Danielle Staub

Days after making headlines for signing a deal to become a stripper at age 48, former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub is now stating she has decided to walk away from the deal; while also seeking treatment for psychological problems stemming from sexual abuse. She also reveals she has dealt with suicidal thoughts.

“I have addictions with love and low self-esteem, and I need help!” Danielle told PEOPLE after nude photos of her stripping at Scores in New York appeared online.

“My low self-esteem derived from childhood sexual abuse has messed with my mind and self-worth, and over the years I thought about getting help but pushed it deep into the depths of denial,” says Danielle. “For years I have had the suicide hotline on my cell phone and would like nothing more than to free myself from this constant pressure.”

Danielle adds that she has decided to finally get help because she went too far this time around. The sex tape wasn’t going too far? “Seeing how I have hurt myself and my family this time, I can no longer push it behind me.”

She goes on to add that she is getting help from Dr. Drew Pinsky and claims she was “coaxed” by her handlers into signing the deal. She however states she accepts responsibility for her actions. “I have to own my mistakes and can’t blame others.”

Being that this is Danielle after all, it’s a bit hard to determine if this is legit or just a publicity stunt. But for the sake of her daughters, here’s to hoping it is the real deal and she is indeed seeking the help she badly needs.

If you assumed last year’s release of Danielle Staub’s porno sex tape would mark her rock bottom, you assumed wrong.

TMZ is reporting today that Danielle, former star of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, has once again become a fully nude stripper. If you recall, Danielle’s stripper past came out on the show two years ago after her castmates uncovered her past via a book written by her ex-husband Kevin Maher.

Fast forward to today and the 48-year-old mother of two recently signed a 3-year deal with the Scores Gentleman’s Club in New York. Danielle has agreed to do one live appearance and occasionally appear on ScoresLive.com.

To mark her special accomplishment, Danielle even released some new photos of herself stripping to TMZ. Some of those racy pics are below. We find it quite sad that Danielle, who claims to love her daughters very much, refuses to consider what impact her actions are having on them.

According to a new report, sex tape alums Danielle Staub and Ray J are an item!

Danielle 48, former star of the Real Housewives of New Jersey was snapped kissing the R & B singer/VH1 reality star/Kim Kardashian’s ex who is 18 years her junior. The two pictured above at the grand opening of the Lemon Basket restaurant last Wednesday were spotted kissing at the same event.

No word yet on when we can expect a new sex tape from these two but the photo of the kiss is below!

In other news, Danielle, who is set to star on VH1′s upcoming reality show Famous Food, is now speaking out once again against her former costar Teresa Giudice. In a brief interview with Rumor Fix, Danielle reveals she is not surprised Teresa got into a bar brawl and reportedly got punched in the face.

“I’m not shocked at all” said Danielle of Teresa’s involvement in the bar brawl.”She’s an animal.”

Meanwhile, Danielle’s former costar Caroline Manzo is speaking out against her via an interview with Life & Style magazine, explaining why she decided to shun Danielle at the last reunion of the NJ Housewives. If you recall, Danielle attempted to call a truce with Caroline, who refused to hug her.

“I knew she wasn’t sorry,” Caroline tells Life & Style of the shocking moment. “I wasn’t about to let her end the show on a fake positive note. I refused to give her that moment.”

Caroline added that Danielle hasn’t lived up to her promise as she continues to bad mouth her former costars. “During the finale, Danielle offered to stop the war of words,” Caroline states. “But she’s still talking about everyone. She broke her promise. Things have not changed with her one bit. She’s the same person now that she’s always been, and I want nothing to do with her.”

And finally, Danielle also tells E! News that the ratings of the new season will go down the drain without her. “It’s not going to have the ratings,” she said. “I brought the [drama]. People either loved me or hated me, but they were paying attention. This [season] is just full out nasty family fighting. Everyone’s got that. Where’s the element of surprise there?”

The VH1 network is planning to turn up the heat this summer with the announcement and premiere dates of some all-new series as well as returning favorites!

