Dana is confirming to Life & Style magazine that she has ended her engagement with fiancé and beau of six years, businessman John Flynn.
“My fiancé and I have decided to go our separate ways,” Dana, 38, confirms to Life & Style. “We realized that we’ve become more friends than romantic partners,” she says. “It’s better for us to break up and concentrate on our son right now.”
Dana and John have a 2-year-old son named John. Bravo has yet to announce whether Dana will be returning next season, though it seems highly unlikely as she did nothing but kiss butt simply failed to bring any drama to the series.
Just last November, both Dana and John were sued by a Los Angeles woman who alleged they defrauded her out of $53,000.
In other RHOBH news, weeks after she was photographed looking at office spaces in Beverly Hills, more details are now coming out about Kyle Richards planned business endeavor!
According to the Rumor Fix blog, Kyle, 43, is planning to open up a women’s fashion boutique. Even more interesting, Kyle’s boutique will reportedly be three doors down from her former BFFLisa Vanderpump’sVilla Blanca restaurant. Here’s to hoping Kyle has a more fashionable business partner to help her out!
And finally, Adrienne Maloof recently spoke to OK! magazine, during which, she revealed she will be attending the wedding of pop star Britney Spears!
What is the connection you ask? Adrienne explains that Britney’s dad Jamie Spears “used to be our chef. We are very close to him.”
Adrienne adds, “We have had a long relationship with the Spears family. Her mom, too. Both her mom and her are lovely and is a great mom. She is just so sweet.”
As reported last week, Bravo has yet to offer the RHOBH cast their season 3 contracts, though filming is expected to begin this Spring.

The new series will give fans an inside look into Pauly D’s life away from Seaside Heights, NJ, as cameras document his transition from world-famous housemate to world-class DJ, with his best friends from his home state of Rhode Island along for the ride.
The press release states “viewers will get to see Pauly D chase his dream as he signs a recording contract with rap icon 50 Cent’s G-Note Records, accompanies pop icon Britney Spears on her international “Femme Fatale” tour and tries to balance it all with the array of photo shoots, public appearances and media interviews that are now a part of his everyday life.”
Joining Pauly D on the show are his boys: Michael “Biggie” Morgan -a DJ who became best friends with Pauly D when they were DJs together at Club ULTRA in Rhode Island; Gerard “Big Jerry” Gialanella – the unofficial baby brother of Pauly D’s crew (and often the butt of their group’s jokes), who also serves as Pauly D’s personal security and a much-needed confidante; Ryan Labbe – Pauly D’s partner in crime who is quick to give him a reality check; and Jason “JROC” Craig – known in Las Vegas’ most elite circles as “Mr. Vegas,” and serves as Pauly D and Co.’s West Coast social liaison.
With those intros out-of-the-way, the trailer for Pauly’s show is below! The show seems like a bit of a snoozefest to me, but I’ll let you be the judge! The series debuts on MTV on March 29 at 10:30/9:30c.
Real Housewives of New York may have done a complete cast over-haul, but that doesn’t mean things are going smoothly while filming season five!
The New York Post is reporting that Bravo is having trouble filming in certain New York hot spots and that some Housewives (ahem… Ramona Singer) are being demanding! Sources report that the producers are “having difficulty” filming in restaurants and other establishments because many locations have “soured” on the series and “are not opening their doors freely for filming.”
“They’re trying to book locations at the last minute… giving the impression that others are falling through,” said a source associated with the nightlife industry. Of course, a Bravo rep is dispelling the rumors, claiming there have been “no issues” procuring locations.
Meanwhile, it seems wine purveyor Pinot Singer has let her Pinot go to her head – literally! Ramona has allegedly been causing trouble at famed NY restaurants Phillippe and Ciano over her “demands” to serve Ramona Singer Pinot Grigio during filming. “She asked that her wine be there when she ordered dinner. It wasn’t on the list, but she offered to send over a case. But the restaurants refused to accommodate,” an insider revealed. “You know how Ramona is about her pinot.” Um… yes, we certainly do! Reps for the restaurants had no comment, but outspoken housewife Ramona certainly did!
Speaking to Wetpaint Entertainment, Ramona insists the story is completely untrue; denying that she filmed at Phillippe and while dining at Ciano she made no such fuss! “I graciously drank the pinot grigio they offered,” Ramona reports. “Although, I have to say, my Ramona Pinot Grigio is the best!”
“Am I passionate about my pinot grigio? Absolutely! And now that I have my own wine, why wouldn’t I bring a bottle with me? But I always call ahead and ask permission and they usually charge me a bottle fee.” Adding a big ‘take that!’ to the upscale eateries, Ramona claims her wine is carried in other big name restaurants around Manhattan.
In other RHONY news former, fired, relieved of her duties Housewives’ krazy lady Kelly Bensimon is not sitting home crying because the author of the upcoming I Can Make You Hot! has just signed with a big-name Hollywood manager!
Kelly has recently enlisted the services of Larry Rudolph of ReignDeer Entertainment. Larry also manages such high-profile celebrities as Britney Spears and is credited with raising her to superstar levels. I bet Melissa Gorga is jealous! We will definitely be seeing Kelly’s koo-koo on TV again soon, as her rep is revealing she has a new TV show in the works — although that’s all the details for now!

THOUGHTS ON THE RHONY FILMING DRAMA? DO YOU BELIEVE RAMONA IS BEING DIFFICULT OR ARE THE RESTAURANTS SEEKING PUBLICITY? THOUGHTS ON KELLY’S NEW MANAGER AND FUTURE TV PROJECTS?
