Jon Gosselin Fires His Attorney, Broke & Selling BMW For Cash

Just two weeks after announcing his decision to take his ex-wife Kate Gosselin back to court in an attempt to gain primary custody of his eight children, comes news that Jon Gosselin has now fired his attorney Anthony List.

It all started two weeks ago when Jon and his attorney claimed Kate was an “absentee parent” due to her decision to appear on Dancing With The Stars. Jon then filed papers to try to gain custody of his kids, and also requesting a reduction on his reported $22,000 a month child support payments.

Jon has now had a change of heart and claims he wants to work this out with Kate. He twittered the following, “Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably.” He continued, “Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq., is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010. He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.”

UsWeekly is also reporting that Jon, 33, is strapped for cash and looking to sell his BMW, which he purchased last year for $30,000. “Jon is selling his BMW to raise cash until he gets a job,” says a source. “He’s hoping to get $25,000 for it.”

The source also added that Jon wants badly to be back on TV. “He has been lobbying TLC to get a show of his own,” the insider says. (Kate’s new show – Twist of Kate debuts this summer.) “It’s killing him that Kate is having all of this success.”

In other Kate news, UsWeekly reports that Kate’s recent elimination from DWTS isn’t resulting in her spending more time with her kids. According to US, Kate returned home on Thursday with her eight children, only staying home for 20 minutes, before taking off in a limo with her bodyguard.

Where was she headed? Apparently, she was headed to NYC to appear on Live with Regis and Kelly Friday.

Jon Gosselin Wants To Do Another Show With Kate, TLC Says No Thanks

The vile interesting character we have all come to know as Jon Gosselin is back at it again. The latest is now that Jon wants back on TLC with ex-wife Kate Gosselin.

TLC officially announced last week that Kate Plus 8, former known as Jon & Kate Plus 8, will go on without Jon. However, Jon’s lawyer revealed to TMZ this week that the 32 year-old broke reality star is “definitely open” to co-starring with ex-wife Kate on a new TV project.

Jon’s lawyer Anthony F. List, tells TMZ that “under the right circumstances” Jon would do a show with Kate, but “the contract would have to be tighter.” He failed to elaborate on what he meant on the having a “tighter” contract.

As expected, TLC is not interested in having Jon back on the network. A source tells RadarOnline that Jon is not welcome at TLC or the Discovery network. “The show will go on – without Jon,” the source added. “Nobody wants him back on the air.”

In other Kate news, her own brother Kevin Kreider, whom she is estranged from, testified at a Philadelphia hearing on child labor laws and reality shows today, and he did not have nice things to say about Kate or the TLC show.

Kevin said he believes the 8 Gosselin children suffered psychological damage while filming Jon & Kate Plus 8. According to Kevin,the kids had no privacy during the taping — even their potty training was captured on video. Kevin also claims the kids were manipulated by producers who wanted drama.

TLC however denies Kevin’s claims, telling TMZ, the allegations are “either completely inaccurate or a distorted representation for maximum attention.”

Kate Gosselin Defends Her Parenting, Plus DWTS Recap: Evan Leads Again

The fourth week of Dancing With The Stars aired last night and the good news for Kate Gosselin was that she actually gave a good performance. The bad news? Even when she’s good, she’s bad. The Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom still managed to come in last place despite getting good reviews from the judges.

Kate appeared on the Today Show this morning and spoke out on Jon Gosselin’s attempt to get custody of their eight children. “I’ve got to work harder now than ever because I am a single mom,” said Kate, 35, in response to being called an absentee mom by Jon. “In my heart I’m always in my kitchen, baking and cooking for my kids, and I’ll always be there. It’s a struggle to be here [in New York], to be anywhere. The emotion that you see is because I would rather be at home with them.”

However that is not always possible according to Kate, “I have to work. I have to provide for them. And it’s a struggle that every working mom, especially single moms, go through, and I’m really feeling it now, and it’s really hard.”

