In Touch Weekly via the HollywoodLife is reporting that Brad is currently house hunting in Texas, wanting Emily to move in with him. “[Brad] looked at a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house house in a gated community in Meridian Park” reveals a source to In Touch.
It is however uncertain as to whether Emily is on the same page. “Her house isn’t for rent, her dogs just had puppies and Ricki’s in school. I don’t she’s planning on uprooting any time soon,” a neighbor of Emily says. But whatever their living conditions are, the couple is still together for the time being.
Meanwhile, Brad decided to delete his twitter page two weeks ago, just weeks after joining, which of course led to break up rumors. Emily however set the rumors straight telling a fan, “Honestly I think Brad is just too busy to be on Twitter and felt bad he couldn’t keep up with everyone. I was surprised he got it!”
Bachelor host Chris Harrison also adds that “Brad got on Twitter to shoot down crazy rumors, and kind of to defend himself, but Twitter became news and it became what he was trying to get away from.” Probably a better idea to try to keep their relationship as private as possible.
TELL US – SHOULD EMILY UPROOT TO TEXAS WITH DAUGHTER RICKI?
Despite their attempt to stay out of the public eye and work on their relationship, newly engaged Bachelor coupleBrad Womack and Emily Maynard continue to be on the receiving end of some not so positive press.
First, Brad’s ex Laurel Kagay is once again speaking out against him. In a new interview with Life & Style magazine, Laurel, who dated Brad on and off from March 2002 to October 2010, tells the mag there were times during their relationship when Brad’s temper would get so out of control, “it was scary,” she says.
“He would sometimes yell, really loud, to the point that he would almost start throwing things,” she adds. And after the blowouts, Laurel states Brad would be apologetic, and send her $1,000 bouquets of flowers or expensive purses, and she would always end up taking him back due to his charm.
Laurel goes on to warn Emily, stating Brad has more than likely already started the same cycle with her. “I just want Emily to realize that he needs some sort of help [for his anger issues]. He can’t do it on his own,” she adds.
Meanwhile a source close to Brad tells the mag that the clock is ticking on Brad and Emily’s relationship. “Brad knows it’s over,” reveals the friend. “They’re together at the moment, but Brad has the feeling he’s about to get dumped.”
In fact, the latest issue of OK! magazine echoes the same sentiment as it features Brad and Emily on the cover proclaiming “It’s Over!” between the two.
According to OK!, the two are simply pretending to be together for the sake of The Bachelor brand. “There have been so many breakups and make ups — mostly over the phone or Skype,” a source close to Brad reveals. “Finally, Emily told him she can’t do this anymore and ended it.”
Brad, who just joined twitter this week, is however denying the OK! break up story. “Btw Em and I are better than ever. In fact maybe we should take editor of OK mag out for a drink. I’m buying. :),” tweeted Brad on Wednesday, the same day he joined twitter.
And finally, Popeater is reporting that just in case things with Emily do not work out, or you know, in case they have broken up already, there is a slight possibility Brad could end up as the Bachelor for the third time! Yikes.
According to the site, ABC insiders have already had internal discussions wondering if asking Brad to come back for a third run as ‘The Bachelor’ would result in ratings gold.
“If Brad hadn’t found love the second time there is no way he would ever be invited back on the show,” a show insider reveals. “But after America saw him try so hard to make his relationship work with Emily, they like him again. Everyone thinks Emily tricked him — they feel sorry for him.”
Here’s to hoping Brad and Emily make it work for the sake of all Bachelor fans around the world. Brad also took to his twitter to deny any possibility of returning to the show. “Strange rumor about me being bach for 3rd time…absolutely NO chance. ZERO. so happy w the one I love. have a great day guys!!,” he wrote.
For the time being, Brad is currently in North Carolina visiting Emily for the weekend. In fact, he just tweeted the photo below of Emily minutes ago.
TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THE LATEST? DO BRAD & EMILY STAND A CHANCE? WOULD YOU WATCH BRAD AS THE BACHELOR AGAIN?
In fact, Emily spent most of last week in Texas with Brad, during which the above photo was taken. Photos of the couple were posted on twitter days ago by one of Brad’s friends who wrote, “Wow! I guess you can’t trust tabloids after all.”
The friend posted four photos of the couple, and on Thursday morning, Emily, 25, was photographed arriving back at Charlotte-Douglas Airport in North Carolina alone but still wearing her engagement ring. That pic is below.
In a new interview with Usweekly, Brad, 38, gushed about Emily, making it clear he is still very happy with her. “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my whole life,” Womack told UsWeekly on Thursday at Dizzy Rooster, his Austin bar. “I’m serious. I’m so happy.”
