The tale of woe continues… Jon Gosselin has been evicted from his home.
In May, Jon was fired from his job as a waiter for coming in late and blowing off shifts. Jon’s next attempt at employment – credit card sales – did not work out either. Now the broke and unemployed father of eight has been evicted.
“The eviction happened last week,” an insider confirmed. “Jon could no longer afford the rent. The job at the credit card company he was working for didn’t pan out. The anticipated income wasn’t there and the situation deteriorated.”
Kate was initially forced to stop selling the kids out on TV (even though they LOVE it), after Jon blocked her, but when Jon couldn’t pay child support he made a deal with the devil: he could avoid payments IF the sweet poor spawn of satan and her hair maiden could resume their duties as little reality moneymaking machines. Times are hard when you’ve got a mansion and $2,000 highlights to upkeep – especially when couponing and real jobs are so beneath Kate, and no one wanted to see mama date a married bodyguard. Meanwhile Jon was too busy bolstering his own reality TV and playing around with Little Jon on camera.
In the latest installment of Jon & Kate Plus Hate, Jon is now angling for a fat TLC paycheck once again. Kate’sfirst TLC special aired a few months ago, and Jon was not a part of it. But since he is part of the kids, he feels he’s owed at least some of the money everyone is earning. “Jon’s trying to get a percentage of Kate’s TLC salary for the new Kate Plus 8 specials,” a source reveals.
Well, we have not seen the last of Kate Gosselin and her eight kids just yet. After the success of the Kate Plus 8 summer special that aired in June, yesterday TLC announced they filming again and the new special will air this December.
The news comes more than three years after the cancellation of Kate Plus 8, which had morphed from Jon & Kate Plus 8 after Jon Gosselin left the show in 2009. At the time, Kate was very public about her inability to care for her kids without her reality show income. Well with these specials, perhaps she can worry no more.
Oh!Kate Gosselin and her bodyguard Steve Neild have gone their separate ways! Awww. I guess all good tacky and unnecessary things really do come to an end. TLC hired Steve in 2008 to protect the Gosselin kids while filming Jon & Kate Plus 8. But Kate, in all her selfish and delusional glory, has dominated Steve’s time and attention for the past six years.
Rumors surrounding the nature of Kate and Steve‘s relationship have swirled for years… as far back as 2009 when Kate’s marriage to Jon Gosselin fell apart. Most recently, Kate and Steve were caught sharing a hotel room in New York City while Kate filmed Celebrity Apprentice. Um, did Kate need Steve to protect her from scary room service? Bed bugs?
This is the divorce that never ends, it just goes on and on my friends…
Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin are continuing to battle over the reality TV empire that is their 8 children. Jon lashed out by being involved in a Kate tell-all which painted the wannabe momager as a tyrant, but Kate is now fighting back by reportedly having nannies spy on Jon while the children are in his care!
Reportedly Kate has no qualms about owning up to having Jon watched – because she doesn’t trust him! “The only reason Kate was so strict on the nannies pertaining to Jon is because he tells the tabloids what is going on within the family,” says a source.
Did you not get enough of Kate Gosselin — in the first part of her TLC special Kate Plus 8: Sextuplets Turn 10?? The good news for you is that the second part of the two-part special airs tonight. So see, you still have one more chance to watch everyone's love-to-hate-her mother-of-the-year!
If a two-part special is not enough, People magazine shared some of Kate's feel-sorry-for-me quotes from the special for a little sneak peek! (Too bad we could not get another interview with Kate, her older girls and Savannah Guthrie — Awkward!!)
Mady Gosselin has always been the most challenging of the Gosselin kids – and the one who openly rebels against her mother Kate Gosselin. One thing is for certain -no one can anger ol' momonster Kate like Mady can!
In a new clip for the TLC Gosselin special Kate is seen trying to come off as more warm, fuzzy, and laid-back (while sporting a super-shiny too tight to move face) as she plans a carnival for the sextuplets' upcoming birthday. Unfortunately for her, Mady openly calls it a "stupid" and upsets all Kate's plans. "This isn't fun. I don't want to be part of it," Mady snaps.
Yesterday, TLC announced Kate Plus 8: Sextuplets Turn 10 will air as a two-part special and focus on how the kids – twins Cara and Mady and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel – have grown and what's new in Kate's life and career.
TLCshared, "The special also looks back at some of the most memorable and poignant family moments from the past several years and highlights what the day-to-day routine has been like for Kate and the kids since we last saw them." Viewers will also see spring break activities, family outings, and the sextuplets' carnival-themed 10th birthday party.
The Kate Plus 8 special premieres June 19 and concludes June 26 – and the fun begins at 10/9c both nights. Check out a short video clip of Kate Plus 8: Sextuplets Turn 10 below. Aww Kate is just as warm as I remember her to be.
