Sex tapes… drug busts… what would MTV's resident therapist say?
Well, when that "therapist" is Dr. Drew Pinsky, not a whole lot. Dr. Drew's reaction to the deplorable choices made by Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans as of late comes across as less "Woah! Let's get these girls some help!" and more "Woe is me! Nobody listens to me!"
“If she would have called me for advice, I would have told her not to do this," Dr. Drew said about Farrah's sex tape. “But she is not my patient, she is not my kid."
Hey Jenelle Evans, if you scream it loud enough, someone may believe you! The Teen Mom 2 star is trying to convince anyone who will listen that she is clueless (at least she's not lying about that part!) about how heroin got into her house.
You may recall that the reality star was arrested on Tuesday for possession of heroin and Percocet…oh, and assault. I've come to the conclusion that the authorities in North Carolina have a box labeled "and assault" that they are trained to check whenever a Jenelle arrest occurs. I swear, this chick could be collared for jay walking and an assault would be involved…as she'd probably threaten to push other pedestrians into oncoming traffic. Geez.
As reported, Amber, 21, was in hot water over failing to provide a urine sample for her mandatory daily drug testing. In fact, Amber spoke to E! News, denying she failed to take the drug test, while other sources stated Amber did show up to be tested but waited over an hour and simply could not go.
“I would be in jail if I skipped” Amber told E!. “Honestly, I don’t give a s–t what people are saying…I’m doing what I have to do…they are not a concern of mine.”
Luckily for Amber, she faced a judge yesterday who chose to punish her by tackling on an extra 30 days of daily drug testing instead of sending her to prison. In addition to that, she is also required to re-read the drug court handbook and write a 500-word report on what is expected of her. For realz!
TMZ adds, as well as missing a drug test, Amber also failed to attend one of her AA meetings which is also a major no-no. Here’s to hoping Amber can finally get it together, though, something tells me…
Moving on to other troubled Teen Mom star,Jenelle Evans, who has also had issues with drugs as she is currently on probation for a previous drug violation.
According to the latest issue of Star magazine, Jenelle, 20, is still abusing drugs. The source? Her former boss James Duffy, who she is still engaged with in a legal war.
James told Star that he witnessed Jenelle drop an Ecstasy pill in early November, and saw her drunk and taking shots of E&J Brandy on a different night. “Around 2 or 3 a.m. that night, she snorted something in front of me,” said James, adding that Jenelle also told him she does drugs with her troubled on-and-off boyfriend Kieffer Delp. “When they got ‘down,’ they would snort Adderall ‘to pick them up,’” he said. “Jenelle did so much Adderall that her heart was pounding really hard, causing her to freak out.”
So, how is Jenelle passing her urine tests if she’s still on drugs? Well according to James, “Jenelle explained to me that the way she does drugs is that it only stays in your system for two to three days. She’ll do them on Friday knowing that she has to come in and do the test on Monday, because they schedule the days a week before.”
TELL US – THOUGHTS ON AMBER’S PUNISHMENT? DO YOU BELIEVE JENELLE IS STILL USING DRUGS?
The latest is that the 19-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was arrested again yesterday in North Carolina after violating her probation.
Jenelle’s lawyer tells TMZ she had a meeting with her parole officer yesterday and tested positive for marijuana and opiates, which led to her arrest.
She was placed on $10,000 bond though she has now been released. Jenelle was originally sentenced back in April to 12 months probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She’s due back in court on August 24.
Just weeks ago, TMZ posted photos of Jenelle smoking what appeared to be a pot-filled blunt. Her latest mug shot is below.

TELL US – THOUGHTS? IS THE MTV SHOW TO BLAME FOR JENELLE’S PROBLEMS?
MTV’s Lindsay Lohan equivalent Jenelle Evans is in legal hot water again.
The latest with the Teen Mom 2 star is that she recently tested positive for drug use hence she has violated her probation. She is on probation due to a drug-related conviction in April.
E! Online is reporting the 19-year-old tested positive for THC, a substance found in marijuana, on July 13. Jenelle then admitted to using the drug.
This news came as a surprise to her attorney Dustin Sullivan. “I just caught wind of this yesterday,” he said to E! News. “They sent me this violation info about an hour ago. I did not know about it prior to. Have not spoke[n] to Jenelle yet.”
The problems don’t end there for Jenelle as her probation reports also claim she failed to follow up with the recommended aftercare once released from inpatient treatment for substance abuse, and is apparently behind on court and probation supervision fees.
But the story gets even worse as TMZ posted some photos (the pics are below) of Jenelle this morning smoking what looks to be a pot-filled blunt. The photos were taken on July 17, four days after Jenelle tested positive for drug use. Wowzers.
Jenelle’s probation violation hearing has been set for Aug. 24.
A source close to Jenelle confirms the news to Us Weekly. “She is clean right now and has been that way for several weeks,” the insider states. “She’s doing this program to help her cope with all the stress in her life: her family situation, her legal issues, her general anxiety.”
Ok Magazine adds that she began a voluntary 45-day stay at the Malibu drug rehab treatment center on May 7.
Patrick Jay Williams, a friend of Jenelle’s from her hometown tells OK! Jenelle’s past drugs of choice include pot and ecstasy. “She tries to find relief by using pot and Ecstasy. When she takes Ecstasy she gets the feeling that everybody loves her. And in truth, on this island, a lot of people hate her and are jealous of her,” said Patrick.
This doesn’t come as a major surprise as the 19-year-old MTV star has had plenty of run-ins with the law in recent times. In mid-April, she pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia with prosecutors promising to drop the charges if she performs 24 hours of community service. She was also sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation.
Jenelle, mother to son Jace, nearly 2, was originally arrested back in October with her boyfriend, KiefferDelp, when the two broke into an abandoned home in Oak Island, North Carolina, in order to smoke marijuana. Kieffer also has a past arrest for possession of cocaine.
And in March, she was arrested again for assault after TMZ posted a video of her attacking another girl. She was released shortly after on bond.
More drama for Teen Mom 2star Jenelle Evans as a new report alleges she was doing drugs while pregnant with her son.
In the latest issue of In Touch magazine, Jenelle’s estranged baby daddy Andrew Lewis reveals Jenelle did not stop her drug use during her pregnancy with now 18-month-old son Jace.
“I saw her smoking weed when she was three months pregnant,” Andrew tells In Touch. “Another time, I found speed in her jacket pocket!”
Andrew adds that at times, Jenelle, 19, would visit his house completely messed up, stating that sometimes she was even “unable to walk straight.” Andrew reveals, “I tried to make Jenelle understand how bad it was for the baby, but she didn’t care. It completely broke my heart.”
And despite signing over custody of Jace to Jenelle’s mom Barbara Evans, “Barbara wouldn’t let Jenelle hurt him,” he says, Andrew, 25, states he “always will be Jace’s father.” Andrew adds, “It’s heartbreaking to know what Jace is going through. He doesn’t have a single stable person in his life.”
Andrew also disputes reports that claim he doesn’t play a role in his son’s life, stating he has had visits with Jace that Jenelle doesn’t know about. Apparently, a friend of Andrew’s works at Jace’s daycare and has helped him visit Jace six different times.
In other Jenelle news, HollywoodLife is also reporting that she is facing over 8 months in jail if convicted of the current criminal charges against her. Jenelle was arrested back in October and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and breaking and entering. Her first District Court Hearing date is set for April 14, during which the court will decide if Jenelle’s case will be dismissed or sent to trial.
