Lauri Peterson has done some shady shit over the years in her attempts to get screen time on Real Housewives of Orange County, but nothing will ever be more captivating than the real drama in her family life. Anyone who has been watching RHOC from the beginning knows that Lauri has been through so much, especially with her kids.
In fact, Lauri left the reality show so she could focus on son Josh Waring’s troubles in private. Now, things have taken another dark turn with Josh. The twenty seven year old has been charged with suspicion of attempted murder.
TMZ is reporting Josh was arrested yet again on Friday night on a warrant for a probation violation. Josh’s past arrests include an arrest in June 2008 (possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell), July 2009 (possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia), and April 2010 (battery on a spouse or significant other and false imprisonment, both misdemeanors).
Josh sits in jail without bail and is set to face a judge on Tuesday.
In other OC news, the all new 6th season has started filming a few days ago, and it is rumored Josh’s mother Lauri Waring might be returning. Bravo has however yet to officially announce the cast. There were also rumors a while back that Alexis Bellino would not return.
UPDATE: It seems Alexis will be appearing on the new season. She just posted this on her personal facebook page – “Filming starts today for season 6! San Diego here we come! I packed 12 suitcases for a family of 5 for 4 days…Do I have issues? lol.”
In other spoilt rich kid news, UsWeekly is reporting Alexis Neiers, star of the E!’s network Pretty Wild, has now been released from jail.
TMZ posted the above photo of Alexis was taken Friday night as she walked out a free woman, having serveda mere 30 days of her 180-day sentence, for her role in the Hollywood burglar bunch robberies.
The 19-year-old reality star however wants us to know she did a lot of “soul searching” during her brief stint in jail. She said in a statement Friday: “I’ve had time to reflect on my life and the choices that led me to this experience, left alone in my cell 23 hours a day and having everything stripped away but the bare essentials. I did a lot of soul searching. I feel very humbled and see my life in a way that I have come to be very grateful for.”
Alexis now faces three years of felony probation and must pay a yet to be determined amount of money in restitution.
According to TMZ, Josh was taken Central Men’s Jail in Santa Ana where he is being held without bail until a hearing on Monday.
This isn’t the first or second time Josh has been on the wrong side of the law. He was arrested back in June 2008 for possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell, and then in July 2009 for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
