Heather Thomson sure has a lot on her plate, it’s no wonder she decided that it was finally time to walk away from The Real Housewives Of New York. Of course, the recent lawsuit surrounding Heather’s fashion brand, Yummie, may have also played a part in her decision. I mean, not being able to have any connection between Yummie and the show definitely had to be tough for Thomson.
With that said, Heather Thomson is finally speaking out about the lawsuit and what really went down. In the past, Thomson made it perfectly clear that she was leaving the show to focus on her family and business, but could there be a connection? Find out what Heather had to say after the jump.

Our favorite reality TV stars, like Shannon Beador, Tamera Mowry, and Kyle Richards, love to show off their adorable kids and family photos on social media. It’s so tough to narrow down, but here’s our pick for the sweetest photos from the past few weeks.
Heather Thomson recently announced her departure from Real Housewives Of New York after three seasons.Heather holla’d her way into our hearts(?) and minds during season 5, following the dramatic firing of half the original cast. Despite being the new gal, the Yummie Tummie entrepreneur wasn’t afraid to speak her mind – even if the person she was holla-ing at threatened bodily harm with a pinot glass. (Or a prosthetic leg).
Below we recap Heather’s standout moments from Real Housewives Of New York. Of which there were many! From stormy St. Tropez (and Turks and Caicos) situations, getting toaster oven burnt, Avivalicious insanity, and more.
This goes to show that just because it’s abuzz on the web, doesn’t necessarily make it true. Recently, rumors were in full force claiming that Kelly Bensimon and Heather Thomsoncouldn’t stand to be near each other during a United Nations event – dedicated to peace, oddly enough. However, Kelly Bensimon denied the rumors last week, and this week she is at it again.
In fact, according to Bensimon, the Real Housewives of New York stars are actually great friends, and she has no idea why anyone would say such a thing, or who would for that matter. Oh, and in case you were wondering, Bensimon also dished on exactly why she attended the event!

Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their lives with us. And we would not have it any other way. Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite snapshots and selfies from the week. Enjoy.
Last night Real Housewives Of New York turned 100 and kept it 100! Andy Cohen checked in one-on-one with all of the current cast, Aviva Drescher, and also Kelly Bensimon who shared some really illumination information about her version of Scary Island, the issues with Bethenny Frankel, and more. It made me all the more le sad that Le’ Ladies New York are done for this season!
It’s clear that Bethenny has become the omnipotent narrator of RHONY; the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-describing prophet who speaks of success and failures with aplomb and certainty. It’s not a bad role for her, and she clearly relishes in it (and clearly isn’t glad her talk show ended!).
For the 100th episode, I was pleasantly surprised how candid and willing the ladies were to share their side of the stories – and I’m also super glad Bravo allowed them to really go IN. I appreciated Bravo not pretending viewers don’t understand things such as editing!
Wait, what? Heather Thomson recently announced her departure from the Real Housewives Of New York, and everyone is already wondering who should replace her. But, Monica Lewinsky? We know, that may sound like a strange one, but for whatever reason, Dorinda Medley thinks that Lewinsky would be great. We’ll just let that one sink in for a moment.
Okay, maybe it’s not so shocking that Medley would bring up Lewinsky or the Clintons, since Medley’s late husband worked for the U.S. House banking committee, in which he and Dorinda worked with Clinton family doing fundraisers. But Monica? Seems like an odd choice, but to each their own. What else did Medley have to say about Thomson’s departure?
