Carole Radziwill

How could a person be “surprised” that a conversation she had with a Real Housewives cast member while the show was filming would actually get aired in an episode? In all honesty, that’s just ridiculous, but a woman named Barbara Kavovit is claiming just that. She even tried to have a judge block a Real Housewives of New York episode from airing the “private” conversation. (Tonight’s episode)

Sorry, girl. There’s no such thing as privacy when it comes to reality television. Plus this attempt to prevent the episode from airing has just increased the hype around it. In short, this woman is way out of bounds and her plan completely backfired.

Dorinda Medley had a fairly drama-free week on The Real Housewives Of New York, but she does have some thoughts on the other ladies’ behavior. Rooting for Tinsley Mortimer, Dorinda wonders if her living with Sonja Morgan is doing more harm than good. Strangely, Dorinda doesn’t touch on the feud between Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer in her blog though. (What’s up with that?) She does, however, reflect on the emotional moment she shared with her daughter, Hannah, at her late husband, Richard’s grave.

Dorinda shares, “I was overwhelmed and deeply touched by Hannah’s speech. You only saw a small part of it but it was incredible and heartfelt. I always knew that Richard and Hannah had a special relationship but I do not think I understood how strong their bond was and how his passing affected her in so many ways. I feel this was a watershed moment for Hannah – a hard, difficult moment.”

Instagram Roundup

Here’s a new Instagram roundup to kick off the weekend!

Above: Real Housewives of New York star Sonja Morgan shared, “Playing the villain in my newest film production. #arthousefilm #psychologicalthriller”

Look below for the best (and the worst) of this week’s Instagram pics, including Andy Cohen showing off his new Patricia Altschul pajamas, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna debuting a new hair style, Fredrik Eklund and Bethenny Frankel (probably) filming their new show together, Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry sight seeing in Los Angeles, and more.

If you watch Real Housewives of New York – which I assume you do, since you’re reading this – you are a well-aware that Ramona Singer never holds back when it comes to sharing her opinions. She has been a cast member on the show since the very beginning and it is for good reason. Love her or hate her, she always provides solid material.

After spending Season 8 as the self-appointed peacemaker, Ramona is back in the thick of the drama this year and she’s ready to take on Bethenny Frankel – which is a tough task for any human being to take on. Ramona isn’t backing down though. And it looks like there’s another explosive season ahead.

Carole Radziwill

Even though Ramona Singer wasn’t a guest on Watch What Happens Live last night, it sure felt like she was since pretty much every question that Carole Radziwill answered was about Ramona. Carole got one question about her couch cover, but other than that, the show was basically about Ramona.

I guess that’s what happens when Carole’s life is relatively drama free and she isn’t fighting with anyone on the show: she gets asked about the person who is annoying the cast members the most these days.

The Real Housewives Of New York Recap: Wishful Invitation

Ramona Singer seems like the type of chick who probably flirted her way into a slew of prom-posals back in high school, only to publicly reject every single one of them in front of the entire cafeteria. Much hasn’t changed since then, as Ramona chastises Luann de Lesseps on this week’s Real Housewives Of New York for not inviting her to her wedding – even though she wouldn’t have gone anyway! Exhausted with Ramona’s hyper speed begging/insulting, Luann just sighs, knowing she made the right decision to ban nearly the entire whack pack from her nuptials to Tom D’Agostino.

Meanwhile, Bethenny Frankel navigates some murky drama involving ex-husband Jason Hoppyand continues her feud with Ramona. Carole Radziwill buys an apartment for encourages Adam to move out, and Dorinda Medley commemorates her late husband, Richard. All is not copacetic in Sonja Morgan and Tinsley Mortimer’s gothic landscape of doom, as Sonja begins to take out her frustrations on the younger, slightly less tragic version of herself. But Tinsley, for one, ain’t having it!

Watching that last Real Housewives of New York episode, I couldn’t help getting vicariously nervous that Ramona Singer was going to miss her own birthday party. Sure, it was a surprise party so Ramona had no idea that she was messing up the plans by double booking that night. It was just pretty obnoxious that she couldn’t spend time with Dorinda Medley without having the backup plan of going out to dinner with a random whose name she couldn’t remember.

Nevertheless, she made it to the party, seemed genuinely touched, and Dorinda was able to pull off the surprise. I have no idea how Ramona didn’t see it coming after her conversation with Carole Radziwill, but Ramona wasn’t paying attention- as per usual- which was actually a good thing this one time.

Kelly Bensimon

Did she or didn’t she? Vote for Trump that is! Kelly Bensimon frankly doesn’t give a damn who Ramona Singer voted for. Furthermore, she thinks Carole Radziwill making a big deal out of her co-stars politics is “tacky.” And we know how Kelly is up here with her head in the clouds, so what she thinks matters.

Pointing out the obvious, Kelly scoffed that Real Housewives Of New York is “not the New York Times” and has no business getting involved politics.

“I don’t know Carole at all,” Kelly added, “but I just think slamming anyone for their political views is tacky.” Instead Kelly suggested that Carole use this as a learning opportunity – not a judging one!
