Heather Dubrow Sells Mansion Seen on Real Housewives of Orange County For $16.45 Million!

Whoooa nelly! Whomever sold Heather Dubrow's lavish Orange County mansion landed quite the commission check!

The Real Housewives of Orange County star unloaded her fully-customized, stunning mansion (which includes a fireplace in one of the master bathrooms) for a whopping $16.45 million!

AOL Real Estate reveals the home was never publicly listed and sold through private sale in December. Heather and Terry purchased the gorgeous property, which overlooks the ocean, in 2004 for $3.3 million and spent an additional $7 million constructing the house from scratch.

Real Housewives Of Orange County Season 8 Will Air In March!

I'm sure you all were missing the first ladies of Bravo, and of course Slave Smiley, that determined little purse carrying tubba-wubba. So happy news! Gretchen Rossi just announced on twitter that Real Housewives of Orange County will be reappearing on Bravo at the "end of March!"

That means I have two months to prepare. Is that enough time? The entire cast from last year returns – yes even Jesus Jugs/Jesus Barbie/Jimblob's Faithful assistant, Alexis Bellino.

PHOTOS: MEET NEW RHOC STAR LYDIA STIRLING!

Added to the cast will be rumored new girl Lydia Stirling. This season will feature Gretchen and Slade trying to make a ~~spinoff~~ baby (PornByBravo!), Tamra Barney's wedding, and Vicki Gunvalson's relationship with Brooks Ayers. Allegedly they are back together after breaking up over the fall. Please say that's a publicity stunt!

Real Housewives of Orange County Star Vicki Gunvalson Spent New Year’s Eve With Brooks Ayers!

No! Bad, Vicki Gunvalson, bad! Time. OUT! According to twitter, facebook, and the gossiping mouth of Dr. Terry Dubrow, Vicki spent her New Year's holiday cozying up to ultimate loser Brooks Ayers. Is there a Hallmark for 'I'm so sorry I embarrassed you on TV and ruined your reputation by being a deadbeat loser, but I really, really need to borrow your car so can we get back together?' Guess so!

The Real Housewives of Orange County star who recently said she broke up with Brooks is either having second thoughts (NO!) or perhaps they're still friends – possibly friend with benefits (retch!).

“In Deer Valley for New Year’s Eve. It is going to be an amazing dinner and dancing with great people. Football with Heather [Dubrow] tomorrow. Everyone please be safe tonight and do not drink and drive! HAPPY NEW YEAR!” Vicki wrote on Facebook. Well one part of that equation was conveniently left out – the part where Brooks was included in their couples party of four!
