On last night’s episode of Real Housewives of Orange County,Slave took the stage, in what he presumed was a hysterical commentary on Housewives in their natural habitat, including the wrath of Miss. Piggy. Who really does not deserve to be unfairly compared with a certain lady of last night’s entertainment. Miss Piggy is actually well dressed as we know!
Things begin with Tamra showing up at Vicki‘s to make breakfast. Tamra looks cute – I love her shirt. Vicki immediately launches into what’s the deal with Gretchen? Are they besties, what happened, when, and why wasn’t she informed? Vicki is disappointed Tamra never confided her new friendship and warns Tamra that’s she going to have a brown nose because it’s so far up Gretchen’s mmmm. That close up of Vicki was a little frightening, no? Thanks editors!

Vicki is speaking out, and she claims she wasn’t jealous at all, and in fact, encouraged Tamra to put the nonsense with Gretchen to rest. Vicki does realize we’re watching the show, right? Vicki calls comments about her jealousy “just silly,” saying she is happy the two have mended fences. “I told Tamra last year, I had hoped that they could be at least cordial to one another and I encouraged her to stop all that nonsense.”
“To say I’m jealous is the farthest thing from my mind,” Vicki writes in her Bravo Blog. “I mean really. . .we are in our 40s. Why can’t we have many friends versus just one?”
And Vicki claims Tamra started isolating the other ladies to swoon over Gretchen. “I feel Tamra is the type of friend that focuses on one friend at a time, and then tends to find faults in the others to alienate them from the group,” Vicki says. “You can see that happening this year again. It seems every year she is mad at someone or trying to find fault in someone, which I just don’t understand.” Funny that Vicki is complaining about this when Tamra used to feel that way about her and Vicki loved it!
“I wish and pray that Tamra and Gretchen will have a friendship that will last a lifetime,” she concludes. “But to state publicly they are BFFs right out of the gate is a little odd. . .” Ah-greed, Vicki!
Moving on, Vicki takes issue withSlade and Gretchen’s reveal of Brooks’ child support issues, and she insists that he isn’t the deadbeat dad he plays on TV. Isn’t that what Slave has been saying all these years, which she dismissed as bull shitake? #hypocrite.
“I am saddened and appalled that Gretchen and Slade felt it important to bring Brooks child support issues up,” Vicki seethes. “First of all, if most of you remember I did not talk about Slade, his work, or child support issues at all last year. If you recall I actually publicly apologized for commenting on something that is so personal and none of my business.” Wait a second, I seem to remember her doing just that, both on the show, and the reunion. Roll the tape!
“I did not condone Tamra calling Grayson‘s mom when we were filming the reunion last year to discuss his personal and financial issues. It was NONE of my business or Tamra’s, and I found it terribly disrespectful and felt it crossed the line,” Vicki adds. “Now that I am dating Brooks, I guess Gretchen and Slade feel I’m a good target to hit because of Brooks’ past situation.”
And once again, she is defending Brooks! “Brooks children are his utmost priority in his life. It is for this reason that I respect and love him so immensely. PERIOD. He loves his children with all of his might and sees his children as much as possible.”
“He is not a deadbeat dad,” Vicki insists. “When the financial difficulty hit Brooks he more than made up in the other areas of their lives.”
“Brooks got behind in child support and was arrested. Neither Brooks nor I have denied that and it is terribly humiliating and embarrassing to him,” Vicki explains, adding that he had no intention of being in the public eye and dealing with this issue on camera. “Because Brooks is dating me (which equates to being on camera), he has had to publicly face the backlash from press and people, which he did not want.”
“I just want everyone to know that there are TWO sides to every story. Brooks is an amazing man and father, or I wouldn’t be with him. End of discussion.” Well, interesting… I think Vicki just wants a full love tank and nothing else matters!
Finally, Heather Dubrow has gotten off on the wrong foot with most of the ladies – and the audience. After coming across as “pretentious,” to quote Alexis Bellino, Heather is setting the record straight in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter. Heather claims she’s anything but arrogant – she’s just misunderstood. Uh-huh.
“It’s very easy to listen to one comment and make a snap judgment,” Heather insists. “I’m actually very jokey, and on the show I tell this story about the way I got proposed to, but it’s a joke, I love my husband. You know I married him, not a ring, not a proposal, but it’s kind of a funny story.”
“You heard a piece of it, so if you don’t think it’s funny, and you think it’s pretentious, that’s all right. But in general I am not a pretentious person. I do like nice things, we do live in a great house, but I don’t choose my friends by how much money they have, or what labels they’re wearing.”
Apparently, it was Heather’s husband Terry Dubrow who encouraged her to do the show, citing his past participation in such reality shows as Bridalplasty. Yeah – horrible, I know. “He thought it would be fun, and he thought it would be good for me,” Heather explains. “He basically didn’t talk to me for two weeks until I said I’d do it.”
“It’s a great platform, I mean, I don’t know, I guess if you ask me if I think it’s a good idea if I did this show, ask me in four months. But I think in general, it was an opportunity, Terry and I discussed it, and we decided that the pros outweighed the cons.”
And if you’re expecting Heather to turn all Tamra-trashy – don’t! She doesn’t fly off the handle and go stark raving mad (until her second season when Bravo threatens not to renew her contract!), although she does lose it on alleged-grifter and friend of the Housewives Sarah Winchester. Yeah I can see that!
“I have more filters than the other girls do,” Heather believes. “Except for one person that I dealt with on the show, who was very irrational, I’m not a yeller. So even though I’m being vocal about it, I am not someone who’s going to get in your face. That’s not me. But, I will very clearly and concisely tell you how I feel.”
In the interview, Heather also talks about dealing with infertility. Heather has stated on the show that her fourth child was a “surprise” and further explains this by adding her daughter was also a miracle. “The truth is that I had three children by in vitro. I had a lot of, personally me, not [my husband], but me, I had a lot of fertility problems,” reveals Heather. “So to have a natural child was shocking, and I think I’m still a little shocked by the whole thing and I was ready to go back to work, my other three were in school full-time, and it really changed everything.”
Tonight is an all new episode of RHOC, and the ladies continue to figure out what’s going on between Gretchen and Tamra. (GretchRa? TamChen?) Alexis and Heather do lunch and things don’t go well, and Slave embarks upon his new comedy career. A preview of the new episode is below!
Real Housewives of Orange County airs tonight on Bravo at 9/8c.
IS VICKI JEALOUS OF TAMRA AND GRETCHEN’S FRIENDSHIP? DOES SHE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEFEND BROOKS – OR IS THERE NO EXCUSE? IS HEATHER PRETENTIOUS OR IS SHE GETTING THE ARROGANT EDIT?

