That answer is a very strong maybe! The Bethenny Ever Afterstar was photographed above this week on Tuesday as she went for a stroll with daughter Bryn and husband Jason Hoppy in NYC.
It is however the appearance of what looks to be a baby bump that is catching the eyes of some, including us. The very skinny Bethenny, 40, appears to have some extra curves around the tummy area.
If she is pregnant, this would not come as a surprise as she has been very vocal about her desire to have a second baby. Earlier this year, she revealed that if she were to have a second child, it would be sooner than later due to her age. “I would love to have a second child, and it’s not something I have time to wait for,” she told Redbook magazine in their January issue. “You really experience your biological clock if you’re my age.”
“We throw caution to the wind and use the withdrawal method now,” added Bethenny. “If we got pregnant again, we’d be happy.”
So is she or isn’t she? Only time will tell. In the mean time, we’ll let you be the judge with more photos below of Bethenny with Bryn and Jason!

While her former Housewives costars continue to bicker on Bravo,Bethenny Frankel continues her attempt at world domination by gracing the latest cover of Forbes magazine.
The issue is fitting for the Bethenny Ever After star as it lists the top 100 most powerful celebrities (Lady Gaga takes the #1 spot from Oprah this year). Bethenny comes in at #42 after earning an estimated $55 million from May 2010 to 2011.
Forbes states Bethenny “represents a new breed of media-savvy entrepreneurs, who see reality television not as an outlet to feed their narcissism, but as airtime to promote their products.” Bethenny admits, “What’s the point of being on TV if you don’t have something to sell?” Below are excerpts from Bethenny’s cover story -
How Much Did Bethenny Earn? – According to Forbes, Bethenny sold her Skinnygirl drink line to Fortune Brands’ Beam Global for $100 million and not the widely reported $120 mil. The deal features a multi-year payout. When you add in the sales from her expanding line of Skinnygirl products, sources close to Bethenny reveal she earned an estimated $55 million in the past 12 months (Bethenny refused to confirm the numbers). That amount is huge, especially in comparison to the estimated $700,000 she earned from Bravo for her reality show. Bethenny makes it clear this mega success is all still new to her. “Seriously,” she reveals, “it wasn’t until two years ago that I made more than my assistant.”
Growing Up Bethenny – Growing up on New York’s Long Island as the child of top-ranked horse trainer Bobby Frankel, her childhood was far from a fairytale. Bethenny grew up with multiple divorces, allegations of childhood neglect, 13 different schools, and two cross-country moves. “I had my first drink when I was 7 years old; I was betting at the track by 8,” she recalls. “My father never called me on my birthday. He never congratulated me or told me he was proud,” she says, tearing up. Bethenny would go on to attend NYU, graduating with a degree in communications and psychology.
Can Bethenny Crack a Billion? – Bethenny reveals her goal is to turn the Skinnygirl empire into a billion-dollar business. In addition to selling her Skinnygirl drink line, she also has a number of other “Skinnygirl” products in the works. And despite selling the drink line, Bethenny still retains the rights to use Skinnygirl for anything she wishes. “It would be great for Beam to sell Skinnygirl shot glasses as a complement to the cocktail,” she jokes. “But they can’t. Only I can.” New products in the works include a line of Skinnygirl nutritional supplements, with partner Matt Hesse, which has already seen wholesale orders topping $1 million in the first quarter of 2011. Her shapewear is also predicted to bring in $5 million this year (it makes its QVC debut in August). Also in the works — an online personal-training service, a fourth book and a skin-care line called Skinnygirl Face & Body. She is also contemplating soft drinks, sauces and a children’s clothing line.
“It’s a formula,” says Bethenny of the successful brands she launches with strategic partners. “They’re the expert, the formulator, manufacturer. I’m the marketer, the media person, the face–and we each know our roles.” You can read more on Bethenny’s cover story on Forbes.
Meanwhile, following her second season of BEA, Bethenny reveals she plans to lay low until filming on the third season begins in July. “I have really checked out of my own life a lot,” she told PEOPLE. “I’m laying low. I really hit the wall going 90 miles an hour.” She adds, “We’re starting filming in July for season 3, and I need the hiatus.”

