In the interview with The Insider, Nene, age 44, opens up about her acting role, her relationship status (hint – hubby Gregg Leakes is still in the picture) and reveals her thoughts on possibly joining the cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!

Below are excerpts from Nene’s interview with the Necole Bitchie blog -

On Her New Role On ‘Glee’
I’m on ‘Glee’ and I play a character called Roz Washington. She’s the synchronized swim coach and she’s nemesis to Sue Sylvester, who is Jane. She’s very strong willed; she’s very straight forward; she’s not afraid of Sue Sylvester and she’s there to take somebody’s job.

On Her Acting Career -
A lot of people don’t know that we did a show “Before They Were Housewives” and I would come to Los Angeles for pilot seasons every year. One year I bumped into Robi Reed-Humes, who did a lot of casting for Spike Lee at the time, she got really known from doing that. She was casting a film with Cuba Gooding Jr. called “Fighting Temptations” and she cast me in that film and I was able to get my sag card that way. Then I had a small part in “The Parkers” & “Girlfriends.”

Then it kind of phased out for me. I wasn’t getting any auditions anymore and I really wasn’t coming out here to try. Then I met the producers of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” so I’m saying all that to say I was into acting long before I became a reality star. I would absolutely love to continue to act. Whether or not I leave reality TV, I don’t know. I can say this negativity pulls your energy down.

On Possibly Moving Over To The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills -
[Laughs] Stop it. I don’t know if I would transition and work with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. They’ve never done that before [but] that would be interesting if Bravo pulled that off. Right now, I think they like me in Atlanta. I would give them a run for their money.

On Who She’s Dating -
Myself. You know I will never have a public relationship again I don’t think. That’s one of the regrets I have; is putting my personal relationship out there. Greg and I aren’t totally done. Who knows what the future holds. I don’t know about putting my relationship out there but do I have secret admirers, of course.

Nene also spoke about her business ventures stating that in addition to the Sacramento airport restaurant she just opened called “Famous Famiglia”, she plans to open other restaurants. At the moment she’s working on a wine line called Miss Moscato and hopes “to do clothes, shoes, lashes… make-up and perfume.”

Not surprised to hear Nene admit she is still involved with Gregg. It has been widely reported that the two were never separated and that the whole storyline of The Nene dating business man John Kolaj was all manufactured for the RHOA. In fact, Nene and Gregg were photographed last year during filming, looking pretty cozy and trying to hide from the cameras.

TELL US – THOUGHTS ON NENE’S INTERVIEW? WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE HER ON THE RHOBH? SURPRISED SHE’S STILL INVOLVED WITH GREGG?

Anyway, NeNe Leakes is still waving the “Hater” flag and she is waving it wild and free in the faces of her colleagues. Who yeah, are haters, but it takes one to know one! In her latest Bravo Blog called “Lies and Gossip”, Ms. Leakes confronts her co-stars for talking about her constantly while pretending they just don’t care.

NeNe opens by giving credit where credit is due for keeping her name in the news.”We are up to the fifth episode, and the girls have talked about me in every one. Is that hating or what?”

“I laugh when watching the show, because it seems as if they all got together and said, “We’re going to talk about her and say this and that! We’re going to say Cynthia [Bailey] is up her a–!” All of this nonsense has truly backfired, because it has helped me in every way. So for that I say thank you!”

Since no one seems to want to let go of reDICKulous or NeNe fleeing Kandi Burruss‘ faux birthday party without so much as a good-bye, NeNe gives more insight into her decision to leave. “Kandi’s birthday party — I had been out of the state working and once I returned, Kandi personally invited me to her birthday party,” NeNe explains.

“I was willing to go even though we don’t always get along with the same people. Phaedra [Parks] decided to give her a gift which was a monster-esque stripper that jumped out of a box and put his privates in his mouth. Then he put it into Kandi’s glass, stirred it up, and handed it back to her. It was just disgusting, so I decided to leave.”

And unlike some Housewives who may or may not have past in adult entertainment (ahem… Melissa Gorga), NeNe is not ashamed! “Yes, I’ve heard all the talk wondering why I would be put off when I used to be a dancer! And yes, I used to be a dancer. It was twenty years ago, and I’m not ashamed of it. I danced as a single mom to support myself when I was in my twenties after getting out of an abusive relationship. Not once however did I bend over and suck my own lady parts. I’ve done a lot of things in my life that I wouldn’t dare do today, and I would have to credit that to growth! I’m a real woman. I have lived and learned. I embrace who I am and don’t look to anyone for validation.”

As for why she was hours late to the opening of Bar One, NeNe claims Cynthia was aware of her tardiness and better late than never, anyways. “Cynthia and I know who we are as adult women, and we’re very comfortable in our skin. That’s why we’re able to have such a great relationship. I texted Cynthia several times, so she knew I was having an issue and would be late.”

“I walked into the room and owned it! Eyes were rolling and lips were smacking. After the ladies picked their faces up off the floor, I spoke to those I wanted to speak to and those who didn’t get a hello knew why,” NeNe admonishes.

Confronting the rumors of her alleged affair with Charles Grant, NeNe is calling foul! “These girls will not give credit where it’s due, because their goal is to tear you down and put out false information, just as they tried to do with me, Gregg [Leakes], and Charles. But that didn’t work either! Gregg and I have always been close. Gregg knows me and I know him. Our relationship was not based on lies or gossip!”

In fact, NeNe recently Tweeted: “I wouldn’t go 2 the zoo wit Charles Grant! I’am VERY n Love & VERY happy & this is a VERY good time 4 me n my life! Winning” And it seems next week we will meet the man responsible for her romantic happiness, John Kolja! According to WetPaint, he’s also responsible for some of her business success as he is the owner of the restaurant franchise she just opened! Although NeNe has yet to confirm their relationship they’ve been cited together looking cuddly, many times. Well, there you have it!

