Now, new details have emerged about Jenelle's arrest, which she blamed on a neighbor. Classic "LMFAO" Jenelle. Her arrest report isn't nearly as amusing as Nathan Griffith's taser and vomit story from September, but it's a well-timed reminder that she has not changed one bit.
Jenelle was reportedly fighting with boyfriend and baby daddy Nathan Griffith. Her neighbors told InTouch, "Jenelle must have gotten into a fight with her boyfriend, and locked him out of the house. He was banging on the door, and someone must've called the cops. They showed up soon after and Jenelle was originally hesitant to let them in. When she finally opened up, they went inside and next thing you know she was being brought out in handcuffs."
The police department confirmed Jenelle's arrest, "She was arrested at about 6pm tonight on a charge of Breach of Peace and has been released on bond. I will not have details until Monday when I can get an incident report."
Jenelle reached out to Nathan after learning that he, too, has a child from a previous relationship – and no custody rights. "His ex-wife's parents have guardianship [of Emery, 2], kind of like the situation I'm in. He was like, 'No one understands the situation I'm in and that I deal with,' and I said that I could relate to him. We both have to deal with our parents to deal with our children."
So, despite the fact that Jenelle and Nathan do not take care of the children they already have, they thought having a baby together would be an excellent idea. Jenelle told MTV, “We just want a child of our own that we can raise together as a family. We want a stable relationship for Jace and Emery. We just want to settle down.” I weep for these kids – born to such selfish parents.
It's official – Jenelle Evans is pregnant again. The Teen Mom 2 star and her boyfriend Nathan Griffith are expecting their first child together. Reality Tea suspected as much in October – on Thanksgiving as well – and Jenelle finally confirmed the news this morning. First, she tweeted,
Later, Jenelle added, "Let the truth be told. For the full article and story on Nathan and I and about my second pregnancy, check out today's Us Weekly."
The drama that surrounds Jenelle Evans seriously never ends. Today's news: assault charges, moving on with a "good" friend, continued drug abuse claims, and new baby mama drama.
Jenelle's attorney, Dustin R.T. Sullivan, told E! News that the Teen Mom 2 star has filed charges – four counts of assault on a female with an unborn child – against soon-to-be ex-husbandCourtland Rogers. According to Dustin, Jenelle was "physically assaulted over a period of time" but seems to be "very concerned about her general health and well-being."
Facing a maximum 150 days in jail per charge, Courtland tweeted, "She has put me threw [through] hell and back and I ALWAYS been the best man I could for her. I am devastated and my whole family knows I didn't do that."
It's like a rollercoaster in the lives of Teen Mom 2'sJenelle Evans (now Rogers) and her new husband Courtland. The young couple tied the knot in December and announced Jenelle's pregnancy just last week, but it seems every day is rife with extreme highs and lows for these two.
The two spent the last week talking baby names, showing off Jenelle's growing belly, having hopes of regaining custody of Jace. After spending yesterday running errands with Jenelle's son, Jace, it seems that the family bliss came to a screeching halt some time in the night. Right after posting about having seven months to prove himself as a good dad, Courtland went out and got wasted, while Jenelle slept at home, unaware what was up.
The reality star hit up Twitter when she realized what was going on, sharing "ARE YOU F****** KIDDING ME? @courtyb11 wow". We're assuming this is the point when Jenelle woke up and realized Courtland had ran off to party. This morning she Tweeted, "Heartbroken in half completely. And just to think I fooled myself into thinking I was happy, happiness doesn't exist it seems like. Just when I'm around my one and only."
Talking to MTV, Jenelle said she was surprised to find out she was pregnant after missing just "a few" birth control pills, adding, "I know a lot of people will say we’re not ready, or judge me from my past. I want to prove to everyone that I can do this. This wasn’t planned, but it happened so we’re taking it as we go."
"Courtland and I are happy and excited now," Jenelle continued. "We have our own place, we’re married, and we’re both working. We know having a child can be difficult, but we’re going to do our best.” After the news broke, Courtland tweeted, "Feels great to be sober and actually get to experience all of this!!! Especially with my WIFE!! @PBandJenelley_1 I love u so much!"