On last night’s episode of Real Housewives of Orange County, skeletons came out of the closet, or the bedroom if you will, as Tamra and Gretchen told the other ladies about their new friendship and the truth about Brooks’ trouble with the law surfaced.
Things start out at the Effing Catalina Wine Mixer. Which, really is a wine mixer with all the wine these forty-something parents are mixing! No wonder they are acting like such nut balls. They could have their own Will Farrell-esque comedy about people who refuse to grow up.
Tamra is obviously insane – it’s more clear than ever after her meltdown last week – and is very upset that Vicki and Eddie were touching. Tamra is sobbing jealous because she loves them both so much. Eddie reassured her that he is not interested in Vicki, and that he loves her very much. Why he’s interested in Tamra is a whole ‘nother subject.
Back at the table Tamra starts crying again, explaining she doesn’t care about horoscopes, but Vicki and Eddie aren’t allowed to high-five or get within a 50 foot radius of each other. What is she so worried about?????

On last night’s episode of the Real Housewives of Orange County, Alexis and Peggy quit each other and Peggy quit the show! We learned more about Heather and well, she’s very confident (and wealthy), isn’t she? Vicki and Tamra haul their boyfriends to Catalina where they proceed to embarrass themselves on national TV with a PDA orgy. Aaaahhh… The C in OC, certainly doesn’t stand for class, does it?
Things begin at Vicki‘s Cajun-themed dinner party where Peggy and Alexis face off over who is the boobiest, dumbest, and has the worst broken bone story! They tepidly make nice as they try to size each other up while peering over their enormous fake racks.
Apparently Peggy wanted to tell Alexis about her very vintage Jim experience, but Jim made her swear not to. When it was unearthed, Jim accused Peggy of stalking him and breaking into his house. Alexis being Alexis, decided it was exclusively Peggy’s fault that her husband didn’t deign to tell her about their fifteen year old relationship. Why wouldn’t Jim tell her from the get go and then they could laugh about it amongst friends? I sincerely doubt either Jim or Peggy wants to rekindle things.

WOO HOO! A new season of Real Housewives of Orange County and these biatches better bring it to redeem the great dramaful state of California following the Beverly Buzz Kills debacle. Tamra you do call the shots – to the bartender! Line ‘em up!
Things begin with Gretchen in her totes normal house with a totes normal bathroom, despite the rose petals on the floor. And that’s one thing I’ve always loved about Gretch. Her cutie little beach house that never turns into a McMansion she can’t afford. Gretch is curling her Kim Zolciak Weave Collection wig while wearing over-the-knee boots with a white denim jacket when Slave walks in. He wants to know what she’s late for? Just lunch. Gretchen is elusive and Slave isn’t allowed to come with. He must stay home and pick up dog poop or something.
After using the word “Babe” about 300 times in five minutes, Gretchen confesses she is actually having lunch with her arch nemesis, Tamra! Cue the suspenseful music! The two evil queens of Orange County will meet with each other in a blonde vs. blonde face-off, to once and for all, bury the hatchet!