Now back to DWTS, Olympic skater Evan Lysacek took the lead once again by earning a high score of 52 points for his hot tango with partner Anna. Coming in second this week for the 2nd week in a row was Pussycat doll Nicole Scherzinger who did a sensual rumba with Derek, earning 50 points.

Moving into third place this week was Pamela Anderson, earning a good 47 points for her steamy rumba with partner Damian. Sliding down to fifth place this week was surprisingly Erin Andrews and partner Maksim. The duo received a score of 39 for their tango with the judges feeling that Erin was payed too much attention to her technique, and not enough to the performance.

At the bottom two this week were Aiden Turner and Kate Gosselin. Soap star Aiden earned 33 points for what the judges called a stiff rumba, while Kate, despite getting praises from the judges for her best dance this season, earned 32 points out of 60. Bruno called her dance a “mini breakthrough” and “a step in the right direction.”

Dancing With The Stars Week 4 News & Updates!

It is week 4 of Dancing With The Stars, and the competition continues to get steep, as tonight will bring a different scoring format. Each of the dancing couples will receive two scores, one for their performance, and the other for technique.

Kate Gosselin’s Tough Week – As if getting low scores wasn’t bad enough, the mom of eight has also had to endure another tough week in the press. First came news that ex-husband Jon Gosselin was taking her back to court in an attempt to get custody of their eight children, and then came the UsWeekly cover accusing her of acting like a major celebrity and basically being a ‘super bitch from hell.’ Professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy made a good point in his blog this week, saying: “I’ve spoken to Kate, and I don’t think she gets the point of this thing yet. The pain on her face says it all, which is unfortunate. The show is about finding a way to come out, enjoy yourself and have fun.” It will be interesting to see how Kate performs tonight.

Erin Andrews Denies Romance – Despite their PEOPLE magazine cover story proclaiming Erin and partner Maksim in a “hot romance.” The ESPN reporter slammed the story, saying any romance report is news to her and Maks. “According to People, our “romance” is official, but People must know people because we don’t know the people that they know. The thing is, what Maks and I do joking around gets taken seriously. After looking at the article, Maks said to me, “You would’ve thought we were on some beach riding a horse. It was like a romance novel.” Allrighty then, romance or not, those two seem to have some great chemistry between them.

Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Romance? – Romance rumors also continue to heat up for dancing duo, Chad and partner Cheryl Burke. And it didn’t help that Chad gave Cheryl a $10,000 ring last week, but according to Chad the ring was just a thank you gift to Cheryl for putting up with him. More than likely it’s just flirting between the two, and why you might ask? Well for one, Chad has signed a deal with VH1 to stare in his own dating reality show, titled The Tournament, set to air later this year.

The couples will be dancing the rumba or tango dance tonight. Nine couples remain, and one couple will face elimination tomorrow night.

Kate Gosselin Returning To TLC With 2 Reality Shows!

Get ready to see a whole lot more of Kate Gosselin! TLC has announced today that the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom will not only be starring in one, but rather two reality shows this year.

Kate, who is currently tanking on Dancing With The Stars, will headline her own show, Twist of Kate, on TLC.

According to the network, Twist of Kate, set to debut this summer, will be a 12-episode series that will feature Kate responding to fan letters from those who are inspired by her story as a way to profile the personal challenges her fans face. Kate will then travel the country to meet her fans’ families and to try their jobs.

“I look at it as a loose concept,” Kate, 35, told USA Today about her new show. “I want to be out there learning from others, helping to provide insight whenever I can, though I don’t consider myself an expert on anything.”

On to reality show number two, thanks to the settlement TLC was able to reach with Jon Gosselin earlier this year, Kate Plus 8 will also be making it’s debut this year. If you recall, Jon & Kate Plus 8 was canceled last year after Jon declared he had an epiphany and no longer wanted his kids to be filmed anymore.

The Kate Plus 8 series will be in the form of specials focusing on her new life as a single mom to her eight children.

Jon has also made headlines as he filed a motion this week in an attempt to gain primary custody of his eight children. His lawyer revealed earlier this week that he is having to pay Kate $22,000 a month in child support. He is accusing Kate of being an absentee mother due to her DWTS gig. There are also rumblings that Jon is going broke, which might explain a motive for taking Kate to court.

