cameras rolled when she gave birth, got married and launched her multi-million dollar empire.
But when Bethenny walked away from her Bravo spin-offs and launched her own talk show, we assumed that she was done with reality TV for good. Or was she?