“I just put Emily on a plane 3 hours ago,” he added. “She’s awesome. She’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” he raved.
When asked if he thinks the relationship will work out, Brad answered “Yes!” He added, “I swear to God, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Honestly, I’m the luckiest guy.” Definitely not protesting too much. More photos of Brad and Emily below.
As for Brad’s runner up Chantal O’Brien, she’s also doing great with her new love Jeff Razore, a Seattle native and marketing consultant. “I think because of my [Bachelor] experience, it’s allowed me to be where I am now and be in a relationship,” Chantal told PEOPLE. Reality Steve also reported that ABC wanted Chantal to be the next Bachelorette, but she turned it down due to her new relationship. No pressure there Jeff! A photo of Jeff is below.
TELL US – ARE YOU ROOTING FOR BRAD AND EMILY? WAS IT SMART OF CHANTAL TO GIVE UP THE BACHELORETTE FOR HER NEW BEAU?
The duo released a statement yesterday admitting that while things have been bumpy at times, they are still in love and dedicated to one another.
“At long last, Emily and I can be open to the world and each other about our relationship. Though we are madly in love, it has been a bumpy couple of months for us and our priority right now is to focus on our relationship,” said Brad, 38, and Emily, 25. “We hope that you can respect our privacy as we return to normalcy and begin our off-screen lives together,” they added in the statement.
Meanwhile, Bachelor host Chris Harrison appeared on the Ryan Seacrest radio show yesterday morning during which he revealed Brad and Emily have broken up more than once before. “They actually broke up a couple of times. They both are incredibly stubborn, they’re very much alike and neither one of them give. And they’ve had some knock-down drag out fights,” said Chris.
Brad and Emily also grace the latest cover of PEOPLE magazine, out tomorrow, opening up about their relationship to the mag.
“I’m so happily engaged. I’ve never been happier, I promise you that,” Brad tells PEOPLE. “The hardest part is behind us,” adds Emily. “I feel pretty confident if we can make it through [the past three months], we can make it through.”
The mag also teases that Brad and Emily might be trying to have a baby despite their bumpy relationship thus far.
And finally, despite the not so positive response from fans of the show, ABC is moving full speed ahead with Ashley Hebert as their next Bachelorette. The network in fact released some new promo images of Ashley, 26. Those photos are below!
However, immediately following the show, we discovered there was already trouble in paradise for the engaged couple. Unlike the previous couples who came on the After The Final Rose special and pretended stated all was perfect in their relationship, Emily, 24, and Brad, 38, displayed some refreshing honesty by admitting they have had some troubles.
They both shockingly revealed they had even broken up once and canceled a planned wedding. The two however stated they are now committed to making things work.
Fast forward to today and sources tell Popeater the two have broken up for good due to Emily’s insecurities. “Emily is so insecure, she just isn’t cut out for all the fame and attention her relationship is under,” a show insider reveals. “The six weeks of shooting the show in paradise was easy, away from prying eyes and photographers, but since they both returned to their normal lives things have been a disaster.”
The sources claim Emily has simply had a tough time adjusting to life after the show with Brad. One of the sources adds that they “would love to say they are going to make it, but they won’t. After we taped the ‘After the Rose,’ it was clear to everyone that this one was not going to work.”
In other news, Ashley Hebert was officially announced as the next Bachelorette last night to the disappointment of many fans, who simply believe she is too boring for the job. “I’ve been single for almost four years,” said Ashley. “I’m excited — I’m making up for lost time.” Ashley’s season of the Bachelorette airs May 23 on ABC.
And finally, it seems former Bachelor “winner” Vienna Girardi has found love again… With a former Bachelorette contestant as she is now dating Kasey Kahl, you know, the crazypants hopeless romantic from Ali Fedotowsky’s season. Yep, the two have been dating for a couple of weeks now and photos of the two lovebirds are below.

Following weeks of drama both on and off the show, it all ends tonight as Brad Womack will pick and propose to one of his final two women on the Bachelor.
The two lucky ladies areChantal O’Brien, 28, – the sassy divorcee who slapped Brad on the first night, andEmily Maynard, 24, – the single mother of one.
“When you know [you’re in love], you just know. And I just knew,” Brad, 38, told UsWeekly of his final pick. “I’m grateful to have a second chance…I can promise you there is a very happy ending.” The latest issue of UsWeekly also sheds some light on the proposal details, revealing that Brad ended up proposing to his final pick a total of 4 times! Apparently, “the crew wanted different camera angles,” explained an onlooker.