In other RHOA news Phaedra and her husband Apollo Nida, recently did an interview with ESSENCE.com about their appearance on the show positively affecting the portrayal of black families shown on television.

After the loving parents gushed about their now 16-month-old son Ayden, they talked about what viewers can expect to see from them this season. And because she’s no longer expecting, Phaedra says we’ll see her as a professional and an entrepreneur, as their family still has big plans to open a funeral home. Apparently, Apollo had a change of heart and is now fully on board with the plan and his brother is also involved!

Most importantly, Phaedra reveals her true intention behind going on the show was to demonstrate to the black community that marriage, along with “children in wedlock” are a good thing and a goal the black community should embrace. Phaedra hopes to demonstrate the importance of going to college and living the “American Dream” through her presence on the show (she should probably leave reDICKulous at home from now on…).

Phaedra adds that the public doesn’t see enough of that because there are so many “stereotypical portrayals” that the media “feeds into,” particularly “negative depictions” of black men. Especially interesting, it seems Phaedra was the catalyst for the cast’s trip to Africa this season, that she hopes shows viewers a different side of both Africa and the ladies!

It was a great interview, and I feel, an opportunity to see Phaedra and Apollo as they really are which is intelligent, well-spoken, family-oriented people who are likely very different from what we see on TV. After all, Phaedra has confessed to “playing a character” on the show! You can view the video below!

THOUGHTS ON NENE’S BLOG? ARE HER CO-STARS TOO FOCUSED ON HER LIFE? WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON PHAEDRA’S INTERVIEW?

Things start out with everybody’s favorite southern bell doing a stop and drop apology by bringing Kandi an ‘I shouldn’ t have invited a disgusting porny stripper to your birthday party in front of your mama’ cake. Phaedra’s been giving out a lot of “I’m sorry” gifts lately, hasn’t she? According to Kandi her mama is still mad and won’t answer the phone!

The ladies are still confused that NeNe “former stripper” Leakes flew the coop without even saying good-bye. Apparently she couldn’t locate Kandi in the crowd since she took her eyeballs out. Phaedra is especially perplexed given that NeNe used to show her cervix for a quarter back in the day. Um, I’m pretty sure she was a stripper not a gynecological test subject, Phae!

The ladies also ponder about what kind of person wouldn’t want to appreciate ‘DICK’s considerable talents and artistic expressions, oh, which in their mind are worthy of a spot in Ripley’s Believe It Or Not. Phaedra grossly informs us that if she had those same considerable talents she would never make it to work.

And speaking of ridiculous Cynthia is set to emcee some sort of International Fashion Week thingy which is apparently where interior designers make clothes to show off their fabrication skills, or something. Whatever it was the clothes looked like loin clothes and Dynasty costumes. So it makes sense that Cynthia was wearing my grandmother’s crocheted potholder collection from 1955 in dress form. Sadly she was also wearing it with some sort of weave that appeared to be the remnant of a catfight. I think it’s fair to say Cynthia had some unfortunate hair throughout last night’s epi.

Phaedra and Apollo attend the festivities, as they have miraculously and with no intervention from Bravo, made amends with Peter and Cynthia. Phaedra explains she can respect a man who hustles, and Papa Smurf can make a dollar out of 15 cents. Also attending the show is Sheree, who looks nice, and Lawrence who doesn’t. I’m not sure what was worse: Lawrence’s Blanche Deveraux ensemble, Cynthia’s emcee-ing or the clothing wafting down the runway! Cynthia’s public speaking went something like this ‘poopety poop hot pink flufertywaffle. Oops I mean fluffywaffle from House of Iridescent, I mean Indira. Oh wait, I mean Indridoodle.’ Yeah it was a complete and utter mess and Phaedra was right to comment that Cynthia should have, you know, practiced. A lot.

After the fashion show, Cynthia was all excited that she got through a complete sentence and hoped everyone thought all her “oops, I meant…” corrections would be overlooked. Phaedra wasn’t fooled, but decided the last Housewives-related event ended in a showdown between Apollo and Peter and this one didn’t need to end in one between Cynthia and her so she wisely said nothing. Besides she had other things to worry about – like the introduction of “socialite” (re: ex-conn) Marlo and her boyfriend and potential husband (almost ex-conn) Charles Grant. Phaedra was smart to try and impress them as these two have a bevy of legal troubles and she is a lawyer!

Hmmm… not to be mean, but Charles, Charles, Charles… that poor man certainly got hit by the ugly stick! Marlo and Charles come sidling up the group and gossip vulture Sheree instantly gloams onto the fact that NeNe “Close Your Legs To Married Men” Leakes has “been in the papers” as reportedly having a thing with Charles. Mmmm….hhhhmmm… that same NeNe who bellowed at Gregg last season “I have done right by you…” Perhaps that’s what some of their marital strife was over – Did Gregg suspect an affair?

Anyhoodle, everyone is all a’twitter over the big rich football star, his new ladylove, and his possible, former, past ladylove and everyone wants to impress Marlo and Charles. Why, I’m not sure? Possibly because that is what Housewives do when encountering a new possible Housewife — try to bring her onto their side swiftly. Housewives is becoming more and more like Big Brother by the day.

After meeting power couple of the year, Sheree gets a little twitchy about her own past as an Atlanta power couple and decides to invite her ex-husband Bob Whitfield to the park for some family bonding. Sheree tells us Bob and her generally get along well. I guess she forgot we’ve been watching her snark on him for four seasons now. Say whatever you will about Sheree, but in this instance I feel she conducted herself appropriately and Bob needs to own up and support his children. As Sheree said, this is about Kairo and Kaleigh.

Sheree basically reminds Bob he is four-long-years remiss on his financial obligation, to which Bob told her she was the responsible female in this equation and should get a job and stop carrying around $15,000 handbags. Hey, I agree – she should get a job and stop carrying around $15,000 handbags, but that doesn’t excuse his responsibility to his children. And what was wrong with his eyes? Sheree retaliated by telling Bob he should get a job and remember those children also belong to him. Then, she said she was taking him to court, threw some water on him and stomped away. Too bad she didn’t have Phaedra’s holy water with her! Bob calls her evil to the core. Classy.

