Chris Lambton wants nothing to do with the Bachelor franchise reports E! News.

According to E! online, the former Bachelorette finalist has rejected ABC’s offer to have him become the next Bachelor. Chris’s reason? He reportedly wants to step away from the spotlight and return to his “normal life.”

In layman’s terms, Chris is not a famewhore, which of course only makes him more likable. However, sources tell E! that the ABC network is not ready to give up on Chris yet.

“The producers really want Chris to be the guy,” says a source. “They’re hoping they can convince him…This definitely isn’t dead yet.” An ABC insider adds that it’s “too soon” to determine who will be the next Bachelor.

Though Chris would have made a great Bachelor, must say this is a smart choice for him, as show has gotten much trashier and phony by the minute.

In other news, approximately 2 months after her nasty split with Jake Pavelka, it seems Vienna Girardi has moved on to a new man!

The 24-year-old Florida native, who had to endure a sexless relationship with Jake, stepped out with new beau John Sala on Tuesday. Usweekly reports the two lovebirds got very cozy during their night out.

Vienna posted on her twitter on Tuesday, “Yes, Im dating and he is amazing guy…Im so Happy!!.” Here’s to hoping we won’t have to read the sordid details of this relationship when it ends, not that we think it won’t last forever or anything.

Rachel Uchitel Wants to Date Jake Pavelka, Ali And Roberto Open To TV Wedding

RadarOnline is reporting that professional mistress Rachel Uchitel was looking to date former Bachelor star Jake Pavelka.

According to the site, Rachel sent one of Jake’s friends an email asking to be set up with the newly-single former pilot. But it seems Jake wasn’t too keen on dating the Celebrity Rehab 4 cast member.

“Jake thinks she’s probably a ‘nice girl’ but isn’t looking to date anytime soon,” the source said. As for what Jake wants in a woman, he jokingly tells UsWeekly he likes “blondes, brunettes, redheads or any combination.”

Jake adds, “I’m just looking for a sweetheart. That’s the biggest thing. I’m looking for a girl that has a really big heart.” Getting into another relationship is however not on Jake’s radar at the moment. “You know what, being single sometimes isn’t a bad thing. It gives you time to worry about you and work on yourself.”


In other news, Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky and fiance Roberto Martinez are still going strong an entire week after their show ended. For those not familiar with the show, a week in Bachelor/Bachelorette couple history is equivalent to about a year month in ‘real life.’

The two have even moved into their new place in San Diego, CA. Ali twitted, “All moved into our place in San Diego- minus the furniture. So excited to decorate our home together”.

And as for their wedding, you know since they are engaged and all, the two are wanting to tie the knot by next summer and are open to doing it on national television.

“We’re definitely open to that idea,” Roberto said. “The money we can save on that, we could use to invest in our lives. You know what? It’d be kind of cool to share that moment.”

Preview ABC’s The Bachelor Pad Premiere, Cast Hook Ups Revealed!

The highly talked about Bachelor Pad is set to premiere tonight on ABC at 8 P.M./ET.

The show will feature 19 Bachelor and Bachelorette alums as they try to find love and win money at the same time. The lone winner of the show will end up walking away with $250,000.

In tonight’s premiere, the contestants will arrive separately via limousine to greet co-host Chris Harrison, the other host is Melissa Rycroft. They are unaware of who else is on the show and according to UsWeekly, and weatherman Jonathan is not happy to see his nemesis Craig M.

On more of the premise of the show – there will be a competition in each episode and the winner of each competition gets a rose and he/she gets to pick three people to go on a date with. During the date, the winner will hand out a rose to someone, and that person is then safe from elimination. One guy and one girl will be ousted each week.

While the competition aspect sounds interesting enough, the juicy part of the show comes in form of the hooks ups amongst the cast members, and there are reportedly lots and lots of it! As for what to expect tonight and this season in terms of hooking up, and not who wins the competion. Some spoilers are below -

Elizabeth Kitt (Bachelor: Jake) is in love with Jesse Kovacs (Bachelorette: Jillian), but the feeling isn’t mutual, and when Jesse K tells her they should just be friends while doing the show, she threatens to have her girlfriends in the house vote him out.

In the premiere episode, Natalie Getz (Bachelor: Jason) and Jesse Beck (Bachelorette: Ali) strike up a quick romance and are quickly seen making out all over the house, thus making them a target to be split up by the other contestants.

Nikki Kaapke (Bachelor: Jason) and Juan Barbiere (Bachelorette: Jilian) are said to have dated off the show with things not ending well between the two, which will likely lead to some show drama.

Star magazine also gives these juicy tidbits about the show’s cast -

Gia & Wes: She may have a boyfriend back home, but that didn’t stop Jake Pavelka’s castoff from locking lips — a lot — with the aspiring country singer (from Jillian Harris’ season). “She was smitten,” says an insider.

David & Jessie: When it came to the ladies, he was like a kid in a candy store! David, who was also dumped by Jillian, hooked up with both Natalie and Jessie. “He’ll do anything to get ahead in the game,” says the insider.

Tenley & Kiptyn: The temperature spiked in the hot tub when these two and things “got really steamy” one night, says the insider. “I’m pretty sure Tenley fell in love with him, but Kiptyn is such a player.”

Jake Pavelka Says He Isn’t Ready to Date, Getting Close To Kelly Bensimon?

