Chris Lambton

Chris LambtonVienna Girardi with boyfriend John Sala

Chris Lambton wants nothing to do with the Bachelor franchise reports E! News.

According to E! online, the former Bachelorette finalist has rejected ABC’s offer to have him become the next Bachelor. Chris’s reason? He reportedly wants to step away from the spotlight and return to his “normal life.”

In layman’s terms, Chris is not a famewhore, which of course only makes him more likable. However, sources tell E! that the ABC network is not ready to give up on Chris yet.

“The producers really want Chris to be the guy,” says a source. “They’re hoping they can convince him…This definitely isn’t dead yet.” An ABC insider adds that it’s “too soon” to determine who will be the next Bachelor.

Though Chris would have made a great Bachelor, must say this is a smart choice for him, as show has gotten much trashier and phony by the minute.

In other news, approximately 2 months after her nasty split with Jake Pavelka, it seems Vienna Girardi has moved on to a new man!

The 24-year-old Florida native, who had to endure a sexless relationship with Jake, stepped out with new beau John Sala on Tuesday. Usweekly reports the two lovebirds got very cozy during their night out.

Vienna posted on her twitter on Tuesday, “Yes, Im dating and he is amazing guy…Im so Happy!!.” Here’s to hoping we won’t have to read the sordid details of this relationship when it ends, not that we think it won’t last forever or anything.

TELL US – DO YOU WANT CHRIS AS THE NEXT BACHELOR? IF NOT, WHO DO YOU WANT?

The season finale of The Bachelorette aired last night with Ali Fedotowsky choosing Roberto Martinez as her final pick. Above is a picture of the couple taken last night in LA.

Roberto then got on one knee and proposed to an accepting Ali, which seemed like a traditional ending for the ABC hit show. The surprise of the night however came when Ali, 25, told finalist Chris Lambton, a 33-year-old contractor from Cape Cod, Mass., that she was in love with Roberto — just before the two were supposed to go on their final date, definitely a first in the show’s history.

“I’m in love with somebody else. I have to let you go here and not wait until tomorrow. This wasn’t an easy decision. It was really hard. I just didn’t want to put you through tomorrow because I know that’s going to be so hard,” said Ali to Chris.

Roberto, 26, had longed been the front runner of the show from the start, after receiving the first impression rose from Ali. Oddly enough, this is the first time in the show’s history that the person who received the first impression rose came out the winner.

“I love Roberto,” gushed Ali. “I love him. I’ve never ever in my whole life felt this good in a relationship.”

Ali and Roberto also appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show Monday night, during which Ali revealed she and Roberto would like to walk down the aisle “in the spring” of next year.

Chris Lambton

Now that the show is over, the question on everyone’s minds is who will be the next Bachelor? It has been rumored that Ty Brown from this Bachelorette season was being considered, but according to the show insider, Reality Steve, ABC would like Chris Lambton for the upcoming season.

Reality Steve reported yesterday that Chris, 33, has been offered the next Bachelor spot and that he will likely accept. The official announcement will come from ABC any day now.

Bachelorette Finale

This season finale of “The Bachelorette” is set to air tonight, in what ABC is touting as an ending that has never happened in the Bachelorette history.

Ali Fedotowsky is now left with her two finalists, Chris Lambton, a 33-year-old landscaper from Cape Cod, and Roberto Martinez, a 26-year-old insurance agent from Charleston, both of whom will be meeting her family in tonight’s episode. Ali will spend her final date with Roberto jet skiing, swimming and picnicking, while her date with Chris L. is described as emotional and taking a surprising turn.

And for the first time in the past few Bachelor/Bachelorette seasons, the finale results have not been leaked. Even Bachelor show insider RealitySteve.com had admitted he does not know how the show ends this season.

This has of course led to a ton of rumors and speculation about what Ali will do tonight. The most popular one is that Ali will pick no one, which has never happened in the Bachelorette history. The other speculation is that Ali will pick one of the guys, and then propose to the winner.

There are also conflicting media reports, which only leads to more confusion regarding Ali’s final choice. UsWeekly is reporting Ali is engaged to one of her finalists, and is planning her wedding while Star magazine is reporting this week that Ali was seen flirting with NFL Quarterback Matt Leinart, even giving him her phone number.

While we all continue to speculate on the ending, one rumor that has been debunked is the one about the newly single Jake Pavelka coming back next season as the show’s Bachelor. The show’s host Chris Harrison tells E! Online, “No. Never. [Laughs.] That will never happen. Not with me as a host anyway,” when asked about the possibility of Jake returning.

When it comes to tongiht’s ending, Chris says, “People will be surprised. Whether it’s good or not, Ali’s happy with it and she’s sticking by it. It’ll be interesting. I really just want to sit back and watch the fan reactions, what the comments are and how they feel it all played out.”

And as for Ali, well let’s just say she’s not giving anything away, only saying she is happy with her decision.

What is certain is that the finale airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC, immediately followed by “After the Final Rose.”

TELL US – WHO DO YOU THINK ALI WILL PICK? WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE FINALE TONIGHT?

The ‘Men Tell All‘ reunion of the Bachelorette is set to air tonight on ABC, during which Ali Fedotowsky will be forced to face all the contestants she eliminated this season.

So what can we expect tonight? This seems to be the big question as the most memorable and most controversial contestants from this season will be absent from tonight’s show.  Three timing douche Justin Rego, and heart-breaker Frank Neuschaefer did not attend the taping.  Also not in attendance are finalists Roberto Martinez and Chris Lambton.  Even the controversial Craig McKinnon was not in attendance.

While Justin did not attend the taping, as he has claimed in the past that the Bachelorette producers gave him a bad edit, his absence did not stop the other guys from bashing him.

“The guy is evil. He wanted to make it to the final three and sabotage everything she wanted to do,” Craig R. tells host Chris Harrison. “I am speaking for each one of you right now that none of us feel we want to continue any ongoing friendship with him.”

Contestant Ty Brown, who is rumored to be in the running to be the next Bachelor, also brings up the fact that Justin received the most votes the very first night when the guys voted him as the one who was there for the wrong reason, saying, “How could 25 guys be wrong?”  Weatherman Jonathan Novack also gets ganged up on tonight, as the guys scold him for not being forthcoming when Craig M. asked who had ratted him out to Ali as “dangerous.”

In other Bachelorette news, PEOPLE magazine is reporting that Kirk DeWindt, who was eliminated by Ali after making it to the final 4, has since moved on.

According to PEOPLE, Kirk is now dating Jessie Sulidis, who competed with Ali for Jake Pavelka’s heart during the former season of the Bachelor.

The two reportedly met during an after party for the July 17th taping of the Men Tell All, during which they exchanged numbers and a kiss.  Kirk is said to be driving to Canada this weekend to visit Jesse and a source tells the mag “he is definitely over Ali!”  Jesse will also be appearing on the upcoming Bachelor Pad.

The Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky

It’s that time again! ABC has released the names and photos of the 25 men competing for the love of Ali Fedotowsky on the sixth season of The Bachelorette.

The new season, set to premiere on May 24th, has already been plagued with scandal. The big scandal this season is that one of the men, Justin “Rated R” Rego had a girlfriend while on the show. Apparently Justin/Rated R’s girlfriend will make a phone call to Ali to let her know she’s dating Justin. Rated R also happens to be Justin’s wrestling name.