Basketball Wives – The biggest surprise of all is the very quick return of the Basketball Wives. While the second season only ended less than 2 months ago, season 3 will debut on May 30 at 9/8c. With the exception of Suzie Ketcham, who quit the show, all of the cast members including Royce Reed, Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Tami Roman, and Jennier Williams will be returning. VH1 also announced that Meeka Claxton, wife of former NBA player Speedy Claxton, has joined the cast. According to reports Meeka and Tami have already gotten into a physical altercation during filming. A photo of Meeka is below!

Famous Food – The network confirmed what we reported weeks ago, which is that reality famewhores Danielle Staub, Heidi Montag, and Jake Pavelka will indeed star together on a new reality show. The concept of the reality show is that the famewhores are given an opportunity to create a flourishing and fully-operating restaurant. Over the course of eight weeks, the colorful crew of “celebrities” will roll up their sleeves and work together to launch their own restaurant, aptly named, “Famous Food.” Joining the above three famewhores will be DJ Paul and Juicy “J” (from rap group Three 6 Mafia), Ashley Dupre (famed ex-prostitute) and Vincent Pastore (“The Sopranos”). The show debuts Sunday, July 10 at 10/9c.

Tough Love – Also returning this summer is Tough Love: Miami. Steve Ward and his mother Joann Ward are back to help single women make a splash in the Miami dating pool. Steve will work with a group of eight single, attractive women, all composed of classic female archetypes including the “too much too soon” romantic, the “gold digger” and the late 30′s “work obsessed.” They will be living together in a house for 10 weeks and given a chance to learn Dating 101.”VH1 Tough Love: Miami” premieres Sunday, July 10 at 9/8c.

Celebrity Rehab – Season 5 of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew Pinsky and Michaele Salahi debuts Wednesday, June 29 at 10/9c. From heartbreak to hope, this season follows Dr. Drew and his patients on their difficult and deeply emotional journey to sobriety, as well as an often raw and unflinching look at the many faces of addiction. As we reported back during filming, Michaele got kicked off the show early on for not having an addiction. Joining Michaele this season are Michael Lohan, Bai Ling, Jeremy Jackson, and Dwight “Doc” Gooden.

Also returning, The T.O. Show season 3 will premiere Monday, August 22 at 10:30/9:30c and La La’s Full Court Life will debut the same night at 10/9c.

According to a new report, not all reality stars are raking in the dough when it comes to their books.

The HollywoodReporter reported last week that Bethenny Frankel is the most successful of them all. Not only did she sell her Skinnygirl alcohol line for $120 million, but both of her first two books – which made the New York Bestseller list – sold a combined total of 480,000 copies!

New Jersey Housewife Teresa Giudice’s first cookbook – Skinny Italian – was also a hit as she sold over 100,000 copies.

Other Bravo housewives didn’t have as much luck starting with Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes whose memoir ‘Never Make the Same Mistake Twice‘ flopped pretty badly. Nene’s book sold 10,000 copies according to the Perez Hilton blog.

Also flopping were Jill Zarin and Danielle Staub, as their books reportedly sold fewer than 10,000 copies each. The Jersey Shore reality stars didn’t fare much better as Snooki’s book sold 35,000 copies with The Situation’s book only selling 15,000 copies.

In what can only be described as a match made in famewhore heaven, three of the most popular attention-whoring reality stars gathered together for lunch Monday afternoon in Los Angeles, and of course there were cameras around to film it all.

Former angry Bachelor contestant Jake Pavelka, former Real Housewives of New Jersey prostitution whore Danielle Staub, and former The Hills mannequin Heidi Montag, all pictured above, have reportedly joined forces to film a new reality show.

According to reports, the untitled show being filmed for the VH1 network will follow the z-list reality stars as they attempt to get help for their addiction to fame? No! Of course not! They will attempt to open up a new restaurant in just 28 days!

