Cedric Martinez

Could Brandi Glanville become the newest housewife to join the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast? According to a new report, that is a strong possibility.

UsWeekly is reporting that Brandi, jilted ex-wife of actor Eddie Cibrian who left her in 2009 for country singer LeAnn Rimes, is still in talks with the Bravo network to join the hit franchise.

If you recall, reports came out months ago that Brandi was being considered to join the cast after she was photographed out and about with Lisa Vanderpump’s former pet house guest Cedric Martinez. That news however quickly died down after the second season of the RHOBH began filming weeks ago.

According to a source, the storyline of Brandi, a 38-year-old former model, would of course be about her issues with her ex Eddie, 37, and his new lady love/wife LeAnn, 28. “Wouldn’t you be upset with them?” asks a source close to the mom of sons Mason, 7, and Jake, 4.

Brandi is reportedly even more upset by the sudden nuptials of Eddie and LeAnn a little over a week ago, with the source adding that Brandi and her sons were not told in advance about the wedding. A source close to LeAnn however counters stating, “the boys were told about the wedding three days in advance.”

The Hollywoodlife confirms the UsWeekly story, stating that Brandi is signing on while adding that Playboy playmate Jessica Hall (the same gal caught kissing Kendra Wilkinson) is also in talks to join the cast as well.

“Brandi has already started filming for ‘Real Housewives’,” a source close to the show reveals. “She hasn’t officially signed anything yet but she’s interacted with members of the cast on camera.” As for Jessica, she is said to be “negotiating her contract” with Bravo.

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with all the reported names in talks to join the cast. In addition to Brandi and Jessica, Faye Resnick, Jillian Barberie, Ayda Field, and Jeanie Buss have also been mentioned in the rumor mill. E! news reported a few weeks ago that the final spot for the new housewife came down to Faye and Ayda.

Plus filming on the second season began over a month and a half ago, so we can’t help but wonder if Bravo is planning to add more than one housewife to the show. Perhaps one of the six original BH ladies is leaving mid season. The addition of two new housewives would bring the cast to a total of 8 which seems to be a pretty large number for an already drama filled franchise.

In other news, Kyle Richards was photographed on Monday walking the streets of Beverly Hills with daughters Farrah Aldjufrie and Portia. And it seems Kyle and Farah were a bit busy with having their photos snapped by the paps as poor little Portia walked right into a pole. Thankfully, Portia was okay afterwards. Those pics are below.

UPDATE: TMZ has just confirmed that Brandi has indeed joined the cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. According to TMZ, it is a done deal and she has already began filming scenes for the show. In fact, Brandi herself confirmed the news today during an event. Something tells us LeAnn is not going to be happy about this news!

Following the reunion and the shocking words/allegations detailing the demise of Lisa Vanderpump and gay pet houseguest Cedric Martinez’s relationship on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, both parties are now telling their stories in different interviews in what seems to be a he-said-she-said situation.

Lisa covers the latest issue of UsWeekly as both she and her husband Ken Todd reveal Cedric “absolutely betrayed” them. According to the couple, Cedric lived in their Beverly Hills mansion for over a year and a half rent free only to snap when confronted about his laziness, while also trying to extort money from them.

Ken tells UsWeekly, “[Cedric] said, ‘I’m not asking for money, but I haven’t got any, and I’ve been offered to sell my story to magazines. I can say anything I want.” Ken adds that Cedric also threatened violence. “He said, ‘The last time I was this angry, I stabbed my father,'” says Ken, who filed a police report after the conversation.

“I will sue if he sells any stories about me,” a heartbroken Lisa tells UsWeekly. “I feel absolutely betrayed.” Lisa adds that Cedric changed once the cameras came around and always “wanted to be the seventh housewife.”  The twitter bio of Cedric does read, “Model actor and the 7th Real housewife of Beverly Hills.”

Meanwhile Cedric also gave out his own exclusive interview to E! News during which he leveled his allegations against Lisa and Ken. According to Cedric, he was working for the couple in the UK when they invited him to come to the US. Sensing a “great opportunity,” he agreed, living with them for six months and then moving out.

Cedric states he was however still living with Lisa when she auditioned to appear on the RHOBH. So when Bravo called Lisa back to ask her to be on the show, they asked if Cedric was still living with her, and she lied and said yes. According to Cedric, Lisa then asked him to move back in.

“I didn’t need a place to stay,” Cedric says. “I knew [Real Housewives] it could be an opportunity that opens doors…I always wanted to leave [their house].”

Cedric adds that things took a turn for the worst on the last day of filming. “Ken and Lisa changed. When I moved in, I noticed a difference…They were talking to me like…I was an accessory to Lisa,” he said. And below is a Jan. 15 tweet from Cedric –

In other BH news, TMZ is reporting that the lawyers for Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer were able to reach a deal today in their divorce case. Both parties have agreed to submit the signed settlement by Thursday, and Kelsey will be free to marry his mistress fiance Kayte Walsh by the end of this month.

While Camille didn’t get the $10 million she was asking for, Kelsey did agree to post a $2 million bond for the next 18 months, to protect Camille’s interest in his pension. The issues of property and money will be resolved at a later date.

And as for those ridiculous pesky rumors that Camille might be joining the Real Housewives of NYC, Andy Cohen denied them today tweeting “Not true by a mile,” when a fan asked about the rumors. For one, the RHONYC finished filming season 4 over a week ago so the rumor didn’t really hold any merit.

According to new reports by TMZ, Bravo is looking to shake things up on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!

Just days following the airing of the reunion episode, Bravo has already began casting for season 2 and looking to add some new housewives. The reason? Camille Grammer and Kim Richards might not be returning to the show. Camille has expressed uncertainty about coming back and Kyle Richards recently stated Kim might not return.

Meanwhile, a report by E! News states Bravo is looking to axe Taylor Armstrong because her season 1 storyline failed to impress. So with the likelihood that three of the cast members will be leaving, Bravo is currently in talks with three potential new housewives.

First up is Jeanie Buss, daughter of Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss and an executive of the team. Jeanie is also the long time girlfriend of Lakers head coach Phil Jackson. Sources tell TMZ Jeanie recently met up with Bravo execs and producers even went to a recent Lakers game to observe her daily routine. Jeanie is reportedly very interested in joining the show, which would make for a great storyline as current housewife Adrienne Maloof’s family owns the rival Sacramento Kings.

Next up is Jennifer Flavin Stallone, wife of famous actor Sylvester Stallone. Some sources tell TMZ Jennifer is currently being recruited by Bravo to appear on the next season, while some other sources tell TMZ Jennifer hasn’t spoken to anyone from Bravo about signing on.

And finally, Brandi Glanville, ex-wife of actor Eddie Cibrian, has also been contacted by Bravo for next season. Brandi’s casting would make a lot of sense as she was just photographed this week hitting up a Beverly Hills restaurant with none other than Cedric Martinez aka Lisa Vanderpump’s former gay pet house guest. A photo of the two is below.

“He’s my gay best friend! I’ve known him for 16 years,” said Brandi to E! News about her friendship with Cedric. And yes, we foresee major messiness if Brandi is indeed added to the show.