Buzz Aldrin Eliminated From DWTS, Kate Gosselin Survives Another Week

Last night’s Dancing With The Stars elimination was less about who went home, and more about who didn’t go home.

80 year-old Buzz Aldrin’s elimination didn’t exactly come as a big surprise, as he had the lowest scores this season. What was surprising was that for the second week in a row, Kate Gosselin avoided elimination. The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom wasn’t even in the bottom two.

“I did this show for the fighter pilots, the military, the older geezers like me,” said Buzz, who received a standing ovation from the audience. “I thank everyone who voted for me.”

Rounding up the bottom two with Buzz was surprisingly Jake Pavelka, former star of The Bachelor. A lot of people are questioning why people continue to vote for Kate? Well some reports believe people are voting for her because they feel sorry for her, or because they find her somewhat relatable.

Kate however continues to take a beating in the press. We reported yesterday that her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, plans on taking her to court in an attempt to get custody of their eight children and stop paying her $22,000 a month in child support. And now the latest today is Kate gracing the cover of UsWeekly magazine under the headline – “Inside Kate’s Train Wreck.“ The magazine cover accuses her of torturing her partner Tony, and blowing off practice to shop.

In other DWTS news, the show is having it’s best season ever, as the ratings continue to soar. For the first time ever, an episode of DWTS beat American Idol in the ratings. Last week’s episode of DWTS averaged 23 million viewers compared to the 21.9 million viewers Idol received. Some are calling it the Kate Gosselin effect, it seems those who love her, or simply love to hate her, are tuning in to watch her.

Jon Gosselin To Sue Ex-Wife Kate Gosselin For Custody Of 8 Kids

Just when you thought all was well with Jon Gosselin and ex-wife Kate Gosselin, comes news that Jon is planning to sue Kate for primary custody of their eight children.

Jon’s new lawyer, Anthony F. List, tells TMZ that Jon is going to court to ask for primary physical custody and spousal support from Kate.

The reason? Well apparently Jon believes Dancing With The Stars is keeping Kate from being a good mother, with his lawyer calling Kate an “absentee mom.” And Jon plans to use the fact that Kate is doing DWTS as evidence that Kate is not spending “quality time with the 8 kids.”

Another issue on the table is the amount of child support Jon is having to pay Kate. Jon’s lawyer reveals Jon is currently paying Kate an enormous $22,000 a month in child support. The attorney feels the amount is “ridiculous,” and may ask a judge to reverse the arrangement and demand that Kate pay Jon.

Kate has however said in previous interviews that she’s only away from her kids from Sundays to Tuesdays, as most of her practicing is done at her house in Pennsylvania.

UPDATE: Kate has issued the following statement – “I am not willing to comment in public on the custody discussions regarding my children. What I will say is this: I am and always will be a mother first, but as a single working mom I will do everything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others.”

Jon Gosselin Dumped By Girlfriend, Hailey Glassman Gets Reality Show

Lock your daughters up! The biggest douchebag on the planet, Jon Gosselin is once again single reports UsWeekly.

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad has been dumped by his 25 year-old girlfriend Morgan Christie, after just a few months of dating. “It’s true,” an insider confirms, stating that Jon is “a mess and feels like a loser.”

Jon and Morgan, a law school student, first met back in November while snowboarding in Utah. The two went public with their relationship in January during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, where they shocked partygoers by showing “tons of PDA, holding hands, kissing,” according to a witness.

So what’s next for Jon? Well that remains a mystery for now. A source however reveals “Kate Gosselin won’t let Jon have extra custody, she thinks they’re better off with a nanny.”

In other Jon news, his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman has gotten her own reality show, reveals RadarOnline.

In an interview with Radar, Hailey shares her plans to move to Los Angeles. “I’m moving out in August and probably moving to the Santa Monica area,” states Hailey. “I was offered to do a show called Starting Over, which will be about me leaving New York and all the negative behind me.”