“They are revamping a restaurant from the ground up,” says a source on the set of the new reality series to PEOPLE. “They started shooting this past weekend.”

Danielle recently tweeted, “I’m working on a project. Let you know soon what and with whom!! Xxoo.” Jake also tweeted on Tuesday, “Crazy fun day of shooting!” No word yet on what happened to Jake being a “pilot.”

And it gets even better as there are three more cast members joining the above “stars” on the show. They are Ashley Dupre – aka the world’s most famous call-girl, plus Three 6 Mafia rappers DJ Paul and Juicy J.

UPDATE – VH1 announced on April 20 that the reality show is titled Famous Food and will debut in the fall.

In what might or might not be a slow news day, season three of the Real Housewives of New Jersey is still filming and the housewives are now taking a trip to the Dominican Republic!

According to RadarOnline, housewives Teresa Giudice, Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita, and newcomers Melissa Gorga and Kathy Wakile – left for Punta Cana, Dominican Republic over the weekend for a family vacation with their house husbands.

“All the housewives and husbands took off on Sunday for Punta Cana,” said a source. “It’s a fun trip with friends and family.”

Radar adds that the housewives left their kids behind for this trip, and that Bravo is on hand to film the vacation for season 3. Scary Island 2 anyone?

Meanwhile, some fans are now wondering if Dina Manzo, who quit the show midway through season 2, might be returning based on a recent tweet she made.

“Filming a secret “project” for Bravo today…this should be fun!” tweeted Dina on Monday. However, it’s likely the filming wasn’t for the NJ housewives as Dina revealed a while back that while she wasn’t returning to the Real Housewives of NJ, she was indeed planning a return to TV.

And finally, weeks after Teresa Giudice jokingly stated she actually missed Danielle Staub’s presence on the NJ Housewives, Danielle is now firing back via a new interview with Popeater, making it clear the “the feeling isn’t mutual.”

“I am so happy with my life after leaving ['Housewives']. It wasn’t funny to me. It was very painful,” says Danielle, the current host of Wealth TV’s ‘Social.’ “I’m really happy in my life,” she says. “I have so much that I’ve just begun to do.”

While we’re still months away from the third season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, some of the stars are now talking about what to expect.

For starters, controversial housewife Danielle Staub will not be returning, and that is a-okay with Caroline Manzo, who threatened to leave the show if Bravo allowed Danielle to come back.

The HollywoodLife caught up with both Andy Cohen and Caroline this week and they both seem to agree on one thing. “Without Danielle, it’ll be great!” Andy said.

“People worry that the show won’t be what it was. I’m glad it’s not what it was,” Caroline stated. “Now, it’s drama that’s memorable.” Caroline also confirms there will be some new housewives this season, reportedly Melissa Gorga (Teresa Giudice’s sister-in-law) and Kathy Wakile (Teresa’s first cousin).

“There’s a couple of new faces,” Caroline reveals. “It’s a very different dynamic this year. It’s a lot of fun.”

And despite reports that the third season finished filming last December, Andy states that “Jersey is filming right now,” adding that “it’s going really well.”

“It’s the best it ever was,” Caroline finalizes. And in a separate interview with E! Online, Caroline reveals that she doesn’t miss her sister Dina Manzo on the show because she gets to see Dina in real life, while also hinting at some drama with Teresa according to E!.

“Oh Teresa! You’re gonna have to watch and see, there’s a tremendous dynamic going on,” Caroline said. “My beautiful daughter and sons are doing great, they’re loves lives come into play. Interesting things go on this year.”

Bravo has yet to officially announce the premiere date for season 3 but all signs point to sometime in May.

As for Danielle, who is rumored to be working on a spinoff reality show about her personal life, her new show called ‘Social’ premiered on Wealth TV days ago and according to our reader ZOSO666, the show is a train wreck. “It is awful. I want my 1/2 hour back but I had to watch it. She is like the white trash version of Robin Leach. I don’t suspect it should last too long,” added Zoso. Ouch!
