Emily Maynard Dates Another Nascar Driver; Cheryl Burke Wants To Be The Next Bachelorette (Again)

Not too long ago, Dancing with the Stars pro Cheryl Burke expressed interest in being the next Bachelorette. But, when Cheryl started dating hockey pro Joffrey Lupul over the summer, she dropped the issue.

The last we heard, ABC wanted Emily Maynard back for Bachelorette 2013. Emily has yet to respond to ABC's invitation. However, according to one source, a second season is not likely. "Emily tried something new, dating Jef," Emily's pal explained to US Weekly. "She is going back to what she knows and considers safe." That Emily… she really gave the regular folk a try, but it just didn't work out.

Now, it sounds like Emily has found a new man ~~to play the role of husband in her made-for-TV wedding~~ on her own. Over the weekend, Emily was reportedly spotted out on a date. Her date, Jason White, is a Nascar (ie, known and safe) truck racer. "They were all over each other," a source said. "Jason guided her through the crowd and held her hand as they walked downstairs."

Now that princess Emily is otherwise engaged and Cheryl is single again, wil Cheryl get the gig?

Last night the reality TV stars turned up in L.A. for the Icons and Idols 2012 VMA after party hosted by In Touch Weekly. Gretchen Rossi, Chris Harrison, DJ Pauly D, Kendra Wilkinson, Deena Cortese and more hit the red carpet.

Can you believe MTV didn't invite Gretchen to perform her new release? Ah, MTV needs a reality TV stars category next year! ~~And to pass out earplugs at the door.~~ Now that would be quality television. Melissa Gorga and Gretchen already have their videos ready to go!

Wait, it just hit me: In Touch had a party and Teresa Giudice wasn't invited? You know, so they could get a photo for their next cover.

Dancing With The Stars Partner PHOTOS Revealed!

I have to admit I love Dancing With The Stars partner photos. Oh, lord the cheese! It’s better than funnel cake at the county fair (oh which I am desperately craving right. now). And what’s better than regular DWTS photos? ALL STAR VERSIONS!

ABC just released the first batch of our favorite cheese ball professional dancers and our favorite desperately seeking a return to relevance ‘celebrities’!

Curiously, Maksim Chmerkovskiy (currently under fire for allegedly slapping former partner Hope Solo during last season’s rehearsals) and Kirstie Alley‘s photo is missing for the bunch! Kiristie tweeted: “We haven’t shot ours yet..We shoot next week..:) been gone”

Also, ABC is still stringing us along for who will be the lucky 13th dancer. I just heard a rumor that Kate Gosselin was added to the mix! Just kidding… but who doesn’t crave another dose of her insane bitchiness and the gossip that surrounds it?