To follow up with her visit with Bob, Sheree makes an appearance at Phaedra Parks’ Attorney law’s office. Phaedra looks divine in her Chanel, but what is she thinking always painting her nails different colors? I know she fancies artistic expression, but that’s more on the Lisa Frank trapperkeeper side of artistic and nobody over the age of 12 appreciates that. Phaedra is all fired up about Bob’s negligence and thinks he would make an excellent captain of the football team in County Jail. She’s all about to braise some balls with a decree from the court that he has five-days to pay up or face time in the clink. “Hear that clang, clang,” she basically asks? “That’s the sound of Bob headed to his new home!”  Becoming a mother has made Phaedra emotional.

Sheree does some fake crying and dabs her eyes ever so delicately with a napkin and bites her lip like ‘geee… should I file a motion to throw his ass in jail? That would make him really mad.’ I think Sheree saw this as another audition – she is passionate about acting, you know. Sheree says she’s not ready to make a decision, despite the fact that Phaedra dangles the word “FREE” in front of her, in terms of how much Sheree will owe her for her services.

Cynthia brings her mom and sister Malorie to her new modeling school for a tour. Her mom is really excited, but Mal barely acknowledges anything. Finally Cynthia confronts her sister about what’s going on, so she and Malorie get into an argument about how much Peter sucks.

After her mom cuts them off, Cynthia decides now is the perfect time to mention that one of Peter’s investors fell through and he bounced a $40,000 check and needs some money. Malorie is speechless and cannot believe Cynthia is contemplating making this mistake again. Cynthia starts backpedaling that Peter is her husband and she has to support him, but neither her mom nor her sister are buying it. Malorie reminds Cynthia that she doesn’t want to be broke again and that, hello, she is building her own business and needs to focus on that.

Later, Cynthia questions Peter about the money and makes it known that it’s available to him if need be, but Peter tells her he worked something out. He’s a hustler to the core! Apparently the two have pre-nups, for what assets I’m not sure, but hey better safe than sorry, right?

Kim is almost due and Brielle is seriously worried about the introduction of a new baby into their lives. Kim has a heart-to-heart with Brielle about childbirth and nursing which consists of her saying, ‘yeah this baby has gotta come out so there’s no going back now! Is my wig on straight? I’m gonna lose the weight real quick!’ Kim is not so good in the reassuring department. Kim tells us that when Ariana was born she was going through a divorce and Brielle was forced to deal with a ton of changes in a short period of time. Poor Brielle is so traumatized to learn she nursed that she wants to go brush her teeth 14-years later.

Cynthia and NeNe stop by the yet-to-be completed Bar One, which has scheduled a sneak peak for the evening. Seriously nothing was done and I’m pretty sure those exposed wires are a fire hazard, but the show must go on! NeNe is all set to co-host the swanky (not to be confused with skanky) affair and is very excited about her Peeet-ter’s grand opening. According to Cynthia, NeNe is big celebrity who will bring the star power to the event. Yeah, we have different opinions on what constitutes a celebrity – even in Atlanta.

Kandi finally tracks down Mama Joyce by showing up at her house and wondering what on earth is going on. Mama Joyce is very distraught about the party and feels she was disrespected. Making a valid point she wonders if Phaedra would have invited reDICKulous with her mama in attendance? I think the short answer is no, given that Phaedra couldn’t even tell her mother she was pregnant before she walked down the aisle! Kandi apologizes profusely and is confused because mom is her homegirl. Mama Joyce reminds Kandi that first and foremost she is a mother and deserves to be treated respectfully and appropriately; which means no nasty strippers dancing on her head with people waving dollars at him! BTW: Mama Joyce’s hair looked sooo much better straight!

On the night of Bar One’s sneak preview, everyone is there but the co-host and the air conditioner. It is a summer night in Atlanta and the AC doesn’t work and everyone is sweating their parts off. Also, Bar One is apparently in the ghetto so no one can find it. Odd.

The appearance of Marlo and Charles cues the gossip mongers to start speculating that NeNe is ditching the festivities because she wants to avoid a run-in with her former fling. Charles cops to going on a double date with NeNe, but claims she was too into himself and he dropped her at the hotel. Cynthia wants to know what is up with NeNe and apparently it’s merely a wardrobe malfunction, although she informs us that she told her BFFL that Charlo was present.

Did anyone else notice Charles teeth? Eeks. I didn’t hear Sheree yelling at him to get his teef fixed, but she should have! Peter has been waiting for NeNe all evening, so he can unveil a surprise gift for Cynthia. After he gets tired of waiting he does the honors himself. The gift is an enormous picture of Cynthia and her afro. Wow. Yeah, just wow. That’s some afro!

And finally five minutes before the event ends, here comes NeNe, just when everyone was talking about her! Something else NeNe and Marlo have in common besides Charles – they both wore ill-fitting hot pants. NeNe declares, in her talking head, that there is absolutely NO truth to the rumors that she had a thing with Charles.

NeNe is aloof and seems annoyed to be there and pretty much avoids the VIP (re: Housewives) section. Everyone is surprised that Cynthia doesn’t mention anything about NeNe’s tardiness, although I think it was appropriate to wait until after the evening to bring it up. Call me crazy! Sheree comments that NeNe gave Cynthia and Peter exactly what they could afford: five minutes of her time. Which is more than she could afford, given the rumors that she is only worth $50k!

Next Week: Kim goes into labor, plus weave! The drama continues between NeNe, Marlo and Charles.

Watch What Happens Live: The guests are Sandra Bernhard and Chef Roble from the new show Chef Roble and Co. Sandra informs us that many, many years ago Cynthia was in a movie with her and had that same afro! Priceless. Sandra is also completely puzzled and aghast at Kim’s chat with Brielle. Kim is Kim, what can you say!