As we reported, Doug Wald of Los Angeles-based Raw Talent is claiming he helped Bethenny develop her Skinnygirl cocktail line only to be cut out of the company, which was sold for a reported $120 million to Beam Global in March.
In the court documents, Doug admits the Bethenny Ever After star fired him back in 2008 after managing her for just 3 months. He however feels he is entitled to 10% of the sale proceeds plus $100 million in punitive damages.
“Unfortunately, one of the signs of success is being the subject of frivolous lawsuits, like this one,” said Bethenny in a statement on Thursday. “This is simply someone with his hand out, who did nothing to earn it, and I am not going to be bullied. We are exploring all of our options, including filing counterclaims against these people.”
Doug also alleges in the suit that he was the one who introduced Bethenny to her Skinnygirl drink partner/liquor industry veteran David Kanbar.
Bethenny spoke out once again in a separate statement to PEOPLE. “Life is good for me with all the things that are most important, namely family. But let’s be clear, I am a strong woman, and I am not afraid and won’t back down when I’m bullied by something with zero merit. Success is earned by hard work, not taking advantage of others.”
Meanwhile, Bethenny is keeping her head up as she was photographed above walking the streets of NYC on Wednesday, the same day the lawsuit was filed. A bigger image of Bethenny below.

“More money, more problems,” – Bethenny Frankel on WWHL May 8, 2011.
First comes the success, then the lawsuits. On the heels of selling her Skinnygirl cocktail line for a reported $120 million, Bethenny Frankel is now being sued by her former manager for $100 million.
Her former management company is claiming they helped broker her pairing with the Skinnygirl cocktail brand only to be cut out of the mega deal that followed afterwards.
Los Angeles-based Raw Talent sued the Bethenny Ever Afterstar today in L.A. Superior Court. The company co-president Doug Wald alleges he met Bethenny in May 2008, while she was appearing on the Real Housewives of NYC. Bethenny then signed with APA on August 7, 2008 and orally agreed that day to retain Wald as her personal manager and pay Raw 10 percent of her earnings (she allegedly confirmed the relationship in an email sent the next day).
Wald claims he gave Bethenny advice on her Skinnygirl line and even hooked her up with her business partner/liquor industry veteran David Kanbar.
Oddly enough, Raw Talent admits Bethenny fired Wald in November 2008, days before signing her deal to develop and market Skinnygirl. Fast forward to today, and the brand has become a huge success. Seventeen months after Bethenny and David went into business together, they sold the company in March for a reported $120 million deal.
Raw Talent now claims its entitled to 10% of that deal, or an estimated $12 million. The company also wants $100 million in punitive damages to make an example out of Bethenny. The suit alleges causes of action for fraud, breach of oral contract and other counts. Neither Bethenny nor her reps have yet to comment.

As the second season of Bethenny Ever After comes to a close, everything Bethenny Frankel has been working towards throughout the season culminates with the speaking tour to promote her new book A Place of Yes and the sale of Skinnygirl Cocktails. Bethenny’s reason for going on tour: the most rewarding part of what she does is talking to women and sharing her experiences and the only way to accomplish this is to sell tickets to hear Bethenny espouse her knowledge and ideas since we don’t get to hear this weekly in the form of her show. This episode also contains lots and lots of talk about babies! Not just Bryn, but future Hoppy offspring presumably arriving in the very near future! Guys – here’s your trailer for next season: Bethenny: Baby Number Two? Since this show took place on a speaking tour and a tour bus, it was very dialogue heavy, with lots of footage of the tour and the bus, until the end when the results of the big sale of Skinnygirl are revealed. Then things get a little exciting.