Meanwhile, Bachelor insider Reality Steve posted a surprising report yesterday, revealing that there is already some trouble in paradise for Brad and his final pick. In fact, the two have reportedly broken up and gotten back together once since the show stopped filming months ago.
According to RS, Brad and his “fiance” make that shocking revelation on tonight’s After The Final Rose on ABC. RS also reveals that unlike the previous Bachelor(ette) couples who appear very lovey-dovey on the ATFR tapings, Brad and his final pick appeared very tense on stage. Wowzers.
And finally, the new Bachelorette will officially be announced tonight on the Jimmy Kimmel Show. According to reports, that job went to Ashley Hebertbecause Brad’s runner up turned it down. The reason? She is already in a new relationship.
TELL US – DO YOU THINK BRAD AND HIS FINAL PICK WILL MAKE IT IN LIGHT OF THE NEW REPORT? THOUGHTS ON TONIGHT’S FINALE EPISODE?
The Bachelor finalist Emily Maynard graces the latest cover of In Touch magazine under the heading “Tricked By Emily’s Lies” as the mag goes on to trash the Bachelor contestant.
According to In Touch, Emily, 24, may not be the person she portrays herself to be. One of the sources of this story is Cori Kurek, who was briefly engaged to the dead NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick before Emily. In fact, Cori tells In Touch she thinks that Emily and Ricky were never actually engaged.
“After Ricky died and she found out she was pregnant, Emily wanted to have lunch with me, because she didn’t know him that well,” shares Cori, who was engaged to Ricky from 2002 to 2003. Cori gave back Ricky’s ring . “I’m amazed at the details Emily excludes about her background,” says Cori of Emily’s portrayal on the show.
Cori claims that after Ricky died in 2004 and his family became aware of Emily’s pregnancy (she found out a week after his death), Ricky’s family decided to give Emily Cori’s engagement ring to spare themselves the embarrassment that she had become pregnant out of wedlock, and to make it appear that wedding plans were on the horizon at the time of Ricky’s sudden death.
“They took Ricky’s ex-fiancée’s ring and put it on Emily’s finger,” another source explains, adding that Emily was seen wearing the $100,000 sparkler in the delivery room. “I think it was a staged, fake engagement.”
While Emily has described Ricky as her childhood sweetheart, Cori insists, “Ricky and I were together for a very long time and as far as I know, there was never any Emily in his life.”
And when it comes to that whole Nascar date with Brad on the show, another source alleges it was all an act. The reason? Apparently since Ricky’s death, Emily has dated several other NASCAR drivers — and would hang out at the track every Saturday.
“Everybody knows Emily was spending almost every Saturday at the racetrack,” one insider says. “It’s not an emotional place for her. I don’t get it.” It has been reported that Emily briefly dated Nascar star Dale Earnhardt Jr back in 2006.
As for Cori’s claims that Emily did not know Ricky well, the Twirlit website disputes that as there are numerous photos of the two together at different points in time. Some of those are posted below.
TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE CLAIMS MADE ABOUT EMILY? DO YOU THINK EMILY IS LYING ABOUT HER PAST?
Brad Womack narrowed down his Bachelor contestants to his final two yesterday after eliminating Ashley Hebert — the rumored next Bachelorette according to Bachelor insider Reality Steve. ABC will reportedly be making the official announcement within the next 2 weeks.
Ashley’s elimination was not a shocker considering how awry her one on one date went. Brad’s dates with Chantal O’Brien and Emily Maynardhowever went much smoother, and in his latest blog for PEOPLE, Brad tries to explain what really happens on these overnight dates. Excerpts are below –
“I’m told that the majority of you that are watching find this particular week the most interesting because this is the week of the fantasy overnight dates. I’ll be the first to admit, as a fan of the show before I was on it, I would always tune in and wonder what exactly happens on those overnight dates. Will the couple really stay the night together? Are they really free from cameras or is there a crew on standby, waiting to capture the next groundbreaking moment? Well I, of course, found out the answer to my questions. Yes, we (the couple) are completely alone and camera free. Yes, we stay in the same room together overnight. What happens is completely up to the couple.
I’d like to explain why overnight dates are so important and what I used those nights away from the cameras for. I wanted to take the opportunity with all three of the women to talk, off camera, so we could all feel even more comfortable. By this time, I had gotten to know the women so very well and I wanted to feel confident in the fact that, after talking with each of them all night, I knew exactly what type of woman each of them is. I wanted to be confident that I actually knew these women as well as I thought I did. The overnight dates actually gave me quite a bit of clarity – clarity that I had been looking for!”
Airing next week is the Women Tell All episode and in two weeks, Brad will make his final pick!
