Jon Gosselin was photographed introducing his 23-year-old girlfriend to his kids just two weeks ago, and according to a new report, Ellen Ross was not that eager to meet them.
The latest issue of Us Weekly reports Ellen, who has been dating the Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad since mid-April is simply using Jon to “be famous” and that “she hates kids.” Another source reveals it was Ellen who “pushed Jon to finally meet his kids because she knew it would get her attention.” A source close to Jon however denies Ellen is using him for fame.
And as for how Jon’s ex-wife Kate Gosselin is dealing with all this? An insider tells US Kate, 35, “was heartbroken to see a stranger hugging her kids.”
Kate’s heartbreak will however likely be short lived as her new show, Kate Plus 8, premieres on TLC this Sunday, June 6.
While Kate Gosselin continues to remain a single mother of eight, Jon Gosselin is currently on his third girlfriend in less than a year.
According to RadarOnline, the Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad introduced his 23-year-old new girlfriend of 2 months, Ellen Ross, to his eight children this weekend. And as for Kate? Well she has spent the past week in Los Angeles, California, doing press and rehearsing for her final dance on Dancing With The Stars.
Jon and Ellen were spotted picking up his sextuplets from the school bus in Reading, Pennsylvania on Friday, and the kids didn’t appear too phased to be meeting daddy’s “new friend,” as they appeared to be all smiles and laughs, and happy to be seeing their dad.
It didn’t end there however as Jon and Ellen also took the kids swimming on Saturday during which Ellen was seen carrying one of the sleepy sextuplets as they left the pool at the end of the day.

It’s tough raising one kid, and adding an additional seven to that one only makes it tougher. In her latest TLC blog, Kate Gosselin writes about the hardships of raising her plus 8.
Kate discusses the kids fighting over the bathroom, who’s staring at whom and the kids smacking each other, and then goes on to write, “Help! Where is my referee uniform???? Honestly, this is every minute of every day in my house with eight kids!!”
She continues, “OK, I’ll admit it. There are the sweet moments of love and compassion to balance these never-ending stressful encounters, but for some reason, these unloving loud outbursts are what I tend to remember.”
Kate, 35, who divorced ex-husband JonGosselin, 33, last year after 10 years of marriage, then explains how she tries to stop the bickering amongst the kids. “I’m to the point where I hold up my hand and say, ‘I’m not the complaint department, and I don’t like how black and white stripes look on me, so go work it out. If you can’t, I’ll help you.’ And I leave it to them,” writes Kate.
Kate then wraps up her blog by posting, “And I have a feeling there are many more jungle outbursts to be handled,” she says. “Help me!!!!!!!!”
However, according to UsWeekly, Kate’s kids are mostly raised by their nannies. Kate is set to return back to Dancing With The Stars on May 24 and 25 when she will be dancing once again on the finale show. Her new show, Kate Plus 8, is also set to debut sometime in June.
That didn’t seem to work out too well for her, but you know what they say – If at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off and try again. Well our good ol Jill is now trying her luck again, and this time it’s with the mother of Pop star Britney Spears.
According to PEOPLE, Lynne Spears had a girls night out this week in Manhattan and invited was none other than Jill Zarin, who then took the time to leak this story to PEOPLE and even found time to make herself available for an exclusive interview about her new found friendship with Lynne. Ah that crafty Jill!
“I met Lynne a few years ago backstage with [my daughter] Ali at Britney’s concert at the Meadowlands [Sports Complex in New Jersey], we just connected and we kept in touch,” said Jill to PEOPLE. “When Lynne comes to town we try to meet and catch up. She called me a couple of months ago and said she was coming to New York.”
Jill also made sure to talk about Lynne’s kids and their well being. “We talked about Mother’s Day, what we got, about New Orleans, about traveling,” says Jill of their dinner. “Her kids are doing fantastic. Her grandkids are her life. She looks amazing. She’s in amazing shape; she works out. She was really happy.”
Gotta love this woman, she is relentless. And in case you’re wondering, Lynne did not speak a word to the press about her dinner or friendship with Jill.
Moving right along to Jill’s underdog. According to E! Online, we unfortunately haven’t heard the last of Countess LuAnn de Lesseps‘ singing. The Countess signed a deal this week with indie dance music label Ultra Records, and is apparently working on releasing a full album.
When asked about singing way off key in this week’s episode of the NYC Housewives, the Countess had the following to say: “In life, we don’t always hit the ‘high note’ but I wanted to go out and do my best because I have always loved to sing.” Good to see LuAnn doing something she loves albeit at the expense of our eardrums.

The big event was the birthday for their sextuplets, as the six kids turned 6 years old yesterday. According to UsWeekly, later that day, Jon took Alexis, Aaden, Collin, Leah, Hannah, and Joel and his twins, Mady and Cara, out for a few hours to celebrate. He was later spotted shooting Silly String at photographers.
Kate, 35, is reported to have thrown her sextuplets a pool party at their $1.1 million Pennsylvania home on Sunday.
In other news, TLC also announced recently that Kate’s new show, Kate Plus 8, will premiere June 6 on TLC. As we previously reported, Kate Plus 8 will be similar to the old show, Jon and Kate Plus 8, but without Jon of course.
Jon also reportedly wants back on the show as a means to earn more money. According to numerous reports, Jon, who is currently jobless, is going broke and cannot afford to pay his $22,000-a-month child support. TLC is however not too keen on having Jon back on their network.

