On her renewed friendship with Cynthia, “When someone betrays you, it damages your trust and that’s a very hard thing to get past. People who know me know that I move on! I don’t try to fix broken pieces, although that was probably a bad thing. I’m a work in progress. It took a lot of prayer and long talks from loved ones in order for me to forgive and really do this with an open heart. So I felt like I was in a really good place in my life where I could start over with Cynthia and reconnect. I’m happy I did!”
Well it’s bottle popping time! The Real Housewives of Atlanta’sCynthia Baileyand the show’s alum, NeNe Leakes have mended their broken friendship and are now in a better place, or so it seems. On Sunday night’s RHOA episode, the show’s former “IT” diva, NeNe, appeared on Cynthia’s doorstep in her usual grand fashion and overdone from head-to-toe.
When Ms. Leakes, along with her shiny long blond tresses, skin-fitting designer duds and husband Greg Leakes in tow, rang Cynthia and Peter Thomas’s doorbell, she then greeted them boisterously. During NeNe’s catty commentary for the segment, she proclaims with a beaming oversized toothy grin, “Yes bitches, I am back!” She then gives RHOA co-star Kandi Burrussa dig, then announces to all of her haters, “Pick your faces up off the floor, she’s back,” followed by a quick fingersnap.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Baileyand sweet sixteen daughter, Noelle Robinson, share a striking pose as they grace the cover of the latest issue of Heart & Soul Magazine. The mother and daughter beauties have never posed together professionally for a magazine cover, so they were over the moon when asked to appear on the African-American women’s publication that focuses on physical, mental and spiritual well-being. However, despite the stunning cover, Cynthia was criticized for what Instagram followers thought was way too much boobage showing.
Even though Cynthia and Noelle are depicted dressed in white towels, similar ombre blond tussled hairstyles and looking radiant, the ‘hatahs’ on Instagram were alive and well, choosing instead to zero in on Cynthia’s ample cleavage display:
Last night on Real Housewives Of Atlanta, several of the ladies, led by Phaedra Parks, traveled to Washington DC to celebrate the anniversary of the Million Man March, while other ladies remained in Atlanta receiving million dollar guests.
Ayden helps Phaedra pack for the trip, which will involve meeting with several congress members, including Florida representative Frederica Wilson, whose organization inspired Phaedra’s newfound passion, Saving Our Sons.
It’s been a week, but I’m still cringing over last week’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta and the family reunion from hell. I don’t often feel badly for Kenya Moore, but my heart just broke for her as she ambushed her estranged mother to no avail while a partybus full of relatives looked on in shock. Hopefully tonight we’ll get some closure…and the return of NeNe Leakes!
In an interview with Bravo, Kenya shares her feelings of devastation (and promotes her new memoir Invisible) and discusses how much she’s learned about herself in the process. When asked why she chose to plan the family reunion, the twirling reality star explains, “I’ve been open about wanting to have a family of my own since I was added to the cast. I have often regretted exposing myself the way I have, especially with my love life. It left me susceptible to mockery, false rumors, and ridicule (such as I can’t get a man). With that said, I’ve learned the men I’ve dated aren’t the issue — I am the issue. Through the help of counseling, seminars, and advice from people I love and respect, I knew it was time to dig deeper into my past. As such, that meant exploring my primary relationships and how they are connected to my romantic relationships. I needed to heal from the inside out, and realized I need my family to do so.”
Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their lives with us. And we would not have it any other way. Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite snapshots and selfies from this week. Enjoy.

Cynthia Bailey’s marriage to Peter Thomas has largely become her main storyline on this season’s Real Housewives of Atlanta. Will they last? Will they fall apart? Will Peter refrain from getting involved in womens’ business long enough to pretend to be a recommitted husband? Despite the real issues at stake (so Cynthia claims), the drama surrounding the couple’s relationship sometimes come off as manufactured at best, and boring at worst.
On last night’s Real Housewives Of Atlanta complicated relationships were confronted with some surprising results. Most upsetting was watching Kenya Moore be rejected by her mother Patricia. It was as unnerving as watching Carrie, you just knew was was gonna happen, you felt it – the impending cruelty and betrayal, but you kept hoping you were wrong.
Kandi Burruss is baby shopping with Mama Joyce who suddenly loves everyone – even Todd! Even Phaedra Parks! Now Mama Joyce wants to be a “granny with a nanny” and put a nursery for Ace at her house, so she can be very involved. Mama Joyce is always up to something… I don’t trust that lady as far as I could throw her. Kandi seems dubious as well, but she knows better than to poke a tiger!
Mama Joyce has decided Kandi and Phaedra need to fix their friendship, so she volunteers to pay Phaedra a little a visit. Kandi doesn’t think it’s a good idea and nervously laughs off the suggestion.