Sandra reviews the Mariah Carey/Justin Beiber Christmas Duet and all I can say is: “HAHAHAHA!” Apparently Chef Roble was quite the hit – I didn’t watch, did you? And everyone wants to talk about butts! Chef Roble is a fan of Kandi’s booty and she will be his client on next week’s show!

The poll question is: Who has the best donkey booty? And Kandi wins by a landslide! BTW: Below is a fantastic photo of Bob getting baptized by Sheree’s fury!

THOUGHTS ON THE EPISODE? WHAT IS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION OF MARLO? SHOULD CYNTHIA BE MAD AT NENE FOR THE LATE ARRIVAL?

Things start out with Phaedra begging Kim’s forgiveness for the baby shower blow out between Peter and Apollo. Kim succinctly tells us that next time ex-cons and ass holes are off the guest list! Phaedra comes a calling with a huge gift and is instantly forgiven – she could have told Kim Kroy was to blame so long as she brought a present. Ok, actually Phaedra apologized — admitting she was embarrassed by Apollo — and Kim accepted. There’s apparently been no word and NO retail apology from Cynthia despite her geriatric husband acting crazy. The ladies talk labor and Phaedra was as crazy as a vampire in sunlight. Love it!

Cynthia and Malorie stop by Bar One. Cynthia wants Peter and Malorie to make amends following last years attempted wedding sabotage starring the hidden marriage license! Cynthia leaves the two to talk things out and it quickly descends into a screaming match. Peter explains he feels betrayed and his family was also hurt by what happened. Malorie was just trying to protect her sister who was apparently crying and depressed in the months before the wedding over the state of her relationship! Eventually Cynthia comes to break up the fight and a tearful Malorie reveals she was just worried about her sister.

I think both have fair points. No, Malorie should not have gotten so involved. Yes, Peter has a right to be upset, but Malorie cares for Cynthia and reacted instinctively to what looks like a big ol’ marital mistake – love or no!

Kandi is planning her 35^th birthday party with the help of the always classy Boot-Tay Queen, Phaedra Parks and Sheree. Kandi is a little depressed about being single at this age and is hoping to have another baby. When Kandi tells Sheree and Phaedra that Cynthia and NeNe will also be coming Sheree decides that “bitch” can stay on the other side of the room. After enquiring if Kandi’s mother will be attending the soiree, Phaedra reveals she will not be bringing Apollo, but something much, much better! Something “only nature could create!” I think we all know this is leading nowhere good!

Kandi is shopping with the irascible Ms. Leakes and Derek J. Derek and Kandi happen to be dressed like twins! NeNe actually looks cute for once. Maybe money looks good on her? That or she finally hired someone to dress her? This year a very prego Kim will not be planning Kandi’s party as they have not been hanging out too much. NeNe is not surprised because although Kandi wanted a friend, Kim wanted a hit song. Despite the drift in their friendship Kandi is happy Kim found a “young tender” and has ditched the aging married man. NeNe is like ‘Bish please, we all know she is only with Kroy for one reason and that reason is green and sitting in the bank.’

Kandi lets NeNe know she better be on her best behavior at her party because Sheree and Phaedra will be attending. NeNe is fine with ignoring ol’ man-Sheree, in fact low-down and dirty Sheree simply does not deserve the friendship of the amazing and very very rich NeNe Leakes!

Kim Wig-ziak and Kroy are learning about circumcision to prepare for their new lil baby boy. Wasn’t Kim a labor and delivery nurse? Kim reveals she does not want her sons peepee wearing a turtleneck! The visiting baby care expert explains the process to a grossed out Kim (and us!) while Kroy seems relaxed about the whole thing. Which is good! Then he gets a little diapering how-to. Good for Kim. She picked a good one. Later a 36-weeks pregnant Kim takes a pregnancy test because Kroy has never seen a positive one before. Surprisingly it is positive + which I guess means baby on the way! Haha I’m so surprised Sweetie was allegedly fired! What happened?!

NeNe arrives at Cynthia’s just as Peter is receiving a phone call learning an investor issued him a bounced $40,000 check. Maybe NeNe can loan him some money. Meanwhile Cynthia is trying to open a bottle of champagne while NeNe cowers in the corner covering her ears. Immediately after setting in with the bubbly, NeNe reveals she and Gregg are on amicable terms. So amicable, in fact, he picked her up from the airport after Miami and they did the dirty-dirty. And ew – T.M.I. Hearing NeNe describe Gregg as a tiger – not something I need to hear. EVER. Talk turns to the wedding sabotage and Peter is adamant that certain lines should not be crossed. Unfortunately for him that day was tainted by the actions of Cynthia’s family. Cynthia appeases him that in her mind all she remembers is his face while she was walking down the aisle. NeNe warns that Cynthia needs to set some boundaries.

Sheree and Phaedra pay a visit to Chateau Invisible. And nothing has changed since last time Sheree was there. I’m guessing it had something to do with an outstanding bill, perhaps? Sheree explains building this house may get ugly, which is why she had to bring along a little reinforcement in the form of donkey bootied lawyers. Phaedra’s oh-so professional tactic was to shake her butt in the contractor’s face and warn him that she is wise to his game and hopes she won’t have to see him in court. Isn’t she a married and RELIGIOUS woman?

Apparently where black men are concerned it’s better to let them see you going than coming (except when the going is up the courthouse steps, I imagine) and where contractors are concerned everybody knows they will do anything to get a check including blow smoke up your butt with a bubble blower! Andrew explains to Sheree that the construction progress depends on how much money she has; which must be why it remains a vacant lot to this very day!

At the Bailey Agency, Cynthia is working to get everything together when Malorie and her European Basketball Pro husband show up. Cynthia and Malorie discuss the on-going Peter issues. Malorie implores Cynthia not to give Peter any money for this next business venture and is relieved Cynthia is not a partner. Cynthia and Malorie end up in an argument about respecting each others’ choices and setting boundaries. An angry Cynthia tries to call her sister’s marriage out, claiming they aren’t all “lovey” all the time. Cynthia is done letting Malorie judge her relationship. After calming down, Malorie decides to take a break and she and her hubby leave before Peter shows up!

