It’s so crazy to think that Caroline Manzo – the lady who is famous for being all about her family – is actually living in an empty nest, but it is true. None of her three children live at home anymore and her daughter Lauren Manzo is expecting a baby of her own. So it makes sense for the soon-to-be grandma to revamp her house to match her new life.
The Manzo family matriarch has been giving her home a makeover to fit in with its new empty nest status and her impending life as a grandmother. Caroline opened up about her vision to change up the house.
Bravo PR shared this week that Manzo’d with Children’s viewer numbers are standing strong in season number three. They Tweeted out, “Man-oh-MANZO! Lst wk’s ep of #Manzod With Children hit a season high in all key demos w/ 572K P18-49, 703K P25-54 and 1.3M ttl viewers.”
At this point, putting your name on products is customary for Real Housewives and Housewives alums. However, I can’t help wondering how involved these women are was “designers.” The only one that I’m not doubting when it comes to slapping her name on a product is Caroline Manzo who is making her own soaps in her kitchen. She is probably the only one that actually has a hand in making her own products and now you can buy Caroline’s soaps on Etsy.
Since Caroline is known for cooking up massive Italian meals for her family, I figured she would focus on something food related, so the soap selling seems a little random to me, but I guess it is made in her kitchen so that does make sense. And I really do think it’s nice that she is so genuinely involved in her own business, which is not always the case for these reality stars.
On the Manzo’d With Childrenseason three trailer, it was pretty clear that the struggle to get pregnant is Lauren’s story line. Thankfully this story has a happy ending and an even better beginning is a about to start.
Caroline weighs in on the Teresa and Kathy/Rosie situation: “Kathy is good people, Rosie is good people and they’re doing it from their heart. So I’d like Teresa to open up her heart and just understand that people make mistakes and say bad things they don’t mean sometimes and I think it’s time she kind of grows up and accepts them back.”
“Never say never,” Caroline acknowledges of the spa-made peace between Teresa and Jacqueline‘s lasting. Mama Manzo, the eternal pessimist, is predicting more drama for the Real Housewives Of New Jersey frienemies.
The time has come for Lauren Manzo and her husband Vito Scalia to move out of Caroline Manzo‘s house. I have no idea how Caroline is coping with the news, but I’m sure that she is ultimately happy for Vito and Lauren.
Not only are Lauren and Vito moving out of the Manzo family home, but they are actually owners of their new house. There aren’t too many other details out right now, but I think it is safe to assume the home is in New Jersey and in close proximity to where Caroline lives – or at least I hope that’s the case.
I never would have pictured Caroline Manzo and Amy Schumer getting along or having a lot in common. Caroline is known to be a very straight laced, no nonsense kind of person. On the other hand, Amy is just so out there and usually inappropriate.
After giving it a little more thought, I would say that the one thing these two have in common is their “tell it like it is” attitude. Neither Amy nor Caroline would ever be afraid to share what’s on her mind. Nevertheless, I’m still kind of surprised that Caroline was mentioned in Amy Schumer’s book. Do these two know each other? It just seems so random.
