According to TMZ, Teresa, who has to adhere to a 10:00 pm curfew as part of her probation, nearly missed her check-in time had it not been for an Uber driver, who was willing to break speed limits to get her home and the merciful cop, who stopped but didn’t ticket them.
Now that recent ‘get out of jail, free’ card holder Teresa Giudice is back in the bosom of her family after spending nearly a year in lock-down on fraud charges, inquiring minds want to know, has she been gallivanting around town? Well the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who is under house arrest, spent intimate time with her four daughters, hubby Joe and extended family members over the holiday and now, she is reportedly trying to get her outside life back on track.
Whenever Teresa wants to leave her home, she must first have the Bureau of Prisons sign off on the request according to a source who spoke to People Magazine. “She asks permission to go places. The probation officer then gives her the parameters of that. He will ask her which stores she is going to and then says, ‘You can go from this time to this time.’ She can go to work, go to the doctor or go see her lawyer – all with the officer’s permission.” Reportedly, if Teresa needs to travel to New York City for RHONJ, she can, as long as the trip is work-related. However, if she wants to travel elsewhere, she’ll have to put the brakes on those plans, until after her house arrest ends on February 5 of next year.