Kandi is stressing out about turning 35 and being single. if she hasn’t met someone by 37 she is considering a sperm donor or some other means to get pregnant so she can have a second child. Kandi explains she wants a “Kroy” to be her partner both in life and pregnancy. Poor Kandi! Phaedra arrives at the party and informs Kandi that she has taser in her purse! Well, NeNe was invited! Phaedra never leaves home without one. So let’s get this straight: at all times she carries holy water, a prayer cloth, and a taser in her purse? And sometimes a .357 Magnum! Oh Phaedra… I love you.

At the party Cynthia and Peter arrive first, followed by Lawrence dressed in his wannabe Madonna circa 1985 finest, except with a beer gut! Or as Phaedra describes him: Mr T dipped in Wonder Woman. Yeah, not your best look, L! And finally the party starts with the arrival of NeNe – well that’s her opinion, anyways. NeNe reveals she is making an appearance on the Atlanta social scene for the first time in a year and in her absence parties have been practically non-existent! I notice NeNe and Sheree wearing the same color and that’s not all they have in common as they blatantly ignore each other from opposite ends of the table.

Phaedra and Sheree decide they are grown up ladies, while NeNe and Cynthia decide Kandi needs a Friend Contract to secure her loyalties. Kandi describes the party as going between the US and Europe. While Cynthia and Sheree were able to exchange pleasantries, that’s about as far as things went towards reconciliation.

In the middle of all that ignoring, Phaedra announces she has a “big surprise” all wrapped up in a huge box she is wheeling across the party. Kandi, with mama Joyce sitting right next to her, is front and center for the reveal of reDICKulous! I’m with Nene – a monster has invaded, although hypocrite much? I mean didn’t she earn her dollars dancing pre-Gregg?

NeNe is shocked and appalled by the reveal of The ‘DICK and is popping eyes out again – bloop, bloop – this time her own – and she is stashing them squarely in her rented Hermes! Hell even Kandi looks pretty unimpressed, but Mama Joyce is out. She is immediately calling BS on the unveiling of super schlong and leaves the table.

Phaedra, always one for details, has also brought dollars along with the dancer and Kandi informs us that Phaedra is actually reDICKulous’ attorney! Is this violating attorney client privileges perhaps? Good thing Mama Joyce wasn’t there when Mr. DICKulous stuck his penis in Kandi’s cocktail!!!!! And licked it off by fellating himself! IN FRONT OF PEOPLE! ON TV! Yeah – color me speechless! Bravo is really stooping to new lows of what they are willing to put on television.

After that lovely and tasteless (not to be confused with tasty) display NeNe, Cynthia, and Peter say their good-byes. NeNe explains that designer and dicks simply don’t mix and no one should be wearing Gucci while a stripper goes down on himself at your party. Yes – God forbid any “poison” gets on your Prada! And there we have it guys, this is one of the few times where I agree with NeNe! NeNe drove home blind after witnessing such atrocities and retrieved her eyes from her purse once she was safely at home in her rental.

Poor Mama Joyce is furious and once the act is over immediately takes Kandi to task for allowing such trashiness at her party (and on TV). Kandi is shocked her usually stripper friendly mom is so upset. Phaedra looks rightfully embarrassed and I hope she was considering how her own mother would feel in that situation! After telling her daughter off, who is annoyed that she is being treated like a five-year old, Joyce bails. Kandi chases her mother out to the valet, but Joyce wants nothing to do with her claiming she does not like strippers! And that’s how you celebrate 35 in style, I suppose!

Next Week: Brielle becomes jealous as the birth of KJ gets closer. New girl Marlo Hampton arrives – with NeNe’s ex-boyfrined. Malorie and Cynthia continue to have issues over Peter and Cynthia’s money. And Sheree and Bob argue over child support! Looks juicy!

Watch What Happens Live: Jerry O’Connell and Rebecca Rominj are the guests. And Jerry opens the show with his very funny reDICKulous imitation. The happily married couple reveal they are hoping for NeNe and Gregg to make it work and Jerry imparts that a happy NeNe is a happy home!

Andy calls BS on Mama Joyce’s stripper-phobia as he plays a vintage WWHL clip of Kandi revealing strippers are a family tradition and there was even one at her baby shower! Jerry is hoping Phaedra can plan his next birthday party!

Rebecca and Jerry are on Peter’s side in the wedding drama and feel Malorie should respect Cynthia’s marriage, although they think Peter has to let it go. Rebecca knew Cynthia from the modeling years (interesting!) and Jerry knew Leon from before his days as Housewives attachment and he has a man crush!

Andy’s mom texts him and she is also disgusted by reDICKulous. That’s all she’s disgusted by regarding Housewives? Rebecca thinks NeNe’s reaction to the stripper was ridiculous given her stripper past! In fact, NeNe actually reply Tweeted: “True a monster jumped out the box! Pleasured himself which was classless n front of guess! Yes I use 2 dance but I never ate my own…”

Rebecca and Jerry do not believe Cynthia is manipulated by NeNe, but think NeNe is going through a rough time and relying on Cynthia. They are pulling for her positives to return. Me too. Can Season 1 NeNe come back to us – with Kim!