Just over a month after his nasty and very public split with fiance Vienna Girardi, it seems Jake Pavelka is quite ready to move on to a new relationship.

“I’m not dating yet. I’m still just taking time for me,” the former Bachelor star told PEOPLE at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon in Chicago. “I’m definitely doing some ‘me time’ right now.”

And when asked about the current season of the Bachelorette featuring his ex Ali Fedotowsky, Jake had the following to say: “I feel like I know Ali [Fedotowsky] pretty well,” he said. “I think any decision she makes is going to be the right one for her. She could go either way.”

And despite has nasty split with Vienna, Jake has no regrets with doing the show. You grow up so much during that show,” he added. “You’re not the same person when you start that you are when you finish. It’s an incredible experience.”

In other news, could a romance or friendship be budding between Jake and the Real Housewives of NYC’s nuttiness known as Kelly Bensimon?

The two were photographed running side by side in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon in Chicago this weekend, and have since been tweeting to each other, leading to dating rumors.

Preview The Bachelorette Finale Tonight! ABC Promises Shocking Ending

Bachelorette Finale

This season finale of “The Bachelorette” is set to air tonight, in what ABC is touting as an ending that has never happened in the Bachelorette history.

Ali Fedotowsky is now left with her two finalists, Chris Lambton, a 33-year-old landscaper from Cape Cod, and Roberto Martinez, a 26-year-old insurance agent from Charleston, both of whom will be meeting her family in tonight’s episode. Ali will spend her final date with Roberto jet skiing, swimming and picnicking, while her date with Chris L. is described as emotional and taking a surprising turn.

And for the first time in the past few Bachelor/Bachelorette seasons, the finale results have not been leaked. Even Bachelor show insider RealitySteve.com had admitted he does not know how the show ends this season.

This has of course led to a ton of rumors and speculation about what Ali will do tonight. The most popular one is that Ali will pick no one, which has never happened in the Bachelorette history. The other speculation is that Ali will pick one of the guys, and then propose to the winner.

There are also conflicting media reports, which only leads to more confusion regarding Ali’s final choice. UsWeekly is reporting Ali is engaged to one of her finalists, and is planning her wedding while Star magazine is reporting this week that Ali was seen flirting with NFL Quarterback Matt Leinart, even giving him her phone number.

While we all continue to speculate on the ending, one rumor that has been debunked is the one about the newly single Jake Pavelka coming back next season as the show’s Bachelor. The show’s host Chris Harrison tells E! Online, “No. Never. [Laughs.] That will never happen. Not with me as a host anyway,” when asked about the possibility of Jake returning.

When it comes to tongiht’s ending, Chris says, “People will be surprised. Whether it’s good or not, Ali’s happy with it and she’s sticking by it. It’ll be interesting. I really just want to sit back and watch the fan reactions, what the comments are and how they feel it all played out.”

And as for Ali, well let’s just say she’s not giving anything away, only saying she is happy with her decision.

What is certain is that the finale airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC, immediately followed by “After the Final Rose.”

Bachelorette Ali Says Jake Isn’t Gay, Plus Talks Frank & Overnight Dates

Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky is now weighing in on those is pesky gay rumors swirling around Jake Pavelka.

Ali had the following to say during her appearance on Lopez Tonight Tuesday: “Just because he wears really nice turtleneck sweaters does not mean he’s gay!” Jake has been the subject of gay rumors since his nasty split with Vienna Girardi last month, after Vienna, 24, told Star magazine he refused to have sex with her for months.

BuzzSugar also did an all new interview with Ali during which she discusses being dumped by Frank Neuschafer, what really happens on those overnight dates, and briefly touches on her final decision.

Excerpts from Ali’s interview is below -

BuzzSugar: Was it difficult to watch this week’s episode with Frank again?
Ali Fedotowsky: I really did get emotional. I’ve been watching the shows and sort of reliving them, so to see myself that down is hard. Watching yourself cry is difficult! It just reaffirmed that I’m so much better off for him leaving. This whole time, I had always said to my producers that I knew Frank would hurt me at same point. He really made me feel insecure throughout the thing, and I said to him, ‘My relationship with you scares me.’ I’m positive that I would not have ended up with Frank in the end, because I wouldn’t have been able to commit to someone who scared me that much.

Buzz: Last night we saw the overnight dates — are they as awkward as they look?
AF: So awkward! I shouldn’t even say awkward, but you don’t know what people are expecting. Because I’m offering a guy an overnight date card, that doesn’t mean we’re going to go in the room and take all of our clothes off and get into bed! Yes, I’m giving him an overnight card, but I am not the type of girl to be with one guy, and then a minute later be with another guy. I would never do that. Ever. It’s not what people think it is. I don’t know that I’m even necessarily ready to sleep next to a guy one night and then another guy the next night.

Buzz: Well, we know Frank is out, but there are conflicting rumors saying that you’re single or that you’re engaged and already planning your wedding! Has it been difficult to keep the real outcome a secret?
AF: I’m good at keeping secrets, so it’s been OK. But it is really hard in the sense that I don’t want to keep in the secret! I just want to be like, ‘You’re wrong, you’re wrong, you’re kind of right but wrong.’ I just want everything out there, so I can talk about it and live my life whether I’m a single woman or whether I’m happily engaged.

Buzz: So, I take it you’re happy with your decision?
AF: I’m so happy with my decision. I wouldn’t change anything!
