Ready or not – here it comes. Kim Zolciak's spinoff Don't Be Tardy is alive and well and coming to Bravo this spring. To celebrate the momentous occasion Kim, informed the masses of Wigettes on twitter that filming had officially wrapped. And to celebrate she de-wigged again.

Kim Zolciak has been in a custody battle over her daughters Brielle (15) and Arianna Zolciak (11) – with her parents!
A few months ago Kim's mother, Karen Zolciak petitioned the court for grandparent's rights claiming she hadn't seen the Real Housewives of Atlanta star's daughters (whom she helped to raise) since Kim and Kroy Biermann's wedding.
Karen also attested that she hasn't seen KJ in months and has never even really met Kim's youngest son, Kash.

Kim Zolciak is going to battle – and it's not with NeNe Leakes. It's with her own mother. A few weeks ago we reported that Kim's mother, Karen Zolciak, was taking her to court to seek visitation of her two grandaughters, Brielle and Ariana.
Karen claims she scarcely sees the girls, whom she helped raise, and had never even met her newest grandson Kash Kade. Trouble began over Kim's wedding to Kroy Biermann. If you recall Kim threw her mom out of the wedding on Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding after Karen refused to used the state-of-the-art luxury port-o-potties and instead snuck into Kim's house (which she has since been evicted from because of the wedding!).
Well, it seems things haven't been resolved and now Kim and Karen are in court. And it's getting nasty! TMZ reports that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is now alleging her mom is an "unfit parent." And even worse Brielle (15) and Ariana (11) have released a sworn affidavit that they don't want contact with their grandparents!

Oh, sweet mercy. Kim Zolciak Biermann has gotten two gifts this month: a beautiful new son and a lawsuit from her own mom! Karen Zolciak, who we previously saw getting thrown out of Kim's $1M wedding on Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding is tired of her daughter excluding her from her family.
In retaliation she is taking her daughter to court and demanding she get visitation with Kim's kids! I wonder if the wig collection is also included in the custody decree?
TamraTattles originally broke the story and discovered that on Tuesday, Aug 28th Karen filed a suit in Fulton Superior Court seeking visitation rights over her granddaughters. The Biermann boys are not included in the filing.
