What’s that sound you’re hearing? Oh it’s just the sound of Jersey Shore fans banging their heads against a wall as they discover on-again-off-again poster couple Ronnie Magro and Sammi Giancolaare once again back together!
The two dingbats MTV reality stars were photographed twice holding hands in the past couple of days. First over the weekend as they walked the streets of Florence, Italy, where the fourth season of the Jersey Shore is currently being filmed.
They were then pictured above once again last night as they headed to a romantic dinner. And just how long did it take for these two crazy kids to get back together? Just a mere 1 week and a half as filming in Italy began less than 2 weeks ago.
And guess what folks? They are already fighting again! Hours after the picture above was taken, the two headed to a nightclub with their castmates and according to the paps who snapped them, they left separately after getting into an argument inside the club. Seems like the upcoming season of the Shore will be bringing us some of the same ol. Sigh.
Below is another picture of Ronnie and Sammi from last night.

The Jersey Shorecast continues their attempt to destroy the world at world domination.
After MTV confirmed spin-off shows for Snooki, JWoww and DJ Pauly Dlast month, the next in line was of course The Snitchuation! TMZ is reportingMike Sorrentino has signed a “series development deal” with MTV for an unnamed project aka a spin-off show!
“I’m excited to continue my relationship with MTV … Hopefully, there will be plenty more situations in the future,” said The Situation via a statement.
And ready or not Italy, here they come! The Jersey Shore gang posted their farewell messages on their twitter pages yesterday as they finally departed for Italy to begin filming their 4th season.
“nd im off..ciao twitterworld im going to miss you all! thanks for all ur love and support! keep posted for ne updates! Italia here i come!xo,” tweeted Sammi.
“Off to italy! Be back on twitter soon! Love u all n thank u for all the support xoxo,” tweeted JWoww.
“Keep The #DJPaulyDSwagg Movement Alive !!! I’m Out Ooooh Yeahhhhhh !!!!! Love You All !!!!! Ciao’ Tweeps !!!” tweeted DJPauly D.
A new TMZ report today reveals that filming is slated to begin on Monday, May 9. In fact, the cast will reportedly be residing in a building used for housing students at an Italian University.
TMZ adds that the Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici fired off a letter to students advising them not to join forces with the Jersey Shore cast. “We advise you to NOT sign any paper, let anyone in, and keep us informed,” the letter stated. Perhaps not renting the student housing building to MTV might have been a better solution. Just saying.
According to the rumor mills, the 4th season of the Jersey Shore might begin airing in August.

Holy moly! It seems Jersey Shore star Snooki has spent the last couple of weeks hitting the gym!
The pint-sized MTV reality star showed off her new slimmer figure this week via a set of photos on her twitter page. In her recent photos, the 23-year-old appears to be at her slimmest yet since joining the mega-hit show almost two years ago.
And if Snooki’s recent tweets are any indication, she did it the old fashioned way – through diet and exercise. “As everyones planning their night at the club, I’m wondering when Golds closes lol. #motivated,” tweeted the Snooks on April 16 referencing the popular Gold’s Gym.
“Water is my new best friend. #dieting,” she also tweeted on April 15. Snooki, who has been open about her battle with bulimia and anorexia in the past, told UsWeekly back in January, “I just want to get back into shape like I used to be.” She is definitely well on her way! More recent photos of Snooki from this week below.
Snooki and the rest of the gang will jet off to Italy to shoot season 4 sometime in May. And speaking of Italy, it seems the mayor of Italian city Florence (the city the Jersey Shore gang will be getting their GTL on) has issued the cast a list of rules to abide by during filming.
The New York Post reportsMatteo Renzi, made the list of rules public via Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera. The rules are below -
– The cast will not be filmed in bars and clubs that serve alcohol.
– The cast will not be filmed drinking in public.
– The show will not be filmed to promote Florence as a drinking town.
– The show should be filmed in a manner to promote Italy (not Americans visiting Italy) and feature it’s culture and good food.
So let’s see, no drinking in public and no bars that serve alcohol. So are you as worried about season 4 as we are? As we reported weeks ago, the Italians got a glimpse of the Jersey Shore series for the first time last month when the show began airing there and they were not impressed with the cast’s shenanigans. “They embody the worst stereotypes of Italians, multiplied by thousands and Americanized,” columnist Roberto Del Bove lamented.
And finally, Life & Style magazine is reporting that The Situation, who reportedly earned $5 million last year, is not the only JS cast member raking in the dough!
DJ Pauly D reportedly earns half a million dollars a month according to the mag! “He makes at least $500,000 a month,” an insider tellsLife & Style. And how does he earn that much? Apparently with his DJ gigs, endorsement deals, and his own spin-off TV series. He is also reportedly in talks with 50 Cent to sign with the rapper’s record label, G-Unit.
Pauly D’s most lucrative job of all is apparently being one of the nation’s most in-demand DJs right now. “That alone commands up to $40,000 per set, and he does three to six gigs per week,” the insider says. Mamma mia! It really pays to be a fist-pumper.