Sheree arrives at the building site for Chateau Sheree to watch the demo of the original house built in 1975, practically before she was born. Really Sheree? Someone needs to check you, Boo! BTW: nice “workboots.” Poor Sheree tells us that overseeing the construction of her new home is so much work it’s like a another job – as if she needs one! Leaving all of us to wonder what exactly are Sheree’s other jobs? Being a Housewife? Divorce settlements? Sheree makes sure the contractor has her list of “necessities,” which include: a ballroom with skating rink, a DJ booth, a massage parlor and a library or liberry – even though she doesn’t read. Hopefully she can read the notices of foreclosure that I anticipate will be arriving shortly! Kidding, kidding… only sort of…

Phaedra’s beautiful son Ayden is now 11 months old and Phaedra adores him, but everything is not exactly blissful on the homefront. Apollo is in a crusty mood because he has recently been the subject of much gossip after he was seen getting pulled over and cuffed. It turned out to be a case of mistaken identity. Apollo is upset that he thought Phaedra was adding to the gossip by discussing the situation with others before hearing all the details from him. Poor Apollo doesn’t understand how Haterville, Atlanta gossip works! Phaedra explains that because of Apollo’s previous incarceration people assume the worst. What he does reflects on Phaedra, and since she is so important and amazing people want to associate with her, unfortunately. These two are definitely having some tempestuous times!

And speaking of tempestuous times, at Cynthia’s, Noelle’s father Leon arrives for a visit. Peter reveals he is opening a new bar, called Bar One and apparently this one will be successful. No one looks convinced. Cynthia will be hostessing or something, but it seems she did not put any money into the venture. Leon and Peter have an awkward convo about making amends with Cynthia’s mother and sister after they tried to sabotage the wedding. Peter makes it clear he has no intention of seeking their approval because he doesn’t bleeping care.

Sheree and Kim meet for lunch, but poor Sheree is unable to access the table because of rocks and 6 inch heels. Kim tells us she has been friends with Sheree for 10-years with only one smallish incident – you know the time Sheree snatched her tracks! Over lunch Kim reveals she doesn’t miss drinking, but will probably go back to it once she pops out Kroy Jr. Which is odd, because wine is like water to Kim – she needs it to survive! Kim informs Sheree of her plans to purchase a 17,000 square foot house – and Sheree looked a little sour grapes! The ladies also discuss how they cant live in “used houses.” They don’t want to live in someone else’s place but someone else’s husband is ok? Got it, Kim. Sheree then complains about having to descend from her penthouse condo to let the dog out. And back to reality please! Is anyone else wondering how on Earth Sheree is financing all of this luxury? She by Sheree is not paying these bills!

At NeNe’s, Brent is leaving for a weekend at his dad’s. Brent has LV luggage? Oh, I forgot – NeNe is rich, bitch. Anyways, Brent is upset about his parent’s separation and wishes they would get back together. NeNe hasn’t told Brent about the possibility of a divorce as she’s not sure she can actually sign the papers. Brent doesn’t enjoy going to Gregg’s because apparently he is boring since he doesn’t take Brent shopping all the time like NeNe does. Rich bitches have money to burn! Actually that entire scene between Gregg and NeNe was heartfelt and sad. I wish they could have worked things out. I’m guessing NeNe dumped ol’ Gregg because as she told Kandi, she wants a man with a good body.

Kandi and Phaedra go shopping for Kim’s shower, but ultimately decide to buy her gift at LV (I swear LV is sponsoring Housewives!) and get her some lipo, or something. Who else was giggling at Kandi’s reenactment of Kim vs. NeNe wars as she makes a stuffed moose attack a money with a wig. Hmmm… I wonder where she came up with those characters?

Over shopping the topic of conversation is Cynthia and an interview Peter gave where he said he didn’t like Phaedra! Kandi suggests he may have been offended over Phaedra’s comments last season about wanting a “clean” man! According to Phaedra, an opinion is like an anus – everybody has one! Phaedra claims she made those comments because she didn’t know Papa Smurf Uncle Ben Old Man In the Shoe Peter slept with everyone he met sans birth control and had a village of children!

It’s the day of Kroy’s baby shower. See, Kim is only having this over the top, elaborate pre-wedding for 130 people for Kroy, not herself. Kim is very appreciative that Kroy has a genuine connection with Brielle and Arianna and treats them like his own children. In the car Arianna is excited about Kim and Kroy having baby no. 2. Oh, lawd.

At the shower — and there is sooo much to say about this shower! Was Sweetie wearing a see-through blouse over a bra? Was there really a photobooth? Kim has displayed a butt-load of creepy dead doll looking photos of herself and Kroy and one incredibly bizarre family photo where she is wearing some sort of bikini top over her bump. It’s like a white trash post card for visit West Virigina (my home state!). Funnily enough, Phaedra “Pickles” Parks praised those pictures as “artistic!” Oh money certainly cannot buy you class, no matter how hard it tries!

Kandi arrives, telling us that she feels bad she hasn’t been around for Kim lately. Kim echos that, claiming she’s not sure why they drifted apart. It’s called Tardy For The Payment! Cause Kim certainly treated Kandi dirty with royalties for that little song Kandi wrote for her! Phaedra is shocked at Kim’s extravagant shower… and it is strikingly similar to the shower she had last year, the same shower Kim made fun of… Also, was Kim’s father propositioning Phaedra for a job? Ew.

Brielle stands up to make a toast for her mom and Kroy. Brielle tells the story of how Kim met Kroy and fell in love with his butt and told her daughter to Google it. And now Kim’s knocked up! Um… yikes! Kim is so inappropriate with her daughters. Otherwise it was a very sweet speech about how much she loves her mom and Kroy. Phaedra is not the only one who needs a strong drink after that! For the record, Kroy does seem wonderful.

Cynthia finally arrives to attend the last 20 minutes of the five hour baby shower! FIVE HOURS. Cynthia raced here straight from a modeling gig and apparently arrived present-less, which is not ok for Ms. Kim. Phaedra wonders if they came for the refreshments? Sounds plausible… Sheree is surprised NeNe let her puppy off the leash for the night – oh don’t worry Sheree she probably sent Cyn as a spy!

Peter tells everyone about the upcoming opening of Bar One. Kandi promises to be there with bells on, but good ol’ Phaedra mentions she won’t be invited because Peter doesn’t like her – referencing the interview he did for Uptown Magazine! Cynthia is shocked by Ms. Southern Belle’s poor timing and would prefer if this conversation take place privately. Um… agreed, but it’s an unintended side-effect of an open bar!

