It seems the law has once again caught up with Lynne Curtin and her husband, Frank Curtin. TMZ is reporting that a bench warrant ( a form of an arrest warrant) has been issued for the Real Housewives of Orange County star and her husband.
According to TMZ, Lynne and Frank were supposed to appear in a California courtroom yesterday to answer questions relating to a $1.2 million judgment they were ordered to pay to a former business partner. The couple completely bailed on the proceedings by failing to show up.
This led to the Judge issuing a bench warrant for the Curtins, meaning they can both be arrested at any given time. The Curtins seem to be having a bad year as they were also evicted from their rented home back in August for owing over $10,000 in back rent.
The National Enquirer has a story out about Raquel Curtin, daughter of Lynn Curtin of the Real Housewives of Orange County. Raquel made her debut on the show last year and was infamous for her underage drinking on national television. Following in her footsteps is her younger 17 year old sister, Alexis Curtin, who asked her mother if she could have a drink on the second episode of the current season.
According to the Enquirer story, the 19 year old is even more wild and out of control. The mag obtained exclusive photos of Raquel as she boozes it up even though she’s underage, kisses a girl and poses seductively in skimpy clothing. One of the photos is below.
The most troubling part of the story are photos in the magazine that show clearly visible cuts on her wrists. “Raquel has cut her wrists with razor blades a number of times, usually after a fight with her boyfriend or when she’s depressed,” a close friend reveals.
The “friend” continues, “Even though Raquel is under age and can’t legally drink, that doesn’t stop her. She’ll drink almost anything you put in front of her, but she prefers Grey Goose vodka and champagne.”
Apparently, Raquel isn’t shy about showing off her body either. “She’s usually the first one to start taking off her clothes after a few drinks. One time she stripped down to her G-string and bar patrons drank shots off her body,” says the friend.
The friend also reveals that Raquel is depressed. “Raquel is depressed a lot of the time,” divulged the friend. “She was mortified when her family received an eviction notice on TV.”

And how did Lynne afford her surgery considering her very recent and public eviction? She claims she paid for the procedure using sales from her Lynne Curtin Designs jewelry collection. “It looks like the clock has been turned back 12 years on my face,” she says.
Frank Curtin, Lynne’s husband, approves of his wife‘s new look. Lynne says, “He sends me texts all day saying I’m hot!”
The eviction saga of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Lynne Curtin has finally ended, as she moved out of her Arch Beach Heights home Wednesday, after receiving another eviction notice on Tuesday.
At first, Lynne refused to move, forcing the homeowner to file an eviction notice with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday. Several neighbors confirmed seeing Lynne and other family members move belongings from their home to a moving van. One of the neighbors also said this isn’t the first time the family have been evicted.
We initially reported that Lynne and her husband, Frank, never paid their security deposit, owing over $12,000 to the homeowner.
“Instead of paying the rent, security deposit and commission to their Realtor, Lynne got a facelift and her daughter got a nose job,” a source told the OCRegister.
The OCRegister also reports the Orange County housewives have reportedly earned $120,000 or more per seasons, however Lynne’s finances from the show are unknown.
Though all their belongings were moved, the garage door was left open, revealing storage and camera equipment owned by Evolution Media, the company filming the show for Bravo.
The latest in the Lynne Curtin eviction soap opera is news that she is refusing to leave her evicted home.
TMZ is reporting that the Real Housewives of Orange County star is refusing to leave, forcing her landlord to file legal papers on Tuesday with the OC Sheriff’s Department. This means if the Curtin family still refuses to leave, police will have to physically drag them out.
According to TMZ, the 51-year-old mother who actually owns Lynne’s rented home, is forced to sleep on her 70-year-old parents’ couch, adding, “It’s humiliating to live in my old parents house because some O.C. housewife cant pay the rent.”
Lynne and her husband, Frank, are said to owe over $12,000.

According to their sources, the Real Housewives of Orange County star and her husband have failed to pay up the $12,000 their landlord claimed they owed in rent and other expenses.
The Curtin family have agreed to reimburse the homeowner, but only for her moving expenses and a late fee. They now have up to Thursday(today) to leave the home.
There are also rumors of Lynne wanting to divorce her husband, partially due to their financial difficulties.
Radar is reporting The Real Housewives of Orange County star threatened Frank that she is going to file for divorce. One of the reasons being due to their recent financial meltdown. We have previously reported Lynne and Frank received an eviction notice, due to unpaid rent expenses in the amount of $12,000.
The source says Frank has had trouble finding work for two years as the economy has hurt his construction business. “Frank is distraught over Lynne’s threat to file for divorce,” the source continued.
According to the source, Lynne blames Frank for all their financial problems because she feels he’s been hiding the bills from her. Frank is alleged to be distraught over this, as he does not want a divorce.
We recently reported that Lynne Curtin of The Real Housewives of Orange County received an eviction notice from her landlord, giving her just 3 days to pay up or leave. Well the 3 days are now up, and Lynne has yet to pay up or move according to TMZ.
The reason being? Well it appears Lynne and her husband, Frank Curtin, are now claiming the legal document is invalid because it was served on their daughter — who happens to be a minor.
The Curtins, who rent the home they live in on the show, allegedly owe their landlord more than $12,000 in rent and other expenses.
According to TMZ, the Curtins have now lawyered up with plans to contest the eviction. Their landlord however still plans to re-serve the eviction notice, hopefully to an adult this time.
Something about this story is a tad sad, as it appears Lynne and her husband truly cannot afford to pay the $12,000 they owe. Lynne is one of the nicer housewives so it makes it sadder to see this happen to her. However, I do think people should think twice before choosing to appear on a reality show, that solely focuses on the personal lives of the wealthy, especially if they are not wealthy and cannot afford to pay the rent on their rented home.
