With Gretchen Rossi back on Real Housewives of Orange County at some point this season, she has a lot to share to ahead of her appearance. Gretchen and her forever sidekick, Slade Smiley, went on The Tomorrow Show to discuss Slade’s job situation (claiming he’s ALWAYS had a job) and to share why they are certain that Eddie Judge is gay. They also explain why they haven’t married yet and Gretchen explains why she thought being on RHOC was going to give her cancer.
Gretchen on why she thinks Eddie is gay: “We were filming, there was something that was said about, uh, Eddie at the table. Somebody brought up a situation that they walked into, and I simply asked the question, ‘wow, well do you know if Eddie’s gay or not?’ I asked a question based off of the information that was being given to me. I wasn’t there to try and call Tamra out or try and call Eddie out. It was nothing like that. And quite frankly, whatever their deal is, is between them. And I, it’s like, if I wanted really to out that, I could have done that a long time ago. It surprised me the story that I heard in that moment because I hadn’t heard that story before, and I was like, ‘wow, like that’s pretty, pretty interesting.'”
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 12 will continue the trials and tribulations of Bravo’s original Housewives. Old faces are returning in the form of Lydia McLaughlin, pre-plastic surgery Vicki, and Gretchen Rossi(Yes! I know). Some classic Housewives left us when Heather Dubrow decided she’d finally had enough of looking bad by association – at least that’s what she believes made her look bad! #Ireland
Gretchen shared her news with her followers, “Many said I would never make it, many doubted my ability to survive, some even made fun of my business on international television. One person in particular constantly tells others how irrelevant I am, but here I am still going strong not allowing any of those negative words to define my destiny. Eight years later, countless hours of hard work #GretchenChristine International is still thriving and growing and I’m thrilled to share that it was recently acquired by a large beauty brand.”
I hate to be a hater, but it’s usually pretty tough for me to take any Real Housewives side projects seriously. As much as I love the housewives (which is a lot), it’s difficult for me to think them as actresses, lifestyle experts, entrepreneurs, or whatever else they claim to be. With that said, six current and former Housewives are set to star in a sitcom together.
Yes, you read that right- not a reality show, but a sitcom. Still, the show is a reality TV satire, so they aren’t straying too far from the norm.
Judge me if you must but I have to keep it real when I admit that I’ve seen every single Real Housewives episode multiple times. With that said, I cannot help favoring some story lines over others – the Real Housewives story lines that got dragged out way longer than they ever should have.
Some of these plot lines were juicy at first, but just got beat to the ground. Then there are other things that happened that none of us cared about, yet they got dragged out for two or more seasons. Either way, there are plenty of story lines that did more than outstay their welcome.
Reality Tea is ranking of every, single Housewife from every, single season from almost every Real Housewives franchise. You can find Part 1 of our rankings here. Now we finally return with Part 2 (aka the big ole mush in the middle)!
In Part 1 we mostly covered most Housewives who were either too crazy to be legit, or didn’t make much of an impact, or were just so miscast and off it was painful. Some of them were too nice, or too timid, or not rich enough, or too desperate. If she’s only a Housewife for a season, there’s usually a reason!
Unfortunately for the ladies, the cast members of Real Housewives don’t always have the best boyfriends and husbands. Sometimes that makes for good TV and other times it’s just genuinely sad to watch and hear about. Nevertheless, there are Real Housewives husbands and fathers that you would never want to date if you had the chance – at least in my opinion.
These dudes are the worst of the worst: from the cheaters to the jail birds to the fame hungry. These are not the kind of men that you would want to be with, but they managed to end up with reality TV’s finest (and some of them did make for better reality TV viewing).