On tonight’s season 7 premiere, Peggy Tanous, who is no longer on the show, makes a brief return as she and Alexis Bellino come face-to-face for the first time since Alexis found out that Peggy dated her husband Jim, “meanwhile, Tamra must work hard in order to make ends meet and is trying to increase her real estate sales. Enter super rich Heather Dubrow who is looking for a new lot to build on. Tamra befriends Heather, but will the other ladies welcome Heather into their inner circle or will this only create more drama between the ladies?”
The show debuts tonight on Bravo at 9/8c and a preview clip is below!
Moving on to Gretchen Rossi, 33, as the outspoken blonde, talks of her feud with Vicki Gunvalson and takes serious issue with Vicki’s treatment of Slade Smiley, considering Vicki’s new boyfriend Brooks Ayers also has issues with child support. “Vicki has always had a lot to say about Slade and his issues with paying child support, she always has an opinion on it,” says Gretchen to The BPlot blog. “Yet now, she’s dating a man who has had similar issues. She’s still being judgmental and a hypocrite. It escalated from there.”
Gretchen said the fight (the one that’s been shown on the previews) exploded over Vicki’s ignorance about Slade’s son Grayson‘s illness. Gretchen admits she “kind of lost it” when Vicki implied Gretchen doesn’t understand what it’s like to have a sick child. Vicki’s daughter, Briana Wolfsmith, has been seen dealing with health problems the past couple seasons. “Slade’s son … has been sick for multiple years, and I just thought she was really out of line,” Gretchen seethes. “That’s really where you kind of see me kind of blow my gasket with her.”
Gretchen is, however, happy she is no longer at odds with Tamra Barney. “I saw myself last season on camera, and I was just a very bitter, angry, resentful person,” she says. “I just kind of woke up one day and realized that’s not who I am.” That made Gretchen realize it was time to let it go and move forward.
I’m still not totally buying this sudden friendship between Gretchen and Tamra Sue. Perhaps I’ll have a change of heart once the new season begins airing!
In a separate interview with Life & Style magazine, Gretchen also discusses making babies with Slade! Though she’s still not ready to marry him.
“I know I want to have babies,” Gretchen tells Life & Style. “But I don’t know if I should have babies without being married, and I don’t know if I really want to be married yet.” Gretchen also promises we’ll see “a lot of personal contemplation” about her predicament on the new season. Err wasn’t that her storyline last season???
Finally, newbie Heather Dubrow is speaking out about joining the show in an interview with Ology. And in somewhat of a shocker, Heather reveals she had never watched the series before deciding to sign on! “I think me coming to the show is sort of interesting, because I’ve never seen the show. I came in with fresh eyes and met everyone for the first time,” says Heather, adding that she started filming two days after agreeing to join the cast.
When asked how she got along with her castmates, Heather reveals she and Alexis Bellino had the most drama! “I’m really enjoying their friendships. Out of everyone though, I would say Alexis and I have had some friction, which I guess you’ll have watch to see what happens.”
Heather was also asked about the jab by Gretchen which has been shown repeatedly on the Bravo network for the new season promo. In the promos, Gretchen reveals she has never heard of Heather before, who can be seen telling everyone she meets that she’s an actress. Heather states, “Oh, it didn’t bother me. I’ve never gone by Heather Dubrow in my professional life, so I wouldn’t expect her or anyone to know.” Right Heather, because I’m sure everyone knows who Heather Paige Kent is!

What is clear is that Bravo has already replaced Peggy on the series with newbie Heather Dubrow! The National Enquirer was the first to break the story which has now been confirmed by other media outlets.
Heather, pictured above at the 2002 People’s Choice Awards, is an actress who is married to plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow. The two tied the knot in 1999, have four children together and reside in Newport Beach, CA. Heather, who used to go by the name Heather Paige Kent, also appeared on the 2000-2002 CBS drama That’s Life.
Heather’s husband Terry made the following tweet on September 27 — “Ok I’ll admit. I’m doing a major new reality program. Cameras everywhere. Very weird.” He however now claims he was not referring to the RHOC but rather a plastic surgery show he was filming for a Latino network. Dr. Terry is no stranger to reality TV as he has appeared on Fox’s The Swan and E!’s Bridalplasty.
Heather also tweeted the following to Gretchen Rossiafter attending her improv show on Oct. 6 (yes Gretchen is now doing comedy improv with Slade): “@GretchenRossi you guys were awesome! So brave ! Loved being there!”
Meanwhile, Peggy told The ENQUIRER, “I declined Bravo’s offer to return to the show. The atmosphere was just too toxic.”