Ramona Singer isn’t one to bite her tongue and she didn’t in a recent interview with Popeater.
If you recall, Bethenny Frankelgave an exclusive interview to the Hollywood Reporter last month during which Bethenny an unnamed “insider” told the magazine that Bethenny sold her Skinnygirl drink line to Fortune Brands’ Beam Global for $120 million! That figure has since been reported by pretty much every other media outlet known to man, with only a few questioning the authenticity of that number.
Well it seems Real Housewives of New York Citystar Ramona, who also has her own drink line of Pinot Grigio, is one of those few as she tells Popeater she doesn’t believe for a second that Bethenny really received $120 million for her company.
“Oh no, she likes to exaggerate,” Ramona told Popeater. “It’s rumored, remember? It didn’t say fact. Rumored.” Ramona adds that she suspects the actual figure is much less than $120 mil. “I was thinking before that figure came out she got about $30 million total,” Ramona said. “And divided that between her and her partners David, and usually they do a pay out, they don’t give you the money up front, they pay you out over time.”
Ramona does bring up a good point which is that Bethenny did develop her Skinnygirl cocktail line with partner David Kanbar. So if that reported figure is accurate, it’s safe to assume it had to be split.
As for Bethenny, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live last night and played coy when Andy asked her if she indeed sold her Skinnygirl line for $120 million. “Listen, I’m not going to kiss and tell. I’d be stupid if I did,” was Bethenny’s response. “I did really well. I can now you know take you out to dinner. I’m looking for an apartment now. But you know, more money, more problems,” she added.
And while Andy didn’t bring up Ramona’s comments, Bethenny did manage to say “Ramona’s off the rails more than she was on the first season,” when a viewer question asked her who she thought had changed the most on the NYC Housewives.
And finally, many are also questioning if Bethenny has had any recent work done on her face. Andy asked her this on WWHL and she denied getting any facial procedures. We’ll let you be the judge as the above photo of Bethenny (you can click on it to make it bigger) was taken just days ago at a recent event. What is interesting though is that Bethenny took a 2-week vacation back in mid April and unlike her previous vacays, no pictures of her surfaced during this period.
Meanwhile, the finale of Bethenny Ever After airs tonight on Bravo at 10/9c. Bethenny’s ever growing business hits an important point this week when she gets an offer for SkinnyGirl. The suspense is killing her, but when she finally reveals the number, will it be to her liking? Also, Bethenny takes to the stage to answer her fan’s questions about her journey and her business. And tough questions about her relationship with her in-laws, who also happen to be in the audience, come up. A preview clip is below –
TELL US – THOUTHS ON RAMONA’S COMMENTS & TONIGHT’S FINALE OF BETHENNY EVER AFTER? DO YOU THINK BETHENNY HAD SOME WORK DONE?
On last night’s episode of Bethenny Ever After, Christmas was celebrated, Skating With the Stars finally came to an end, and Skinnygirl reached the first stop on its big bus tour.
Bethenny starts out the day doing something millions of moms wish they could do: have their “Coordinator of Chaos”, Julie deal with the baby while they sleep in. Aaaahhh… lifestyles of the Bravo funded reality stars: Malibu lives on Downtown LA budgets. Immediately after hopping out of bed Bethenny pimps her new Skinnygirl Shapewear line by showing off her fake Kim Kardashian butt and prancing around the living room bending over and sticking out her prosthetic booty in front of her sexually harassed skating partner Ethan Burgess and poor, abused Julie and Dawa. Bethenny decides she’s to going hide how much weight she lost skating by pretending she earned her juicy booty the hard way by, you know, eating something instead of pulling on a pair of padded panties. When husband Jason Hoppy arrives, he’s not sure which is more exciting: the beach house or her new butt (which he totally believed appeared overnight??), until Bethenny burst his bubble by letting him know it was just another product placement for a Skinnygirl line she’s hawking and that sadly he’s stuck with her real butt. Oh well, better luck next time J!

In other news, Bethenny Frankeltook to her Bravo blog last week and made some comments about her former nanny Gina, who quit on the most recent episode to focus on her health. In her blog post, Bethenny also talks new nanny Dawa and gives an update on Gina’s health. Excerpts from Bethenny’s blog is below –
“There’s a new nanny in town, and she brings peace to my home. Dawa, as we both identically pronounced, is the opposite of Gina. She is quiet, shy, respectful, a light eater, and she never talks on the phone nor does she watch TV.
I love me some Gina, and her health is good now by the way, but we needed to transition into a mellow nanny. Most importantly, Dawa, like Gina, loves my baby Bryn and everything is going smoothly. Feeling comfortable with child care is peace of mind.
I’m very organized, or try to be. In the home, and with a baby, that is next to impossible. Nevertheless, I keep trying. Dawa being able to blow dry my hair is an extra added bonus. Truthfully, I’ve only had her do it twice. My hair is usually in a ponytail or a clip. It’s good to know she’s there in a pinch.”