Sheree reveals she is not bothered by Peter’s comments about her being “not cute,” because she knows she’s cute and that’s a fact. A fact like NeNe is rich? Things that also aren’t cute, besides Sheree: borrowing money from your wife. Peter wants to know if the angry parties actually read the article and apparently Apollo has a lot of tension over the situation. Phaedra feels Peter should have told her husband about the problem Peter has with her because she is Apollo’s wife and that’s how things roll. Ok? Anyways…

Peter and Apollo start to tit-for-tat over who has a problem with whom and after arguing about who needs to get themselves together; Peter mentions Apollo is the one who was just pulled over! The men continue going back and froth about age and money and getting things right and then Peter tells Apollo to bring it! According to Apollo, Peter is too old. Then, they both jump up and start yelling. Kandi wisely steps in to remind the out-of-control men that there are police present! At a baby shower? Sheree explains the situation was all for show as Peter seems to be all bark and no bite, much like this very rich and toothless person she knows named NeNe.

Phaedra is relieved Apollo stood up for his wife and she is glad he didn’t beat Papa Smurf to a pulp, because he’s off parole now and well within grounds to do so! Wouldn’t that be considered elderly abuse? Phaedra pulls Apollo away to go take pictures with little sings that say “winning.” Could this shower be anymore like a bad wedding reception? Yes, it could be as Kim and Kroy cut the cake wedding-style and feed it to each other! Cynthia is embarrassed, mortified and humiliated by the argument between Peter and Apollo and departs without saying good-bye to the hostess.

Poor prego Kim missed the showdown while getting some fresh air. Her hubby-to-be stood idly by watching, letting the police do the dirty work. Kim needs to protect her moneymaker! Actually, I think Kroy handled things really well. When Kroy tells Kim what happened, she is furious; stating if she wasn’t pregnant she would have been there yelling and screaming. Who is she kidding? If she would have been in the room while this was happening she would have been over there yelling and screaming!

Next Week: NeNe accidentally has sex with Gregg! riDICKulous makes an appearance. Joyce and Kandi argue and Mallory and Peter have words about the wedding.

Watch What Happens Live: The guests are Cynthia and Keisha Knight Pulliam. And apparently Cynthia was once on The Cosby Show! Cynthia is supportive of Phaedra comparing Peter to Papa Smurf and Keisha points out that Uncle Ben is a very handsome man.

Andy rates Kim’s shower an 8 on the scale of 1 to Phaedra. Cynthia claims she was late to the shower because she was working and CONSIDERING that Kim brought her own wine — and enormous boobs — (but not a gift) to Cynthia’s wedding and claimed she and Peter wouldn’t last a year, Kim is lucky she came at all. Who says she doesn’t have a backbone!? Cynthia wishes Phaedra would have called to discuss her frustrations with the article. While she didn’t think Peter should have said those things, his frustrations stemmed from everyone’s comments about their wedding.

Keisha lives in Atlanta and has met all the Housewives. I wish Andy would have asked Keisha if she also thinks Atlanta is Haterville? Cynthia refuses to respond to Kim’s nasty tweet about her, claiming she doesn’t Twitter fight. A NeNe Leakes “I am Rich, Bitch” remix is debuted. Watch out TFTP! Cynthia claims she is definitely not kissing NeNe’s ass and she is not afraid of her. Keisha lets Cynthia know it’s ok if she is, since NeNe is a “big girl”

The Poll Question! Who is the hottest ATL man? A tie between Apollo and Kroy. Kroy would not get my vote! Sorry, Kim!

NeNe Leakes – This season, NeNe and Gregg have officially separated. Though Gregg no longer lives with NeNe and the boys, they have a complex relationship. NeNe struggles with her decision on whether or not to sign the divorce papers and truly move on from their 15-year relationship. Since her experience on Celebrity Apprentice, NeNe has realized she has a knack for business and uses one of her Trump connections to pursue an entrepreneurial endeavor.

Kim Zolciak – As her psychic predicted, Kim’s life has changed dramatically for the better. Kroy adores Kim, her daughters and is a loving father to baby KJ. Though they have established a new life together, Kroy has to return to the NFL, leaving Kim to get their new house in order and tend to three children. To add to her juggling act, Kim is pursuing a country music career without the help of Kandi.

Sheree Whitfield – Sheree has recently moved out of her home and is building a fabulous new house for her family in the same upscale neighborhood. Frustrated with her ex-husband for not paying the 4 years of child support he owes, Sheree takes action against him with legal help from her friend and fellow Housewife, lawyer Phaedra Parks.

Kandi Burruss – After a year spent recording and touring to support her solo album, Kandi has shifted her focus to a new endeavor: an intimate luxury line. She’s also switching gears with music and focusing on writing country hits for a popular artist.. While she has yet to find Mr. Right, Kandi is spending more time than ever with Mama Joyce. Ever the mediator, she remains close with the other Housewives.

Phaedra Parks – With baby Ayden growing up so quickly, Phaedra is realizing her parenting style is different than expected. Once a firm believer in “spanking” a child, she has become a doting mom who tends to annoy Apollo by babying their son. Phaedra continues to work hard at the law firm and has begun her next business venture: a family-run funeral home. Her only hurdle before becoming a certified mortician: convincing Apollo of the benefits of this new undertaking.

Cynthia Bailey – At 44 years old, Cynthia is still a working model and is using her decades of experience to help the next generation. By opening The Bailey Agency School of Fashion, Cynthia seeks to teach Atlanta’s most promising girls about the industry. Her marriage to Peter is barely one-year along, but the shadow of the marriage-certificate wedding debacle still hangs over the Bailey-Thomas household. Cynthia’s sister Malorie and Peter still haven’t addressed her attempted wedding sabotage and Cynthia finds herself in an uncomfortable position between her husband and her sister.