While some housewives seasons seemed to linger on too long (think the Real Housewives of Orange County) and some should have just been scrapped all together and replaced with a new cast (think Real Housewives of New Jersey), it seems the third season of the Real Housewives of New York City ended way too soon.
Just like that, the most amazing season ever in Bravo housewives history is over. Last night marked the 14th and final episode of the NYC season. The recap is below.
We saw Jill call Bethenny up last week to ask her out to lunch, thus bringing us to a somewhat awkward lunch meeting between the former BFFs. Seems Jill, who spent the first half of the season trying to rally up the troops her co-stars against Bethenny and failing badly at it, is now ready to make amends. Apparently, becoming BFFs with the Cuntess and a nutjob wasn’t all she thought it would be. Enters Bethenny, and Jill begins to complement the heck out of her. Jill begins to open up, and judging from Bethenny’s facial expressions, it’s pretty obvious Bethenny is O.V.E.R.I.T. Jill calls the demise of their friendship a separation, while Bethenny describes it as a divorce. Interesting choice of words there.
Bethenny makes an excellent point when she says in her interview, “I think that the tides turning on Jill is the reason that we’re sitting here having this conversation.” Bethenny then proceeds to explain to Jill why she’s in the position she is in with some of the housewives. “You create arguments and drama, and pick fights with people and count things, then you have to deal with the residual damage,” says an emotional Bethenny. And the best line of this scene is Jill saying she wants to get toxic people out of her life and then calling Alex a toxic person to which Bethenny asks, “Alex is a toxic person?” before reminding Jill that once upon a time, she also referred to her as a toxic person as well. Lunch is over and Jill asks Bethenny if she would like to get together again. We never get Bethenny’s reply, but judging from her facial expressions, the answer is pretty clear.
Next up, we see the ladies sans BRA, meet up to celebrate LuAnn’s new song, ‘Money Can’t Buy You Class.’ LuAnn finally introduces her very adorable boyfriend, Jacques Azoulay, to the housewives, and I must admit it was cute to see LuAnn act giddy and happy about her new man. According to reports, the two are still together. It was however interesting to hear LuAnn express her disappointment at Bethenny, Ramona and Alex(BRA) not showing up, when she made it a point not to show up for Ramona’s trip. LuAnn proceeds to lip-sync her song and I’m pretty certain her lips weren’t even moving at one point during the performance. And how cute was it when the cameras panned to Jacques, who was shown really grooving to the crappy performance. Ahh! To be in love.
Finally, it’s the day of the renewal and we see Ramona getting ready for her big day. Jill pays Ramona a visit, and tries to mend their toxic friendship. Interesting because Jill mentioned to Bethenny earlier that she did not want toxic people in her life. If her friendship with Ramona isn’t toxic, then I don’t know what is. The frenemies once again make up and I realize that’s all these two do. They hurt each other badly, apologize and make up. On a toxic friendship of 1 – 10, these two are about a 12. They make up once again and we can look forward to 15 more years of this frenemieship.
The guests arrive to the event and we find out Kelly did not RSVP. She however decided to be the “bigger person” again and show up to the event, even bringing gifts! I don’t speak lunatic, but I’m guessing the other time she’s referring to being the “bigger person” was during the St. John trip. Nough said.
Next we see Jill, minutes after just making up with her good friend Ramona, proceed to then bash Ramona’s event to others. Jill complains about not having any h’orderves to munch on. It’s a wonder Jill even eats, you know being that she’s a size 1 and all. We then see the “two teams” sitting on opposite sides of the room and Alex reminds us the ladies are ending the season the same way they started. In the first episode, Alex & Bethenny attended Ramona’s party on the boat/yatch, while LuAnn and Kelly skipped the event in favor of gossiping about it with Jill. Good observation by Alex.
That didn’t seem to work out too well for her, but you know what they say – If at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off and try again. Well our good ol Jill is now trying her luck again, and this time it’s with the mother of Pop star Britney Spears.
According to PEOPLE, Lynne Spears had a girls night out this week in Manhattan and invited was none other than Jill Zarin, who then took the time to leak this story to PEOPLE and even found time to make herself available for an exclusive interview about her new found friendship with Lynne. Ah that crafty Jill!
“I met Lynne a few years ago backstage with [my daughter] Ali at Britney’s concert at the Meadowlands [Sports Complex in New Jersey], we just connected and we kept in touch,” said Jill to PEOPLE. “When Lynne comes to town we try to meet and catch up. She called me a couple of months ago and said she was coming to New York.”
Jill also made sure to talk about Lynne’s kids and their well being. “We talked about Mother’s Day, what we got, about New Orleans, about traveling,” says Jill of their dinner. “Her kids are doing fantastic. Her grandkids are her life. She looks amazing. She’s in amazing shape; she works out. She was really happy.”
Gotta love this woman, she is relentless. And in case you’re wondering, Lynne did not speak a word to the press about her dinner or friendship with Jill.
Moving right along to Jill’s underdog. According to E! Online, we unfortunately haven’t heard the last of Countess LuAnn de Lesseps‘ singing. The Countess signed a deal this week with indie dance music label Ultra Records, and is apparently working on releasing a full album.
When asked about singing way off key in this week’s episode of the NYC Housewives, the Countess had the following to say: “In life, we don’t always hit the ‘high note’ but I wanted to go out and do my best because I have always loved to sing.” Good to see LuAnn doing something she loves albeit at the expense of our eardrums.