According to Star magazine, the 32-year-old father of eight is now dating 23-year-old Ellen Ross, a brunette who works for the Pennsylvania government. The new couple, pictured above, made their first public outing on April 29, when they up showed up at the Greene Turtle bar in Frederick, Md.
“They’ve only been dating a few weeks now. They met through a mutual friend who works for the government,” reveals a close friend of Jon. “They were at the Green Turtle bar to support a fundraiser for a local soccer team that Jon’s brother coaches.”
And how did they meet? “They were set up on a date by their friend. They met at a local coffee shop near Reading, Pa., for their first date. Jon was instantly attracted to her and says she’s sexy, funny, and smart. Ellen’s very down-to-earth and just fun to be around. She’s not a fame seeker and Jon really digs that about her.”
According to the source, Jon is taking this new relationship slowly and really wants it to work.
There’s also more information about Jon’s Dancing With The Starsoffer in the latest issue of USWeekly. As we reported last week, Jon declined an offer to appear on the next season of the hit show. According to US, Jon was offered a whopping $500,000 to appear on the show, but turned it down because he doesn’t “want to wear tights and feathers.”
As this season of theReal Housewives of New York City moves along, it becomes more and more obvious that Jill Zarin is the “source” who leaked this story and this story to the press. The first story is the infamous Bethenny is friendless story and the second one is the story that came out earlier this year about Alex and Simon possibly being cut from the show.
Moving right along to this week’s recap -
Bethenny – I blogged about her pregnancy leak last year and thought it was very wrong for Perez Hilton to leak the story, especially considering her age amongst other factors. I mean the woman was only 8 weeks pregnant for goodness sakes. Her reaction and Jason’s reaction seemed genuine and understandable. And a lot of people are now asking how could this have leaked to Perez? Well for one, there are usually 6 – 10 production people involved in the filming of each scene for the show, and considering Bethenny filmed her pregnancy test just weeks earlier, the possibilities of the leak are endless. Plus in Perez’s story, he claimed Bethenny was in talks with UsWeekly magazine to announce her pregnancy with them at the three month mark. My guess is someone from UsWeekly leaked that info to Perez. But I loved Jason in this episode, he seems like a stand up man, and perfect for Bethenny.
Next we see LuAnn, Sonja and Jill engage in a conversation about Bethenny and party planning, during which Jill informs us she has a google alert on herself. For some reason, I am not surprised. By the way google alerts is something that alerts you whenever a story is written about someone, a show etc. Jill, the gossip queen that she is, seems more concerned about the gossip factor than the actual news about Bethenny’s pregnancy. And you have to love her dig about LuAnn’s evite invitations not being up to par. LuAnn also informs us that Bethenny blocked her from twitter, which is a bit petty in my opinion for Bethenny to do that, if she did. Was a bit surprised about this as it doesn’t seem like Bethenny’s M.O.
We then get a brief view of new housewife Jennifer Gilbert during a meeting with Jill, and umm yeah, with Jill doing most of the talking, we will have to wait until the next episode to learn anything about Jennifer. Sonja is starting to grow on me, she seemed a bit more interesting in this episode, as she showed us there’s more to her than just talking about sex. Taking Ramona along with her to the plastic surgeon’s office was probably not necessary and just done for good tv. Her scene with her physic during ,which she got emotional when talking about her former marriage, was a however good scene. Great to see another dimension to her.
And then we have the phone call between Alex and Bethenny, during which Bethenny confirms her pregnancy news. And Bethenny informs Alex that Jill sent her an email on how to handle the rumor. Just like Jill, to want to involve herself in the “scandal” as a means to get press/publicity for herself. Anyone remember last summer when Jill started hanging out with Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan, and even began speaking to the press on behalf of Jon? Enough said. Bethenny was fortunately able to see through Jill’s very transparent colors.
Bethenny then makes the error of casually informing Alex that she could tell Jill she’s done with the friendship if she sees Jill talking about the pregnancy news. Alex, who ofcourse has a score to settle with Jill couldn’t be happier to deliver the message. We then get to Ramona’s event with Jill, Kelly, and LuAnn in attendance. Jill informs us she plans on taking the high road, and will not ruin Ramona’s event like Ramona did her Kodak event. Seconds after saying this, we see Jill saying there’s no need for any more skin care lines in the world and then proceeds to trash the food at the event. Oh yeah, did I mention Ramona’s event was to promote her new skin care line? Nice to see Jill being the “bigger person” on this one.
The Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin saga is never ending. Just weeks after attempting to get primary custody of his eight children, Jon has now decided to drop his custody and child support case against Kate.
According to TMZ, Jon and Kate are now getting along, with sources connected to the situation revealing that Jon never really believed Kate was an “absentee mom.” Jon and Kate are reportedly now trying to hash out a custody and child support agreement that is more up to date than the one currently in place. Basically Kate is now earning more money than Jon, who is required to fork over $22,000 a month in child support.
More surprising news than Jon & Kate getting along, is news that Jon has been offered a spot on the next season of Dancing With The Stars. Yes you read that right. This was reported on E! News Tuesday evening. However Jon has declined the offer citing that he doesn’t want to appear on TV wearing the crazy dancing outfits. But with news that the father of eight is going broke, there’s a good chance Jon might change his mind as Kate reportedly earned over $200,000 from doing the show.
Meanwhile, a Pennsylvania Judge has ordered the divorced couple to attend a 3-hour parenting class according to TMZ. The judge in their bitter custody case has ordered them to complete the parenting class titled “Children in the Middle,” which is said to be a requirement for all parents involved in a custody war in Berks County, PA.
And Kate revealed this week that she did not watch the latest episode of DWTS. The reason? Well apparently it is simply too difficult for the Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom who says, “I could not watch it. I’m too sad.” Kate continued, “I miss everybody. I have post-DWTS depression.”
Kate was also photographed showing off her toned and tan abs Wednesday, as she left the gym in Wyomissing, PA. A photo of that is below.