They’re baaaack! Bravo announced today that the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 4 will premiere November 6!

And in the new trailer released by the network, the ATL ladies are more dramatic than ever! In the season trailer below, we see Kim Zolciak dealing with her pregnancy and the arrival of her first son, Phaedra Parks works on opening up a funeral home while her hubby Apollo and Cynthia Bailey’s hubby Peter get into it. And speaking of Cynthia, her family still hates her husband Peter!

Sheree Whitfield has issues with her ex-husband regarding child support, Kandi Burruss and Kim get into it, while Nene Leakes seems to get into it with almost everyone! Especially new housewife Marlo Hampton who is the fiance of Charles Grant, aka the Nene’s rumored former lovah!

In the clip, Nene is also seen dating while husband Gregg is not shown. But as it’s been reported, this appears to be a storyline solely for the show as the two have been photographed during filming — away from Bravo cameras — looking happy and cozy. But we’ll let you be the judge. The housewives also manage to take a break from all the drama to visit South Africa!

TELL US – THOUGHT ON THE RHOA TRAILER? ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW SEASON?

NeNe revealed to host Kit Hoover, that she is “almost single.” Despite being seen recently as a couple, NeNe maintains that her divorce from Gregg Leakes should be finalized “really soon, in the next couple weeks,” and she is excited to be “out there dating” again!

NeNe also discloses that she is definitely open to getting remarried! “I absolutely love being married, and I think love is a beautiful thing…” she tells Kit, gushing, “I love love. The sooner it comes the better!” And who is she hoping to find love with? Perhaps Anderson Cooper! Well, sure that might happen. Or maybe Simon Cowell! NeNe loves the menz with the monies! I’m surprised Andy Cohen didn’t make the list.

NeNe also talks Kim’s new spin-off and she must have practiced really, really hard to look neutral when the subject came up, because surprisingly she didn’t start yelling about Kim being trash and instead sort of, kind of, congratulated her. “I think that every woman needs to be independent. You need to have a job. If that’s what’s happening in her life, great.”

And reacting to the Real Housewives of New York City casting shake-up, Nene was honest in admitting it makes her a little nervous. “For them to take out some of the main characters that we’ve always been watching, it’s a little scary for me.” Perhaps she’s thinking she might be next!

Likely not, as NeNe reveals that season four of RHOA is “drama, drama, drama!” But she’s not giving away which housewife is getting the most camera time this season – besides herself, of course! My bets are on new housewife, Marlo Hampton for bringing the crazy!

If you recall, in a recent interview, NeNe promised that the upcoming season of RHoA will finally reveal what led her to file for divorce from husband Gregg Leakes.

A week after that radio interview, the StraightFromTheA blog published photos of NeNe and husband (or possibly soon to be ex-husband) Gregg out on the town at New Orleans nightclub Belvedere Lounge during the 2011 Essence Festival! Although Gregg was hanging out in the corner and made sure NOT to be photographed with NeNe on the red carpet, they were definitely there together – and the photos prove it!

The story also alleges Gregg has been travelling with NeNe to Miami and LA in secret. Not accompanying the Leakes during these outings? Bravo camera crews!

The gossip around town is that NeNe and Gregg will never break up because they have too much dirt on each other (oh, please break up and write a tell-all Gregg!) but have decided to play the game to remain on Housewives.

Former housewife star Lisa Wu Hartwell was reportedly booted from the show because she refused to create fake drama for the series. A report came out back then alleging Bravo “basically wanted to script elements of Lisa’s life and make her amp up the drama. She wasn’t with that at all. Lisa felt like if her real life alone wasn’t enough for the network, then maybe it was time for her to go.” Things that make you wonder.

And finally, following the arrest of her son Bryson Bryant for stealing razors at a Walmart (yes you read that right), Nene visited Los Angeles over the weekend to attend the wedding of R&B singer Monica.

In fact she met up with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky for dinner. Mauricio posted a photo of the threesome on his twitter page with the caption, “Fun dinner tonight with bi coastal housewives @neneleakes and @KyleRichards18.” Nene tweeted, “Thanks 4 supporting me & takin me out last nite n LA! Thanks 2 u guys, my stomach hurts LOL.” That pic is below!

For starters, Kandi revealed she is done making music with Kim Zolciak. “I only did those two songs. We’re not doing anymore,” said Kandi of working on Kim’s “music career.” Kandi also added that Kim has still yet to pay her a producer’s fee for the first song they did together aka Tardy For The Party. Kandi however claims she is oh so over it. Here’s to hoping that issue will NOT be revisited again on season 4.

Moving on to the Nene who didn’t talk about Kim, but revealed her divorce to husband Gregg Leakes will play out on the show. She also promised viewers will get to see what caused their separation on the upcoming season. Season 4 is expected to premiere this fall.

Meanwhile, it now appears new housewife Marlo Hampton and Nene have become BFFs after Bravo reportedly cast Marlo to stir up some drama with the Nene. See Marlo is engaged to NFL player Charles Grant, who is rumored to have had a fling with the Nene a year ago.

In fact the two ladies have been tweeting to each other quite regularly as well as hanging out. “Having sooooooooo much wit my girls @iheartmarlo @CynthiaBailey10,” tweeeted Nene last Wednesday along with a picture of the trio which is posted below. The ladies hung out again the next day to which Marlo tweeted, “@NeNeLeakes had so much fun girl.”

It seems they have resolved whatever issues they had as Nene made this interesting tweet on Thursday. “Thanks @iheartmarlo 4 being woman enough 2 talk 2 me, Instead of believing that thirsty wanna b.” Wonder who the Nene is referring to? So much drama!

And finally, the Rumor Fix caught up with Nene during her recent trip to LA and when they asked her about her Celebrity Apprentice rival Star Jones, she had some choice words. “F*ck Star Jones! She ain’t got no job. Her only job is being ugly,” said the Nene. Cla-ssy.