After the widely reported contract hold outs, all of the Jersey Shore cast members have signed on to return for season 4!
TMZ reports Snooki, The Situation, JWoww and the rest of the gang will be heading to Italy in May to start filming. While TMZ doesn’t state the exact amount the cast will be earning, it does add that everyone is “very pleased with the outcome.”
Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the cast got a HUGE raise! Just how huge? Let’s try over $100,000 per episode! Yes, you read that right. Sources close to the negotiations tell EW members of the “core group” are now pulling down at least $100,000 per episode.
With each season producing an average of 14 episodes, this means a number of the Jersey Shore cast will earn over $1 million each for season 4 to simply drink, party & fight. Wowzers! The cast reportedly earned $30,000 per episode for season 3.
And finally, MTV announced last week it has picked up two Jersey Shore spin-off shows. The first show will focus on DJ Pauly D and his life on the road as “one of the country’s most in-demand DJs.” While the second show will follow BFFs Snooki and JWoww, chronicling their experiences as roommates after their lives on “Jersey Shore.”
MTV has ordered 12 episodes of each spin-off, and plans to debut both shows sometime in 2012.
TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THE JERSEY SHORE CAST EARNING OVER $1 MILLION FOR SEASON 4? PLUS THOUGHTS ON SPIN-OFFS – WILL YOU WATCH?
Those wild and crazy kids of the Jersey Shoreare already stirring up some controversy in Italy though they have yet to arrive for the filming of their 4th season.
See while MTV confirmed earlier this year that season four of the super mega hit show will be filmed in Italy, the show had yet to actually air in the country. That all changed this week when the show made its debut on Italian television, and let’s just say the Italians are no fans. In fact, the cast is now on the receiving end of some major backlash.
“They embody the worst stereotypes of Italians, multiplied by thousands and Americanized,” wrote columnist Roberto Del Bove in Rome newspaper New Notzie.
It only gets worse as a preview of the show posted on an MTV Italia website drew some nastier comments.”When I see this, I wonder whether [Osama] Bin Laden had a point,” lamented one poster, going a bit overboard perhaps.
“Slicked hair, exaggerated narcissism, boundless love for the family and outlandish eccentricity” is what was written about the show in another popular Rome newspaper, Corriere della Sera.
The Italians might be happy to know that only part of the fourth season will be filmed in Italy. This isn’t the first time the Jersey Shore clan has been criticized for their shenanigans as the show also drew major ire from Italian-American groups during their first season, leading to some boycotts by advertisers.
Love them or hate them, the show is definitely here to stay as the season 3 finale last week drew record ratings for MTV, with over 7.6 million viewers tuning in.
Speaking of season 4, RadarOnline is now reporting that there is a contract dispute brewing with some of the cast members. Apparently, cast members “Snooki, The Situation, JWoww and Pauly D have not finalized their contracts because they can’t agree on the amount.”
“As of last week Deena hadn’t signed her contract either but Ronnie, Sammi, and Vinny were done,” reveals a source, um does Deena not realize she’s very expendable?. “Time is short, everyone is getting concerned because they’re supposed to leave for Italy soon, I just hope they can settle it,” the source adds.
The cast also went through contract disputes last year as they went on a short strike before season three; eventually negotiating a 200% raise from $10,000 to $30,000 per episode.
And finally, the reunion show airs tonight on MTV at 10/9c. We will revisit the top moments of the show with the cast and also find out why Sammi and Ronnie broke up again for the 2000th time back in January.
TELL US – THE ITALIANS, THEY HAVE A POINT NO? PLUS THOUGHTS ON THE REUNION SHOW?
Hours after TMZ broke the news yesterday, MTV officially confirmed that not only will there be a 4th season of Jersey Shore, but it will be filming in Italy!
The MTV press release teases the ladies are excited “to trade gorillas for Italian stallions,” and that “this wacky and dysfunctional family is about to turn “the beautiful country” upside down.” More from the press release below -
“While the stateside ‘Jersey Shore’ locales have become iconic for our audience, it’s really the constantly evolving dynamic among the cast that keeps them coming back each season, and Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us,” said Chris Linn, executive vice president of programming and head of production for MTV. “The cast is headed to the birthplace of the culture they love and live by. We can’t wait to see what erupts as a result.”
According to TMZ, MTV began working on getting visas for the entire cast and crew two months ago, and a source reveals the network has already lined up some of Vinny’s Italian relatives to host the Jersey gang for an authentic Guadagnino dinner.
Let’s hope the cast knows how to say ‘Gym, Tan, Laundry’ in Italiano! Filming is slated to begin in the spring.
TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON JERSEY SHORE FILMING IN ITALY? MORE REASON FOR THE WORLD TO HATE US?
Following the ratings smash of the current and third season of Jersey Shore, a new report now states MTV is working on a 4th season with the same cast.
This news is a bit of a surprise as the network had intended for the 3rd season to the the final one with the original cast, while finding a new cast to keep the franchise going.
According to the HollywoodLife, MTV has been in contact with the current cast members, telling them to keep May 2011 open for filming of the show’s fourth season!
A source close to the negotiations also tells the site that the current contracts of the cast gives MTV the right to bring them back for a fourth season. As of the moment, MTV has yet to choose a destination for filming.
This move by MTV makes a lot of sense as the ratings for this season have been nothing short of phenomenal. The premiere was seen by an astonishing 8.4 million viewers, making it MTV’s most-watched series telecast of all time. Things have yet to slow down as the second episode was seen by 8.6 million viewers.
In other Shore news, TMZ is reporting that Snookiand JWowwmight be next in line to get their own spin-off show. The only other cast member with a confirmed spin-off show as this point? DJ Pauly D.
TMZ reports MTV has ordered the two BFFs to film a pilot this weekend, meaning MTV has yet to officially pick up the show, and will only greenlight it if they like the pilot.
