Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their lives with us. And we would not have it any other way. Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite snapshots and selfies from this week. Enjoy.
Great news, my fellow Big Brother fans. CBS has renewed the summer hit for two more seasons. BB17 will air summer 2015 and BB18 will air summer 2016. As long as she doesn’t suffer any programming malfunctions between now and then, Julie Chenbot will continue her duties as host.
This marks the first time ever in Big Brother‘s sixteen season run that CBS has ordered two seasons in one shot. This, thanks to Big Brother 16‘s increase in viewers – averaging 7.56 million in the key demo – and increase in ratings over the summer-long nightmare that was Big Brother 15.
I know I'm not the only one who is counting down the days until Big Brother 16 begins. CBS has released the names, photos, and bios of the Big Brother 16 cast, adding, "Big Brother to debut its MOST TWISTED season ever!"
Twist Number One: Two houseguests will win Head of Household each week. Each HoH will nominate two houseguests for eviction every week. For the first time ever, winning HoH will not guarantee safety for the week.
Twist Number Two: A new interactive element to the game, Team America, will give fans power to influence the game. Twist Number Three: A new competition, Battle of the Block, will dramatically shift the power in the house each week.
“When the houseguests learn about the new twists, they will need to throw out any pre-existing strategy if they want to survive in the game,” promisedAllison Grodner. “The new Battle of the Block competition will shake up the power in the house like never before – a houseguest can go from zero to hero – or vice versa – every week!"
To promote her latest book, Tori Spelling promised stories of woe surrounding her self-proclaimed financial ruin. Basically, Tori boohooed about being broke to promote Spelling It Like It Is, and then she expected us to believe she bounced back from her dire financial situation shortly after the book's release.
Candy Spelling appeared on The Talk – and she called out Tori's lies.
When Julie Chen asked about Tori's lack of money, Candy said the "rumors" are not true. "I'd never leave my kids in the lurch. I can't imagine any parent doing that – and I'm always there to support her. I even bought them a house in Malibu," boasted Candy. "I think it was an angle she took for her book."

Another season of Big Brother comes to an end tonight, and for the first time ever, I'm happy about it. Big Brother 15 needs to be put to bed. And the vile houseguests need to come out of hiding and face the wrath of America.
I desperately need for Amanda to be the first houseguest voted out of the Big Brother house tonight. It will make perfect sense and be a glorious sight!
That said, a lot has happened in theBig Brother house since early Tuesday morning – an unlikely partnership and an explosive fight – that could influence tonight's votes. Expect diary room manipulation the unexpected!
As we previously reported, Aaryn's mother, Elizabeth Owens, hired a publicist to help repair her daughter's image. Now that Aaryn has been evicted (though she's still sequestered) and the Big Brother finale is just two weeks from today (when Aaryn will reenter society), it's time for this publicist to get to work!
